We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, bedroom was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and very welcoming both mornings. Thank you so much, we shall definitely be back. Highly recommend 😊

I was a bit concerned about traffic but with the windows closed it was OK and hardly any traffic anyway during the night. I liked the microwave and crockery so you could self cater there is a big co-op supermarket nearby.

Only stayed one night, but what a lovely guest house. Very clean spacious rooms and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing B&B, all COVID secure and felt very assured with all the procedures in place, very accommodating and nothing is to much trouble, very friendly staff and the breakfast wow they know how to set you up for the day! Rooms are very spacious and offer excellent views of the coast, can’t wait to return.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week we walked in and was amazed by how beautiful the place was our bedroom was amazing sea view and train track view loved every minute of staying here, the owner was lovely and the staff were amazing very friendly breakfast was amazing also be will definitely be staying here again on our next arrival! What an amazing place to stay. I’ve been there a few times now after being recommended to me and would highly recommend it to everyone. It’s like home from home. Ali and the team are so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast options are great and freshly cooked to order. They made my birthday stay more than memorable. We have just returned from a short break at The Blenheim. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, comfy room and a beautiful sea view to top it off! Will be booking again soon.

We love staying here and highly recommend it. Alison and team are really nice and nothing is too much trouble. The Blenheim is in a great location, right on the sea front in Dawlish and several of the rooms have fantastic sea views. The rooms are all decorated to a high standard.

We stayed in the Puffin Penthouse suite for one night, it was so lovely, very clean, tidy, spacious, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, it had everything we wanted. The view from the porthole window in the lounge at 7am was very special (photo I took attached). The breakfast was wonderful, I am gf and they catered for me brilliantly, so much choice and so tasty. Would definitely go back again. Alison is lovely and so helpful and friendly as are her staff — thank you so much.

Best B&B in Dawlish. Every room is set out for B&B or self catering — very clever idea. Breakfast room overlooks sea. Great quiet pub next door. A stone's throw away from bus stop and train station. Flat walk to centre which is just across the main road. Lovely staff.

Just had 2 days in the puffin suite and all I can say is what a pleasant time we had there and the views were awsome. The staff and owers was very helpfull and friendly. I will be coming back.

Owners are polite, will answer any questions! The breakfasts are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Great views. Will be coming acknowledge again and again!

This is a great hotel not much to look at from the outside but it makes up for it inside lovely rooms the owner and staff very friendly and the breakfast is fabulous unbelievable choice would recommend this place at any time.

Very large room, lie in bed watching the waves, our old dogs catered for well. Highly recommend this guest house, self catering available.

I booked two rooms and all of us were impressed. Rooms with en suite shower and wonderful views. The lady that runs the place offered to make us breakfast half hour early so we could set off on time. Thank you.

Just a bed and breakfast hotel. No carpark. No hotel bar. Bearing that in mind, was rather expensive.

When we arrived we received a very friendly welcome. We stayed in The Puffin room at the top of the hotel. It was amazing. Really comfortable with some lovely views out of the windows. Beds were really comfortable, rooms were well furnished and decorated. And tha apartment was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and ample and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a top class accommodation in dawlish ❤️❤️❤️

Myself and daughter stayed here this week so that we could visit family who live in the local area. We were very impressed throughout our stay. The room in which we stayed was beautifully decorated and dressed. It had all the little extras too like a microwave and a fridge. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. Both the food and service was consistently excellent. We couldn't have wanted more! We would definitely recommend The Blenheim to anyone that wants a break in Dawlish. In fact, I have already started recommending it as a place to stay to my other family members when they make the journey down there to this very special place in our hearts. I hope to return at some point! Thank you to all the staff at The Blenheim, Dawlish for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Lovely front sea view room with kitchenette, separate bathroom. We would recommend breakfast. Close to train station for travel and the prices of our journey where very good, consider parking charges as on previously visit we drove to Portsmouth and it cost us £10 and we had to rush back just for parking, using the train is a great option. Room service is second to none and staff amazing, made us feel so relaxed during our stay and the price we paid was worth every penny. Would we come again "YES"

The hosts were very welcoming, and kindly lent my husband a pair of cufflinks as I had forgotten to pack them. The breakfast was excellent.

Excellent stay in Dawlish. We stayed as group booking three rooms on the second floor. The views were amazing and the rooms modern and spacious. The breakfast was lovely, also free parking on a first come basis. Would definitely return in the future if staying in Dawlish. Keep up the good work P. S left my I pad in the room and Ali returned this to me no problem thank you.

We've been twice once in late September and once in early March and the people are wonderful, their breakfast is a great way to start the day and is brought to your room at a time that suits you. The rooms are spacious and well looked after and we intend going back hopefully on many more occasions.

We stayed at the Blenheim for a long weekend, we had a lovely stay here, great room, and their full English breakfast was absolutely delicious! Friendly staff and great service, highly recommend :-)

We stayed in room 3 "Crazy View" on the ground floor facing the Teignmouth Inn away from the sea. Pros: • Hotel is VERY near the town centre and beach. • Hotel's Wi-Fi was good. When no one else is using it, 25Mbps download and 10Mps upload. When others are using it, 3Mbps download and 1Mbps upload but, surprisingly, still good enough for Netflix. • Hotel's full English breakfast was nice (albeit, rather small). • Hotel provided books and DVDs (albeit, rather old but that was good in the case of The Simpsons). • Room was quite large and well-supplied in terms of appliances. • Room was quite homey. • Room's bed was very warm and relatively comfortable. Cons: • Hotel's parking is extremely limited — 3 or 4 cars maximum • Hotel was expensive considering all points. • Hotel's Wi-Fi was very public — if I recall correctly, it had WPA2-PSK and I believe you could interface with all other connected devices. • Room didn't have a great view, the opposite Teignmouth Inn could see into our room, and the sunlight was obstructed surprisingly often due to very tall buses passing. Although, this was partly our fault for booking at the last minute. • Room was slightly damp. • Room smelled of paint (presumably to cover up the damp). • Room wasn't very quiet — you could quite clearly hear people through two doors which is a major problem when you're situated next to the stairs and are a night owl. • Room was a bit dated.

Excellent place. Very clean and welcoming. I'd happily stay here again the next time I'm in Dawlish.

We love Dawlish, we visit as often as possible, staying at the Blenheim tops it off. The owners are very nice, professional and run the best guest house we have ever stayed in. These are studio/apartments with everything you need in the centre of a beautiful seaside town — Dave and Maria Cornwall.

Great place to stay! I felt like I was home. Probably the cleanest accomodation I've ever stayed in. Very nice owners who will do anything and everything to make you feel welcome and there was even a friendly dog to pet! I can't say enough about the Blenheim, and can't wait to go back. Oh, and the breakfasts were amazing too.
