Absolutely beautiful guest house, spotlessly clean, fantastic variety for breakfast and the hosts Bill and Karen are warm and friendly. Licensed bar and evening meals available. Will be going back and would strongly recommend!

Quite simply the best guesthouse I’ve ever been to. The owners were immediately inviting after our long day of travel. They got to know me and my partner and told us where the best tourist spots where, and where was best to eat and travel etc. The room was fantastic value for money, and the food was spot on. We want to come back to Paignton just to come here again! Top class!

Totally nailing the concept of a "Guest House". Hotels are getting to be so "same old same old" with the Americanized welcome and the "have a nice day" that it's so refreshing to find a genuine family run guest house with a fabulous welcome from the owners who throughout your stay tend to your individual EVERY whim. It's spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout with everything you could possibly need in your room. Breakfast and dinner are both home made and brilliant. we love staying here and will be back.

My wife (Sue) and I (Mike) have recently come back from a superb week at the Easton Court Guest House. Our rooom (3) was exceptionally clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfasts were lovely, well cooked and plentiful. The evening meals are a bonus as we saved a lot of time by not spending hours tramping round looking for somewhere to eat. Another bonus was that we did not have to order our evening meals, just walked in scanned the menu and chose your preference and within a few minutes it was on the table. You can also order drinks from the small bar, wine spirits and beers. We have stayed in Paignton about 12 times and stayed in different hotels and guest houses including the Palace but we find the Easton Court is by far THE BEST. It is just a few minutes walk to the bus station where you can visit many other places of interest. We went to Plymouth, Torquay, Totnes, Brixham and Newton Abott. It is only a few minutes walk to the fishing harbour, the Vue cinema, The Palace Theatre and the beaches. I can't wait to go again next year. When we arrived we were greeted by Bill and Karen with curtesy, cups of tea and biscuits. The room we had was spacious, warm, cosy with a large bed. A door led to a shower, sink and toilet. Blooming Lovely. I almost forgot… there is a lovely large garden at the back with many plants, shrubs, trees and seats to rest your tired feet with a glass of something.

Bill and Karen are very welcoming lovely room lush food.

Absalutly amazing! Felt warm and welcome, the room was very tidy and clean, the food we had (breakfast and dinner) was lush. The owners Bill and Karen were so nice and generous. We had a little issue with our room, they were very apologetic and helped us the best they could. Would definatly go there again :)
