Wonderful sleep, great breakfast; met the owners and it was a pleasure, they know all about derby what to do and where to go and any trouble I ran in to they sorted for me and more! Absolutely amazing place, I had stayed here for work purpose, this place was clean and the bed was excellent giving me a good nights sleep. The Landlady was so friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure that your stay will be pleasant as ever. Delicious breakfast served and a very pleasant atmosphere. Will surely use again and will recommend to anyone looking for a good quality B&B in Derby.

I love this place. I stayed for 3.5 months. The B&B is very friendly with lovely garden and owners are very welcoming. Place is being cleaned up. People staying here are all very cool. Place is quiet but convenient, as there's only a 10 min trip to the city. Also a 24 hr bus at to go and from East Midland Airport. Maryland is also close to all shopping locations and stores. And most importantly, the price is very reasonable! Can't ask for more! :) Best B&B I've stayed at. I give it a five star rating — would highly recommend.

Stayed here for almost two months and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the food is excellent. The hosts make you feel at home and it surely is very reasonably priced. I would recommend this place for anyone who comes to Derby and would really like to thank the owners for making my stay so comfortable.

Lovely place that is just what every traveller needs. Clean, cosy and very friendly.

A really lovely guest house with a really lovely landlady. The rooms were beautifully clean. Linen was clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable — we slept really well (and I usually dont get a wink when I am away from home). A good quality breakfast the following morning with plenty of piping hot tea and coffee and whole jug full of fresh juice. Our little boy was even given his favourite — hot milk and sugar. The dining room was modern and spacious. Nothing was too much trouble. The b+b was just a few miles down one road from the Westfield Shopping Centre — shopping heaven. We went to the cinema there and then on to Nandos for supper. Up early the next morning for a rugby tournament at the Derby Rugby Club — just 10 mins away. I would definately recommend staying at this b+b. If you are looking for cleanliness, value for money (£55 for 3 of us with breakfast! ) and a reputable place to stay — look no further. This is a very well finished b&b, I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay. It very professional and at a very low and convenient price of £40 per room.
