Me and my husband stopped here for the night. We had a very warm welcome, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean and very spacious. We had dinner in the steakhouse and was very dissatisfied. It is extremely over priced for what you get and the quality of it. The steak was fatty and full of gristle. You get one onion ring and the batter was completely raw. The chips were undercooked and coleslaw tasted really cheap. Would definitely stay again but eat elsewhere.
Lovely as always. Steak was cooked perfectly (16oz t-bone),. The wife had the Hunters chicken which was very well presented, and "epic", as she put it. My only complaint is the chips are a bit chunky for my liking, but that's a personal view so not a fault of the restaurant. Still beautiful, nonetheless. Great service, nice atmosphere and excellent food. Can't ask for more.
