Friendly atmosphere. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Was+is good value for money. All staff are friendly+very helpful. Owner was nice. Polite + down to earth. Any probs he sorted out right away. Nice chap. Deff visit again. Would recommend.

The breakfast was good, but single glazing a radiator that barely worked & a shabby shared bathroom did not endear me to this hotel. I would not choose to go there in Winter again!

Quite unexpected the quality of the room was surpassed the price, small single but very modern. Enjoyed breakfast.

Been in better places, lovely receptionist and good breakfast which is included in the price. Comfortable bed, dated rooms, didn't like the shared bathroom though, never liked shared facilities.

Does what it says on the box. Good place to stay if you just want to get you head down and do some work in the area. Staff are helpful when you ask and let you do what you need to do.

L'hotel è molto economico, offre parcheggio ai clienti, Wi-Fi, lo staff è cordiale, colazione inclusa (molto molto buona la full English breakfast), riscaldamento. L'unico appunto che posso fare è per il bagno vicino alla mia stanza, piccolo e senza aria di ricambio.

Staff are really helpful and accommodating, the rooms were ok, slept well enough although there was a light directly outside my room. Bathrooms could be better but were clean and there was hot water so no major issues. I would stay again.

All the things you don't want is here majorently. Smelly, not clean, greasy hand rails everywhere. Broken door handles. Rooms didn't look fit for purpose. Although it's not all bad news, good points are it's secure with key entry through the front entrance, cctv, it is generally quiet and there is limited parking. It is well located. Could be a very popular and very pleasant with a bit of maintenance and cleaning.

Nice hotel on a budget. It's got shared bathrooms but when I went in it was totally clean, and dry and shower was easy to use. Free toiletries, towels, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. Wardrobe and TV with free view. Sink and mirror in room so you don't need to brush teeth etc in communal bathroom if you don't want. Has a pool table and dart board if you are bored. Vending machine with pop, crisps and sweets at reasonable prices. Cooked breakfast was excellent, asked for poached egg and got a great one. Room has a few knocks on wall but these are just asthetic touches which are from wear and tear, not untidiness. Room is nice and comfy. Sink in bathroom had a stopper that got stuck but managed to fix myself. Great for a one or two night stay. Walking distance from town on a slight decline to town.

Great activities such as Pool and darts. Great living room area and felt very welcomed. Door handle kept falling off door but we were moved to another room immediately.

Stayed here 4 nights, beds made and clean towels everyday, bit dated but was clean with friendly staff and an enjoyable breakfast, I would stay here again.

There was black mold on the bedroom wall, could not get water in the shower hot or powerful enough, breakfast was a let down, the hot water machine for coffee needed a service. However, the staff we're fabulous and the beds we're very comfortable!

Location was ideal, price was great, clean and good service. Everything as described and the staff were very polite, would absolutely stay again.

Really nice communal area, Room was nice and breakfast freshly made and great selection of other classical stuff at the buffet. Great value for money Only 2 weak spots, hadn't noticed there was a common bathroom for 4 rooms on ground floor when booking and needs a little revamp. Very nice lady at reception. Advisable!

Get what you pay for. Fine for an over night stay.
