Just what a village pub should be. Friendly welcome, good food, good atmosphere. I will certainly be going there again and am very happy to recommend it.

Great, friendly local pub, superb curries and the real hub of the community who have done wonders during the C19 crisis.

Wonderful stay, great hosts, lovely food and comfortable rooms.

We stayed in the village and had not bought enough supplies. Our first night here the pub kindly lent us some salt and pepper pots and ketchup. Nice friendly place and the hosts are great. Can well recommend. Oh, and they cooked us some takeaway chips.

Great atmosphere in the only pub in Sidbury. Staff very friendly and helpful. Log burner in the lounge which was great in December. Try the Otter beer.

Fantastic pub. Excellent staff. Great function room and service for my Grans surprise birthday. Food was amazing. Would highly recommend them to everyone. All my family that stayed in the rooms were very impressed.

Attended a first birthday party in the function room. Great space, friendly helpful staff behind the bar in the pub also.

Friends hired the skittle alley room for a 1st birthday. Was a decent size. Had to walk through the beer garden to get a drink, so got a bit wet, but not the end of the world.

Extremely friendly and welcoming pub where we spent a night while visiting family for a party. Very adaptive to our needs and have access to enter the building at any time. Served up a lovely breakfast, with a lot on offer. The room was very comfortable and cosy with a kettle and ensuite. Ceilings a bit low in places but that is to be expected with a 200 year old property. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Terrific pub. Excellent beer and a warm welcome is assured. Had Sunday lunch here and it was really good. The lamb was excellent.
