Stayed hear last weekend with my 90year old mum who is very disabled we had a wonderfull time owners very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us this is the second time we have stayed hear and it most certainly won’t be the last good clean bungalow very well equipped we will be back xx.

Average self catering converted barns. Excellent location near Watchet & Somerset coast. Electricity meter so £1 coins needed. Need to take your own bath towels. Clean and pleasant.

Bungalow was dated but clean. Perfectly located 1 mile from Watchet. We took our 2 dogs with us. Very dog friendly they gave us towels and a place to wash and dry the dogs after a walk by the sea. We would go back if taking the dogs.

We’ve stayed quite a few times. Hosts are so lovely and the bungalows are great. Not posh, but just right for a peaceful and simple place to unwind. Location fantastic! Thoroughly recommend. Take lots of £1 coins!

Nice place, owners very friendly, convenient for Somerset railway. But interior a bit tired.

Pleasant, clean bungalows and a very friendly welcome — with helpful advice on fossil hunting too! Kitchenette had everything we needed, too. Great value, lovely location, would definitely stay again.

When we arrived we were meet by a very welcoming group of people. The room was very clean and well looked after. There are lovely homecooked counrty pubs all around. There is plenty to do the watchet pebbel beach is five minutes away. Across the road is a very friendly farm and cafe. There is endless things to do at courtfarm bungalows.

Don't! The most expensive stay on our trip last month (compared to 5 other accommodations) and at the same time the worst. Dirty, mold, humid, stains … woodlouse on the bed. The "shower" was a weird construction: Some handicrafted rubber tubes put over the taps with now showerhead, instead it endet in some garden hose. Its hard to describe, you need to see it. (In fact: You don't want to see it. ) Also hard to believe is the fact that electricity is NOT included in the already fierce rent! They have installed some sort of vending machine where you need to put 1 £ coins in a slot. Then you get e. G. Hot water. And very expensive also: We needed to put 11 £ on 2 days into that thing (for 2 persons). Annoying: Even DURING shower you had to go to that thingy and add another coin to be able to finish the shower (using the garden hose without showerhead). So basically each shower costs you another 2 £! The whole thing reminded me a bit of the fifties. Also this accommodation was the only one to withdraw the WHOLE rent several weeks in advance from the credit card. I guess I know why now: If they would accept payment after the stay (as all others) they would be in big trouble. Conclusion: Expensive and at the same time very low standard. Go somewhere else if you have the choice.
