Absolutely terrible stay — I would not recommend going here and I would never go back! There is no customer service at all, they are rude and completely useless and basically do not care about customers. I asked on day one to speak to a manager and was promised that someone would make contact, with no one on site at the time! After 4 days stay, still no contact from a manager and not one person available despite going to reception multiple times. We were constantly given the story that there were no managers available throughout our stay! Utterly disgusting, how can you run a business with no mangers onsite to deal with mine or anyone else’s concerns. There was No Wi-Fi and the swimming pool was filthy, tissues around the edge of the pool, sand in the pool, the changing rooms & toilet were disgusting 🤢. They Definitely need to look at their health and safety policies and I would like to know the levels of chlorine in the pool, as by law the pool should be checked more than once a day, so please share these? The last year had been about Covid & being safe, there definitely appears to be a fragrant disregard for it here and I actually don’t know how they are running a business still! The massive issue for us personally was no soft play on site anymore, but it was advertised when we booked and no one told us until we arrived that it had been removed. It was still on there T&C’s which they acknowledged but, still no contact from anyone. We would no longer recommend this place to anyone.
