We’ve just spent a fantastic weekend at this beautiful B&B, the owners Neal and Jason were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this place, it’s the best we’ve stayed in, beautiful rooms and scenery. We will definitely be back.

Great views over the coastline, tastefully decorated rooms. There are fresh flowers in the hallways and staircase. The breakfast is one of the best I had in a B&B in England. Very friendly owners who gave us plenty of useful tips for our time in the area.

What an absolutely stunning place to stay. It deserves 6*. From the moment you arrive you just know it is something special. Jason and Neil have got this place so right. From the smell of fresh flowers and diffusers to being the most accommodating of hosts. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10.
Breakfast was just so beautifully presented.
I could go on and on. I almost guarantee once you have been you will return.

We were drawn to this guest house because of it's excellent reviews; the reviewers are not wrong! This is a beautiful place to stay at. The bedroom and public rooms are so tastefully appointed, and perfectly clean. The welcome, and subsequent attention, was second to none; the host's clearly want their guests to have a special time. The breakfast was excellent too. If you appreciate attention to detail, this is the place for you.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Highcliffe House. It's stunning in every way. Tastefully decorated with great facilities & very comfortable beds, we both slept likes logs every night. Jason & Neal are brilliant hosts, they have the balance of being attentive but respecting your privacy spot on. Their knowledge of the area & places to visit is great & they'll book local restaurants for you. Neal cooks the best breakfast ever! We've had many laughs with them over the week & didn't want to leave. We will definitely be returning! X.

Lynton is a beautiful place, and North Devon is spectacular. If your staying in this area then Highcliffe House is a must. The views from Highcliffe are absolutely stunning and the service is exceptional.

We recently stayed 2 nights at Highcliffe and booked another 4 night stay before leaving so it's safe to say we found the house and hosts amazing! Our room was very generous with fabulous views out towards the sea, down to Lynton & Lynmouth and the moors. The bed was a super king and so comfortable; perfect for a great nights sleep after spending the day walking. Breakfast is fantastic, great fresh food cooked superbly which definitely sets you up for the day. The owners Jason and Neal were both lovely and nothing was too much trouble (they were brilliant with local knowledge on places to visit and dine). Cannot wait for our next visit in the Spring.

The view at breakfast is worth the 5 stars on its own! but that's unfair on the breakfast and outstanding service. A great place to base yourself to see the area.
