Just seen you in the TV four in a bed. You were very gracious and lovely! I will book a stay when pndemic is finish. Buckleseaford B&B in sussex owners were playing games, underpaying everyone and shown their true colours. To me, you won me 😊

Lovely comfy bed, spotlessly clean, funky colour scheme and very quiet. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We asked for glasses (as we were celebrating) and Leoni brought an ice bucket too. Nothing was too much trouble. Will come again.

Just returned from a lovely stay at The Chocolate Box Hotel. Excellent location. Room was very spacious, bed very comfortable and shower amazing. Would like to thank Leoni (who was absolutely amazing) for going above and beyond, from saving a parking spot for my disabled partner, to changing our room (without us even requesting it) to ensure we had the best time possible. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if visiting Bournemouth. Hope Leoni enjoys her well deserved holiday xx.

Lovely hotel 5 min walk to beach absolutely amazing staff couldn't do enough for you even apologised for the noise of a group of drunk girls that were whaling like banshee as they walked past outside as they were making they're way to their own hotel can't fault it will deffinatly be coming back.

AN EXCELLENT HOTEL, WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at The Chocolate Box Hotel. I absolutely loved my Deluxe room, which had been on my Bucket List for a while. The food was lovely. The staff and Owner were approachable and attentive. I was allocated a room on the ground floor, due to my health problems. It was perfect. My only criticism — You don't sell Pepsi or Coke!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Leoni was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Very clean room, comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay, we will be back!

Lovely concept, great staff and Noni is the friendliest landlady ever, cannot fault the place, and on top of that, free chocolate, what more. Oils you want.

Booked for a short break, wouldn’t bother booking anywhere else now. Staff were always happy, nothing they wouldn’t do to make your stay worthwhile. Very clean and tidy, breakfast was great, made to your liking, we loved it there and will definetly be back. If hotels did 6 stars, this would get 7

Had a lovely stay room was superb owner and the staff very friendly could not do enough for us and the breakfast was fabulous definitely would recommend.

Definitely recommend this little gem, as a chocoholic I love the chocolate theme and chocolate treats in reception and in our room, the room we stayed in was small but had all we needed a lovely comfortable bed en-suite shower/toilet, tea coffee and biscuits and free view tv, the location was quiet but only a stroll to town and beach, also a pub and restaurants a stones throw away. Just eaten the delicious full English breakfast and a great coffee all in all we have really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

Just come back from a lovely break, at this wonderful B&B. Everything was perfect, especially the huge comfortable bed (much needed after a 10 mile walk round Bournemouth) & the delightful breakfasts. What a character Flo is. He made us very welcome & helped out whenever needed.

We booked a one night stay last minute. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. Positives the room was clean and tidy; location superb plenty of restaurants around the b&b, beech 5 mins walk and town probably ten minutes. On site parking. Plenty of breakfast options. Only minor issue was with weak shower. All in all a great b&b in a great location! :)

Friendly staff with clean rooms, and a great and varied (cooked/fruit/cerial etc) breakfast selection. Parking is on site. Main door is locked and you are supplied with a main door key as well as a room key, for added security.

Lovely little place. Bathrooms are small but it is a B&B so that is expected. The staff are so friendly and nice. They do amazing breakfasts and they have clean rooms. I would recommend this place, I have stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times!

A lovely little hotel set close to the beach. The staff were accommodating and helpful the rooms were lovely. The air conditioning worked fantastically in the hot summer heat and I slept brilliantly in the comfortable bed.

We loved our stay, hosts were amazing, breakfasts fabulous. Plumbing in shower needed attention. But apart from that a fab stay.

Loved every moment of our stay. Didn't want to leave. We was originally booked for last winter but snowy weather stopped us going. Luckily the chocolate box re booked us and allowed another date for the summer (30/6/18). The staff are very friendly and we felt welcomed soon arrival and was sent off on our last day with good memories and a cheerful goodbye. Room was very clean and a good size. Bed was very huge too. Very good night sleep. Breakfast following morning had so many options and quickly arrived. Right by the beach amd in a lovley location. Fully helpful in all aspects of the hotel. The main person who served us through our stay was "flo" and he is the life of that hotel and makes it what it is. The chocolate box should do all they can to keep someone like him. He topped every request we asked for and done so with a smile. Even in busy times he would always do all he can for anyone. I read many reviews before staying here about how great this hotel was and with the staff friendliness. And I must say. The chocolate box hotel lived up to its reviews. Nice and clean, great room, friendly staff, excellent cooked breakfast included. Also, parking for about 6-8 cars (off street). Very near the beach. Would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay the bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom was a little on the small size. The breakfast was very good.

I recently visited the chocolate box hotel for my best friends hen weekend. Had a great time afternoon tea was great was great service. Room was lovely we stayed in a family room as there was 3 of us it was clean and tidy. Lovely size. Only down fall was wen we got home early hours of the morning the heating was off in the room which made the room really cold. Had a terrible sleep as it was cold and as it had only been snowing a few days before u would think they would keep the heating on in the night.

Looks a superb hotel and should have won four in a bed.

Excellent hotel very friendly with good decor. But we aware it is at top of hill.

Car park is a little small, but free/ included as is breakfast which is a nice, but small additional thing that makes staying here a lovely experience. Staff are great, rooms are well worth the money… And FREE Chocolate. Bonus!

This was a cracking little Hotel with lovely staff, a stone's throw from both the Beach and the town. We couldnt have picked a better place for our special Birthday celebration. Flo the duty manager couldn't do enough for us. We shall return.

Very friendly welcome, clean, room looked just like it did on the website, chocolates in the room (as expected! ), great price compared to the bigger plc hotels in the area. Comfy bed with a selection of pillows and a fan if needed, Powerful hot shower too. Great selection at breakfast time, my colleague went for the full English (he compliment on how good it was), I went for the chocolate pancake (rude not too! ) also very nice. Would I stay again? Yes. Would I recommend to friends? Yes.

Nice rooms, very friendly service. As some have mentioned, the bathrooms are very small but all in all the rooms were comfortable. Very close to BIC and beach, no more than 5 min walk.

Completely recommended A large and extremely comfy bed in a decent size, clean and comfortable room. Lovely decor with a Cadbury purple touch, quiet double glazed room. Tastefully decorated. The chocolate theme of the hotel is a really memorable and fun touch for anyone who likes chocolate, with extra little chocolatey touches throughout the hotel. The breakfast room was light and bright and omg the chocolate pancakes (or waffles) were to die for in the morning. A must. The hotel is perfectly situated for the beach, near to the pier, oceanarium, bus tours etc. Parking is provided. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. Completely recommend.

My room was nothing like any of the pictures Bathroom was smelly and small. Not in any of the pictures Out of window was a shed wall Defo not worth the £80 I paid.

5 shiny gold stars … Stayed for one night on a last minute decision to stay in Bournemouth on my way through.
Charming little boutique hotel at number 2 West Cliff Road, available parking which was good as to park for the day by the beach is a costly £20, so a bonus.
Beach is literally a street away down some steps, it states on some sites the beach is a 10 minute walk away, more like 3-4.
I was met at the door and taken to the reception by a pleasant lady who ushered me in, booked me in efficiently and then showed me to my room.
The room was fresh, clean, had a super comfy single bed… freshly laundered linen and towels, a fab powerful shower, had to wait a minute for it to warm up, but other than that, it was all to my expectations, a TV, coffee/tea stand, some lovely ginger stem biscuits and a couple of chocolates, well it is called the Chocolate Box for a reason.
The following morning after taking in the beach the previously day and having a super slumber in the comfy beds, I awoke for a quick walk to the beach, then back for a big boys full English breakfast, before heading on my way to Weymouth.
I didn't catch the name of the chap serving in the breakfast/dining room, but he was jovial, talkative to all patrons, great at his job and very welcoming… he's an asset to their business!

The best place I've ever seen. Professional staff, amazing food and shining rooms. All hotel smell like delicious chocolate Fabulous place for holidays!

Very nice and friendly. Great location almost on the beach (walking 5 min). Room (no. 4), and the bathroom very very small but everything available. Breakfast (continental) okay. Free chocolate and biscuits as much as you want:). Would come back again!

Lovely hotel close to the town centre and beach, mainly modern but the ensuite we had was very dated. The room also was small and had a bit of a oder like feet Apon entering the room. Decorated tastefully throughout the building with lots of chocolate picture and nicnacks everywhere, even had chocolate cake available with breakfast. I would go back but I would request a different room next time.

Lovely B+B 10mins walk from Bournemouth town centre and Beach. Base with a Chocolate theme with modern rooms and a great variety of Breakfast to Start the day. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

We had quite a good stay and they were very unique.

Amazing B&B. The bathroom is the only problem (too small and not good shower). Apart from that, the staff is super friendly, very big room (for English standard), super comfortable bed. Good localisation (close to everything) and the breakfast is PERFECT! I would come back for sure. They also give you free chocolate as now the name has changed to Chocolate Box Hotel.
