Sandaway Holiday Park Resort Village

Stayed in a basic caravan and it was very basic with lots of broken things. Only 2 of the 4 rings worked on the cooker. The bathroom window would not shut properly and the toilet flush was not working. The fridge door holders were broken and for five nights we had to the disco until 11pm. Even if the caravan was a bit of a state it was still worth it. We only used it as a base for exploring.

Had a great time. It is a bit of a climb to get to the private beach, but the rock pooling once we got there was great. The club is okay, a bit dated but loads of fun. The pool is lovely but can get busy. The views are wow and you are not far away from Combe Martin, Ilfracombe or Woolacombe. The caravan was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We will be back.

Had a lovely holiday here. We stayed in the lodge which was very comfortable. Stunning views of the cove and close to amenities. The only downside was it's proximity to The children's playground. The bedrooms back directly onto it. We were woken each morning at 8am by other people's children! On the plus side, the staff were friendly and professional. Not sure I would stay again, unless another lodge was installed in a quieter part of the park.

Had a lovely time at this site. If you want a quiet relaxed place to stay. This is your place. Great Fish and Chip shop in the village.

Don't eat there! The caravans are nice! Lovely beaches and coves attached to the park! Lovely, friendly service! Just the food took up to 2hours to arrive for us! The shop has necessitys and is good! Nice family place!

Nothing drastic to report. It's clean with good resources. Handy for both Coombe Martin & Ilfracombe only a bus ride away. Our c/v. Had all we needed. Only complaint was double bed was under sized. But what do you expect for a caravan.

Sandaway Beach holiday, is a lovely place where you can spend a lovely time with your friends or family. Me and my cousin we've been there for the Bank Holiday weekend and we had the platinum caravan and was absolutely perfect, extremely clean, the bed linen was very clean, they have dishes as well, the only thing you need is food and towels. The water from the pool was warm and the staff was very friendly. Because, there are tents as well the outside bathrooms weren't very clean on the end of the day, but if you stay in a caravan that will not be a problem at all. I certainly recommended.

No even washing products or a towel when u purchase 4nights on a Platinum caravan. No even salt and pepper. Do not expect nothing… No cash back at the reception/bar either… cash machine charges 1.50 And I only needed a pound to join the Bingo night… don't judge me but that was the only good entertainment offered during my stay and it was raining to go (with no car) elsewhere… scenery around the place is breathtakingly though… I would come back again just for that… but staff in the site is not very flexible… the Bingo girl and the lady at the shop were AWESOME though… they made me smile… over all… yes I would come back.

Excellent base to explore. Good for kids. Nice club house with decent enough food at good prices. Clean and tidy accommodation with new caravans on site. Access to Combe Martin and Ilfracombe is via a road with beautiful views.
