Great hosts very nice B&B very friendly close to the shops seafront and railway station.

Everything you would want a charming guesthouse to be — lovely place, lovely people and a breakfast to die for. Well run, clean and comfortable — not hard to see why they have consistently excellent reviews on TripAdvisor etc. Highly recommended!

Beautiful clean B&B, great hosts and superb breakfast.

We stayed two nights in June. This b&b is a very high standard, the breakfast choice is vast and delicious. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean, everything provided. Steve and Kim were perfect hosts. Book it you won’t regret it, we will certainly be returning.

Absolutely lovely stay, the breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable, only a short walk to the beach so no need to use the car, kim & steve were brilliant hosts and we were well. Looked after nothing was too much trouble I would definitely recommend a stay.

Fantastic B&B! Steve and Kim are brilliant hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them, the afternoon cakes are a lovely added extra and taste divine, as are the breakfasts! All in all this B&B definitely deserves a 10 star rating and I'd definitely recommend to anyone in the area! Steve I'm still drinking and chuckling about the denture cup! Thanks again! Xx.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The b&b is lovely and up to date, lots of amenities in the room and lovely and clean. Steve and Kim were so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious! So much to choose from and there was always cake left out in the afternoon for guests. A lovely quiet spot just a few minutes walk from the beach and likewise to the town centre. If we went back to Paignton we'd definitely be staying here!

Thank you so much Steve and Kim for being such welcoming and helpful hosts and making our stay so enjoyable the past four nights. Excellent room (good size, very comfortable with all necessary facilities, and so good to have access to fresh milk for tea and coffee when we wanted — plus, able to see the steam railway from the window! ). Great breakfasts too — Michelle was really grateful for the porridge, and Kim's cakes were an unexpected and very welcome treat to look forward to when we returned after each day's ventures! An ideal place to stay for all of Paignton's attractions just a short walk away, and an excellent base for exploring the wider area (all of which we loved) with no need to use the car as the steam railway, buses and ferries are all so handy and make for a much more relaxing adventure.
