Very comfortable rooms! The location of the hotel is very advantageous, near the city center and the sea on the opposite side. The hosts are very nice and friendly, they can always recommend what to see in the city and nearby. Thank you very much and good luck in business!

She turned a blind eye x great breakfast comfy bed and good hospitality. Close to the sea clean and tidy. Would defo recommend.

We wanted a hotel close to the Bournemouth International Centre, with breakfast included that was not going to cost huge amounts. The Mrs found this hotel (it’s uphill around 500 yards away, a steep but easy walk) and I was pleasantly surprised, clean, quite rooms, free off road parking, the free Wi-Fi worked, the beds were comfortable PLUS the breakfast was well cooked and they served Decaff coffee. What more do you need? Tina and her staff were very friendly, no issues. If/when we are back in this area again, no hesitation, if the Mrs booked this hotel again, I would not be unhappy. Thank you, Great Stay.

Fantastic hotel, we had the rooms at the top which for 2 adults and 3 children was great as it felt like our own little flat. The location is ideal and great value for money. We look forward to visiting again.

Stayed in Room 4 for three nights. Very clean room/bathroom, extremely comfy beds, generous breakfast with lots of options (veggie, gluten-free etc). Bottled water provided in the room each day too. Hotel is in a great location — about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach/pier and 20 minutes from the Russell Cotes Museum, close to bus stops for going to Poole, Sandbanks, Swannage etc. Several restaurants nearby. The owner and staff couldn’t be more helpful or welcoming. Overall, the hotel is excellent value for money and I hope to visit again.

We’ve been going back to this hotel for 2 consecutive years now, whenever we attend the National Cheer Competetion in Bournemouth International Centre. Very near to BIC, to the beach and the town centre. It has their own parking space. Family Friendly hotel … the owners are very friendly and accomodating. Rooms ate very neat and tidy. I recommend this hotel. Very good hot English Breakfast. We’ve just booked our stay for next year again.

Stayed here for my sister's hen weekend 24-26th aug. From outside was a bit dubious but it's 1 of the nicest places, rooms are clean, comfy & with everything you need, ironing board & iron available outside room, lil touches like bottle of water as well as tea/coffee making facilities in the room & bless, we asked for ice cubes & the lady popped to the shop to get some. Fantastic location, no more than 5 mins to city centre so your right in the heart of it all. The staff were friendly, helpful & just made you feel comfortable. Star of the show was breakfast, freshly cooked full English however you liked it plus cereals/yoghurt etc to help yourself too. I'd definitely recommend this place & I'll definitely be coming back.

Absolutely lovely hotel, owners are so helpful and friendly even gave us help to clear snow from car this weekend, room spotless and cosy, breakfast was absolutely delicious, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning very soon as so close to everything you need. Thank you.

Host was friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. Room was warm and clean (I was given a double for the price of a single I think) and location convenient. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is super clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is super friendly! The reserved onside parking made it a breeze as the location is a stone throw away from the beach and the town centre. Very family friendly and the price is very reasonable. The decor is a little bit outdated, but non of that mattered as the bed was comfy, the sheets were crisp and the shower was hot! I'll stay here again!

Stayed with a hen party rooms where lovely and clean, breakfast could not be faulted had a lovely stay they couldnt do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble for them would highly recommend this hotel close to beach and town.
