Rowan very helpful and would do anything for you the rooms could do with updating breakfast wide choice only wish the lady would give you time to eat cereal etc before you have your hot breakfast. Finished cereal hot cooked breakfast now cold breakfast not nice at all and full breakfast should have mushrooms none to be found lovely gardens.

Very comfortable and welcoming, if a little off the beaten track. I've stayed in much higher rated places than this that haven't come close to this place. Thoroughly recommended, and I intend to stay here again.

Very nice relaxing comfortable hotel, tidy and clean, nice rooms bathrooms and restaurant, nice garden, free Wi-Fi and parking, there is everything that a customer might need available in the rooms and the rest of the hostel, nice friendly management and staff. Close to restaurants pubs and bars close to shopping centres banks and other amnisties easy access to public transport and close to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel for others.

Was lovely! Staff very friendly and polite. Rooms werebvery very clean. And we had a shared bathroom which was always clean and fantastic. The hotel itself is a great location and parking was fantastic.

Working down here, from up north. Absolutely fantastic value for money. Clean rooms, shared bathroom always spotless, 2 min walk to town centre, rooms warm and comfy. Would 1000% recommend to contractors willing to room share.

Beautiful hotel, lovely art deco theme. Fresh, clean room with everything you need. The owner who welcomed us was friendly and charming. We were able to park outside. It's just a short walk to the town (0.1m) so a great location if you are staying to see something at the O2 (cabs in the area are ridiculously expensive! ). Lots of info in the room, nicely presented, to help you get about. Very clean linens, complementary toiletries and slippers! Location is on a relatively quiet residental road and the hotel has other guest houses surrounding it.

What can I say 21 of us stayed here from the 2nd-4th June 2017. I booked back in May 2016 and they were quick to respond with any queries I had. When we arrived we had a warm welcome even a sign on the main door with my name (its the little things). The rooms are clean & comfortable and have towels which where changed on the Saturday and little shower gels. The staff had plenty of knowledge of the area and the town it 2 mins away and the beach is a steady 10mins at most. We had use of the fridge and there was always fresh milk we could use. Breakfast was freshly made to order was really yummy on both mornings everyone enjoyed, you can have as much toast, cereals as you wanted. I have no complaints and all the hens were happy even if you cant be sat in the garden after 10pm the dinning room did just fine. We as a group are looking to go back and we will be booking up the whole hotel again. Thank you for putting up with us all weekend :-) heres a few pictures in the hotel.

Lovely room lovely breakfast. And very friendly. Not far from town next to everything. Lovely and quite no noise at all. Was nice peaceful night sleep. They do have 2 cats but don't worry there very friendly x.

Definitely the nicest place we stayed during our one week holiday in England! The place had a great welcoming atmosphere provided by the owner who was very kind and helpful. Everything was of good quality. Our room was nothing fancy but it was comfortable, nice and clean. And in addition to ones room there were a living room with couches and a large tv. There was no full English breakfast like a lot of other places proudly advertise. But instead an impressive collection of cereal, milk, yogurt, bread and fresh fruit. It was tasty and healthy which we were very satisfied with especially after having too much fat and meat for breakfast other places. Furthermore, the place had a lovely and pretty garden with table tennis and a pond. They also had two (maybe more) very cute cats. Wi-Fi was working perfectly in the entire building — even more expensive hotels we went to had only Wi-Fi in the lobby or the connection was inaccessible due to being overcrowded. To sum it up this place is without a doubt the hotel at which we had the best experience. I really want to describe it with the danish word "hyggeligt" for which there sadly is no English equivalent. But it something that is nice, cosy, comfortable, has a great atmosphere and is relaxing. Highly recommended.
