Visited here for an ice cream and drinks and sat outside on the terrace. The positives were that the ice cream was really nice and that the views from the terrace were amazing. There was also one friendly waiter. However, the attitudes of the remainder of the staff were appalling and they totally looked down on you and thought that they were in some way superior to you. The two who stood out were a guy dressed in blue who I asked for directions to the toilet. All I received back was a curt "down". Clearly too much of an issue to form it into a sentence. The second was a waitress who we tried to pay at the end, who just looked at us up and down like we were scum. Not impressed at all by their attitudes and also not impressed how they put on a service charge for ice creams and soft drinks. I seriously wouldn't recommend.
We had such an amazing lunch today. Food, service and views are wonderful. I will definitely come back to this amazing place ❤️

Fabulous location and views, however, the service was awful …. Espresso coffee with cold milk should be easily fulfilled but we had to chase for the milk and 10 mins later hot milk was brought to us! The cocktail was made inexpertly and was horrid. The automatic addition of 12.5%service charge is outrageous — we refused to pay it. What a shame because the location is beautiful as is St Mawes.
