Good room and bed, we had a early checkout so did not got the change to taste the famous breakfast.

If you're sightseeing around Somerset or travelling with work or just in the area this place is superb. Genial hosts, excellent breakfast for the price it is top notch accommodation.

Shave Farm far exceeded our expectations of what stopping in a farmhouse B+B would be like. While the building look elegant and old, the rooms are modern and very clean. The full English breakfast contained bacon and pork from their very own pigs, and the eggs were fresh from the chickens roaming free-range in the garden. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I was given a tour of the farmyard at feeding time which I enjoyed. The gardens have plenty of places to sit or lay and bask in the sunshine (weather permitting). We will definitely be stopping here again in the future, possibly for more than 1 night.
