Lovely staff, great beer, lovely location.

We went there for dinner. Was lured by the Michelin star. However, our experience was poor and underwhelming. The staff were disorganised and lacking knowledge — we asked for a kir-royale and they didn’t know what it was! Grit in one of the vegetable dishes, so not washed properly. And, certain veg dishes didn’t even turn up. Several menu items unavailable, which we understood to be a supplier problem which seems more of a mis-management issue. Generally the staff were poorly turned out, the food mediocre at best and the overall experience not one we wish to repeat. Very expensive for what it was.

Amazing restaurant in the amazing location. View is just fantastic. Food was delicious, service is perfect. Could not find one thing wrong with the place. Well done! ❤️💪

I had booked for a special occasion, appalling customer service, no answers to messages and no acknowledgement to subsequent complaint, not even an apology. Eventually I cancelled and luckily found alternative accommodation in time. For the prices they are charging the service is disgusting. Dint be fooled by the hype on their Facebook page,,, DONT BOTHER.

The place the staff the service is all A1 we have had an amazing stay definitely come back thank you all staff you all work hard and manage to please at all times nothing is too much trouble.

Loved our stay last year in June. Quiet, relaxing, great food, wonderful staff.

For four ladies away we had the perfect accomadation. The rooms are delightful, staff lovely.
The dinner menu was disappointing. Limited choice, one choice.

Beautiful hotel with stylish decor and furnishings. The food is outstanding and reflects the attention to detail given by the Head chef and his team. The hotel is dog friendly too which was perfect for us and located a short 5-10 min walk into the centre of Port Isaac. We would definitely return.

We completely love this place, eaten here a couple of times and the food is as good as food can get, the head chef is a genius.
Sadly the al a carte menu is no more and you just have a choice of a 5 or 7 course taster menu.
If this is your kind of thing you won’t get better in the uk.
For us, bring back the old a la carte menu and we’ll be back. Until such times thank you all at Stagazy for the wonderful food and superb service.

Visited today for my fiancé’s birthday. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Food was absolutely superb. The setting was stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Lovely room, great breakfast. Fabulous view from our balcony. Beds and pillows were really comfortable (king size bed). Highly recommend.

Expensive for what it is.

Booked at the last moment and really glad we did. A really well appointed and quirky hotel. The bedroom was lovely with a balcony overlooking the bay. The front of the hotel is a great place to relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Fantastic food and great service. Will certainly go back again.

We arrived here for check in, at 2pm. We are supposed to have a good sea view. Instead we have scaffolding. Our balcony is covered with broken sharp shards of roof slate. It's now 17:15 Hrs. And the builders are still sawing/ hammering. We are shattered from a long drive to get here. So because we can't rest, that's the evening ruined. No staff are here to talk to. There is no phone in room. And no mobile signal. So we can't even complain. That's why I'm writing this review now.

I would like to inform you that my brother passed away on Thursday 8 February.
I think it is unforgivable you won’t give us our money back.

Hotel is at top of village, used as Wenn House in Doc Martin TV series. Comfortable room, good breckfast.

Helpful staff, wonderful location, beautiful decor, clean luxury rooms, loads of tea and coffee in rooms with quality toiletries. No complaints. Short scenic walk to Doc Martin's Port Wenn — Port Isaac. Excellent accommodation and service.
