Booked for a two night stay, it was perfectly located as I was riding the The Fred Whitton Challenge, a few hundred yards from the start. The B&B is one of quality, no expense spared facilities and immaculately clean. Great value for money, located a short walk from the middle of Grasmere and a short walk to The Swan pub for evening meal. Can’t recommend enough, look forward to staying again, thanks Jackie and John.
Just left after staying two nights — the place is immaculate, beautifully furnished, the lightest softest duvet, best black pudding type sausage at breakfast with avocado and poached eggs yumm John! Thanks Jacky — and I did the Alcock Tarn walk yesterday and managed not to get lost 🤗 PS the shower 🚿 amazing 🤩
