Lovely food, staff and ambience.
This is a lovely restaurant in very pretty part of the peak district. The food was excellent as was the service. The whole afternoon was very enjoyable. We finished off with tea on the lawn.

My friends and I had a lovely meal today with a lovely reception from the owner. We called unexpectedly and although it was very busy we were found a table for five with a beautiful view over the hills. Each of our lunches were excellent and one of my friends had Bakewell Tart and custard which she thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to visit again. Well done for a beautiful place to have lunch or dinner with a relaxed atmosphere.
