We have just had a fantastic 2 night break. The wonderful lady on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful when we checked in. We mentioned in conversation that it was our Daughters 12th birthday the following day and she very discretely asked my husband if we would like our room decorated
as a surprise for her. The next day when we returned from a day out our room had been filled with Birthday banners and balloons, and a beautiful card. Also a huge selection of drinks and Treats for our daughter. She was so thrilled with her surprise, and it really was above and beyond your average customer service! Our room was exceptionally large for a family room (one king-size bed and a double sofa bed) and was immaculately clean. Breakfast was superb with a wide selection of hot and cold choices, plus the brilliant waffles that you make yourself and add your own toppings. We also ate in the Hotel restaurant on our first evening and really enjoyed our meal. All the staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to planning another stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Fantastic hotel. Modern and clean and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. One of the best hot buffet breakfasts you will find in a chain hotel, and free! The Wi-Fi is supremely fast and to top it off the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I wish I was staying longer.

Great stopover hotel. Food above average. Clean and well presented. Should however make more of outside space. Would be nice to have an outside eating / drinking area.

Very well located hotel with easy walk to airport terminal. Pleasant, friendly staff. Dining a bit basic. Bedroom clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

A quick 2 night stop whilst at a friends wedding. Conveniently located close to Exeter Airport, clean and tidy rooms with a decent shower! Breakfast was good a nice selection although I didn't enjoy the sausages (maybe beef)? Other than that no complaints. I used the digital key system more of a faff than using the conventional key card but did save time at check in.

Excellent hotel. Wheelchair user so disabled room well thought of. Really helpful staff. Breakfasts are good everything you want they have. Very clean. Returned customer so that says it all.

Great hotel. But, do not use the postcode fpr satnav as per their website, not good! Use the airport address. Lovely hotel, great location, nice staff and a lovely breakfast.

We where put up here due to a cancelled flight at Exeter Airport and I cannot fault the staff at all they were outstanding and went above and beyond to be as helpfully as possible. There was one chef with 200 old people arriving at the hotel and I cannot fault the standards of food that was put in front of me, yes there was a delay but I cannot fault the chef at all. All the staff made a really rubbish situation 100% easier. Thank you!

Friendly staff clean rooms reasonably priced. All round pleased with our stay.

Breakfast overall was good Cons Dusty on surfaces (in wardrobe, on top of bed side table, desk) No mini fridge Door that slides to close bathroom is door that closes the wardrobe too. Which was slightly hard to close No phone service in the room (only Wi-Fi). Terrible — but at a family house in the area we visited while in Exeter they had rubbish mobile phone reception too. So must be typical here.

Great place for a pre or post flight stay. Comfortable, quiet rooms, great facilities and fair prices. Also a good breakfast buffet. All this and only a coupke of minutes from the airport.

Stayed in a Queen Room with Sofa bed. Never used the sofa bed as a bed but very comfy sofa. Good queen bed and decent size TV. Lighting in room was good as was plug outlets. Breakfast was amazing. Waffles as and when you wanted. Full English Breakfast was great. Lots of choices for fruit and Cereal. All the drinks that you would expect.

Absolutely superb hotel, rooms are very clean, ran my finger above the pictures on the wall and all good. Staff are some of the best I’ve met, incredibly helpful and genuinely nice. Ask for Tony at the bar, he’s a credit to the chain and deserves a pay rise! Lucy, the DM is also very knowledgeable and helpful!

Clean fresh rooms with good iron n board. Good size bed n comfy. Food good fair size portions n piping hot. Staff friendly n helpful.

Close to the airport. If you have a one — day layover, this is your best choice. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, polite and efficient staff. Downsides: too far away from anything you would want to see in Exeter. Windows don't open — which is probably to block the airport noise, but I couldn't help the feeling that my room lacked fresh air. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Although off the beaten track this hotel does not lack for amenities. It is especially handy of you are travelling from Exeter Airport. Room was spotless and comfortable. Will be coming back again.

Recent refurbishment of this hotel has vastly improved offerings. It is a pleasant place to be, but still some amenities missing that would be usual for this kind of hotel. Mini bar/fridge in room would be great. Road noise from the near by dual carriageway remains an issue for front facing rooms. The hotel is secluded and cut off from local amenities, although transport from the nearby airport is available. The food selection in the hotel bar is limited, especially if you are vegetarian. What they do have is good quality just a little expensive. The staff are fantastic. Perfect for short stays, limited amenities for longer trips.

Very impressed with this Hotel, once one found it! Also the exterior is appealing, but once inside pretty beeping good for an airport hotel! Charming staff. Unbelievably comfortable beds, if not a tad too hard. Got woken 12 minutes before requested, but this is a vast improvement on 30 minutes late or not at all, which I have experienced at other Hilton Hotels. Interior not too cold and corporate, hence very welcoming and witha Devonian smile — magic!

Great price, very comfy accommodation. Have stayed here a few times and never had any issues that weren't quickly resolved by a chat with reception. It's a bit tucked away, but not too hard to find. Will continue to stay here!

Clean rooms and a good breakfast. Good night's sleep, very quiet despite being next to the A30.10 minute drive from the city.

I have stayed here a few times over the last few years and I can say with out a doubt that the Service that is provided here is Amazing! Nothing is an issue and you are looked after from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. The Food is incredible, the rooms are immaculate, beds super comfy, a courtesy bus to and from the airport terminal and the Staff are Super friendly, very professional and like I said, the staff will make sure that All your needs are met and provided for. This Hotel will always be my first preference when ever I am here visiting. :-)

I am a taxi driver from Southampton and after dropping off a fly b pilot officer Ryan yesterday evening from Southampton I had an occasion to use your loo's. They were exceptionally clean and tidy in fact the cleanest hotel wash rooms I have used for many years. Full marks to your cleaning staff.

This is a very nice clean hotel with upscale facilities. Our room was very clean and the ensuite was cleaned to a high standard. The only criticism I have is the poor layout for the ground floor reception area: coffees and teas had to pass by our receptionist whilst we were checking in because the only access for bar staff was past the tight area for the check-in. This should have been fix during a recent renovation in 2017.

Quiet and out of the way. Nice views ftom room. Staff friendly. Nice gym to use. Wonderful selection for breakfast. Even have a waffle machine for fresh breakfast waffles. Lovely clean room. Recently being renovated but not causing too much disturbance.

Excellent for £85 a night. Comfortable bed, continental AND full English breakfast buffet included with a waffle making station. Free fast 50Mbps Wi-Fi throughout, which is super rare without having to pay extra these days and digital TV. There are also plenty of plug sockets next to the beds and on all top surfaces which is handy. You also get shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower and hand wash and body lotion dispensers by the sink which is a nice touch. You get tea and coffee making facilities and a safe in the top drawer of your bed side table. The only real down side is that there is no toilet brush. Which could potentially be embarrassing!

Nice breakfast. Incredibly close to the airport (like so. Close it is full of cabin crew). Great for a quiet breakfast meeting as it totally empties from 10am onwards. Coffee is nice too… Staff are great, friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay when undergoing training at Flybe facility. Friendly staff. Food is very decent at a fair price. Choice of restaurant next door. Taxing needed if you need to go to town though.

Breakfast was good with a great selection. Rooms ok and of good standard, beds not best I have had. We had 2 rooms one on each side of hotel. View from airport side much better. Saw a few planes only heard one! Found getting a good height table at breakfast could be difficult as tables all mix with bar area and lounge type area not a lot of standard tables, but worked ok. Hotel was not busy when I was there though. Staff helpful and just let you get on with enjoying your stay.

Modern rooms but windows won't open. Only a shower in most rooms. Breakfast not as good as Premier Inn. Good place to stay for the Airport.

Nice hotel, convenient for airport. Curiously, airport side quieter than A30 side. Very good buffet breakfast. Very difficult to find. SatNav gets close, but wrong road, so read directions on their website.

OKAY, for a few days, but not okay for more than that. Breakfast is Okay, but limited. Nice rooms, but no windows to open. Good air conditioning system. The level of service by the staff is very different from person to person.

Positives: Nice room, comphy beds, good restaurant, pleasant staff. Negatives: Couldn't find it. Google maps wrong and no signage, bad pillows. All up: A good place, at a good price. We reccomend it.

As we had an early morning flight and were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, we decided to splash out and stay the night and looked forward to a meal at Marco's. We arrived to be told someone else had checked into our room — a Mr Harding, and then asked to sign his form after a prolonged wait whilst it was all sorted out! We discovered Marco's was closed for a private function and the Spagetti Carbonara offered in the Bar wouldn't win any prizes. The Hotel room was pleasant, though no Nespresso coffee machine. On checking out, we were told we owed money, though it had all been paid in advance. A disappointment all around for a special occassion.

We stayed here as a family in two connected rooms. The hotel was just opened and the rooms were spotless. We stayed on a Saturday and it seemed very quiet, although the breakfast area was pretty busy in the morning. The gym facilities are better than you might think, but there isn't a pool, which disappointed our kids a bit. Wifi appeared to be free during our stay, but the TVs didn't have a choice of premium film channels (as far as I could tell). Our satnav missed the lane leading to the hotel and we had to call reception for directions. Actually, the hotel location is more hidden than you might think. There was a fair bit of building work around the airport so when that finishes, it might be better signposted.
