Very welcoming at the hotel and helpful. Service at the bar was very slow even though it was not busy (only one very slow member of staff serving in a heat wave). The resturant was quiet too and got seated quickly but also got forgotten about for 15 minutes, once someone noticed I was there I was well looked after. The food was nice, I had the fish and chips. I've stayed here over a year ago and it was a better experience and I gave 5 stars.

The family room was. Vlean and the beds were. Comfortable but there was no fan in our room and Windows not easily opened so it was a little warm overnight. The double room had a fan but was a long way from the lift so not ideal for people with mobility issues. The decor was a little tired and in need of updating. The staff at breakfast were going through the motions and the portions were very small. Not up to usual premier inn standards and would most likely not book this one again.

Good standard rooms with air conditioning and friendly service. Breakfast good, though took longer than expected.

Just a little bit further out of town than the other Premier Inn but still within walking distance. The car parking is free (at time of visit May 2018) and the staff were extra friendly in allowing use of the car park after check out. The building itself is a converted Victorian building so expect uneven floors and quirky layouts to the rooms. The sound resistance is a little bit worse than normally expected for a hotel and on a par with a B&B! Door closers are the old fashion type, with very little resistance, so watch your fingers and be prepared for loud, slamming doors from neighbours!

Had breakfast here & were the 1st ones in. Welcome was warm, service was quick and the food was hot and very tasty. Kudos for the waitress who served us who couldn't do enough for us and was exceptionally friendly & nice. Would come here again.

As you would expect, good value and comfortable accommodation.

The service is really hit and miss. Good for a cheap drink, but expect dirty tables and slow turn around.

Staff great That's where it ends. Think our room was a broom cupboard. Very, Very cold the heating was not working. The receptionist gave us a small portable heater but really not very efficient. Told us on our last night about 3.30pm that we could change rooms as they now had some empty ones Will not be using Premier inn again.

Small but welcoming premier inn right on outskirts of Bournemouth Centre. Nice large rooms with great service.

Premier Inn is OK but attached Table Table pub has poor service and food is over cooked. Breakfast was slow and we had to wait for 15 minutes for them to top up the pastry basket and even then they only produced 4 pastries and 2 croissants for the whole restaurant. Very miserly. Compared to other Premier Inn locations we have stayed at this is very poor.

Enjoying late lunch here today — looking forward to a no cooking easy evening after cinema. All enjoyed our meals.

Lovely old building converted into hotel with large well set out clean rooms. Pub on site provided good food choices.

Lovely hotel. Neat and tidy with just enough character. Great for families.

Friendly atmosphere, best without kids with a restaurant close by.

Very relaxing environment. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Food is deliciously good. Variety of dishes available including vegetarian options. Children's menu is well balanced and with healthy options for fussy eaters. It was really and enjoyable meal for the whole family.

20 minute wait at bar to place order, I was third in the que! When meal arrived they got the order wrong. Better places to visit half mile down the road.

Fabulous breakfast. Staff were great.

Comfortable, clean. Had a good night's sleep and the breakfast was great although worth knowing the full English is cooked to order rather than the buffet option that premier Inn advertise elsewhere. That being said it was really good and a wonderful selection.

Nice Premier Inn with standard very friendly staff. Good location with short walk to beach. Convenient free parking out front and attached to pub for meal and drinks.

Can never beat a Premier inn… great room so spacious for a family of four… also the Breakfasts were superb & a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The room was most suitable car park good and bright food was fine anddid the job considering it was late thank you.

Went to the restaurant in the Table-Table the food was great thought the desserts were quite expensive. The service was absolutely great the waitress made us feel comfortable and they were polite.

Visited the restaurant — TableTable — for an evening meal, and returned for breakfast, early August 2013. The evening meal was okay, but disappointing. Service was stretched and at least one member of staff was still finding their feet. The food let the experience down — for example the pie was like a pastry-topped soup, with little meat. (Try the one at Spyglass and Kettle, Southbourne coast road, for a better, cheaper example! ) An okay range of drinks was available, but our perception of the evening was of poor overall value for money. Breakfast was better quality, especially the continental option. I assume this is partly because it relied less on skilled kitchen staff than the evening menu. A huge range of cereals, pastries and drinks were available to us. Having said that, we did arrive early on and the options declined as the tables filled up. Staff were much more competent than the previous evening, and so ensured a stress-free start to the day. Good value, and kids eat free. Cheers! Crap parking so gave it a miss.

Great place! worth to pop in.
