Beautiful 2 night stay this traditional Devon, dog friendly, guest house. Maria and Clive could not have been more hospitable or done more for us. They were so friendly, welcoming and rescued us from a failed camping trip! The house is stunning, rooms are spotless and the breakfast was tasty and gut busting! Thanks guys, we loved our stay… we’ll be back x.

Lovely couple run gusset house run by Emma and Michael. All rooms are beautifully decorated and food is 5star quality and cater for all dietary needs.

What a perfect spot in the middle of Lynton, wonderful hosts Emma & Mike and a historic house to enjoy. Good size rooms, all with character you'd expect from a Georgian (just! ) house and only steps away from many choices of eateries for our evening meals. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, can't wait to come again.

My husband and I stayed at this guesthouse recently and had a wonderful stay. We felt very welcome and loved the personal touch. Should we visit Lynton again we would definately stay here again.

We've stayed at Jean-Paul and Lin's twice and hope to be back many more times. The first was my 50th birthday weekend last year. They love their work here and it really shows. It is, quite simply, their vocation and their passion. Make sure you arrive hungry and try the Belgian beers first. Creative menus and excellent wines are next. Then the comfort of cosy rooms and comfortable beds. The house exudes its history and joins in with the present owners in singing "please return".

After reading recommendations of St Vincent we booked for a stay in June and were hugely impressed by our hosts' excellent, welcoming service, their beautiful and wonderfully comfortable accommodation and truly great cooking. The complimentary sherries on arrival helped ease us into the holiday spirit after our long hot drive, and the dinner menu was all the more inviting after a delightful day’s walking in the local area — lots to do if you're active. We enjoyed sampling the delicious Belgian speciality beers in the comfortable sitting room before sitting down to a truly memorable dinner. The mini-bouillabaisse was deliciously fragrant and the beautifully cooked halibut that followed was a perfect main course. Sugar and almond tart to finish was just sublime. We will definitely return for a longer stay.
