Very clean and relaxing B&B breakfast is amazing Dan is the perfect host definitely will be staying again can't wait.

I have just had a lovely week at the surfside stop with my husband. It is minutes away from town centre and the beaches and the Harbour are just a short walk away. So location is perfect. This guest house is a very friendly family run business and we were made to feel at home on arrival. There is parking on site, so had no worries about where to leave the car. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable (best night sleep for a long time) and to start the mornings off was a breakfast that was worth getting up. Would I go again? Second time for me and my partner in Newquay staying at Dan's and Brodys … Great week… Bit sunburnt but didn't stop us having a great time… I had a lovely bday whilst at surfside stop and my partner proposed. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Great place to stay. We only stayed over for 1 night on a last minute booking but great location to everything, Dan the owner couldn't of been more helpful and informative, room was very clean and tidy and the breakfast in the morning ticked all the boxes. Can't recommend highly enough.

We’ve just had the most wonderful 5 days in Newquay topped off by fantastic accommodation where my Daughter and I were warmly welcomed, with a fabulous breakfast cooked each day and cleaned rooms daily. Dan and his family are the perfect hosts, we would thoroughly recommend laying your head here for a holiday in Newquay.

Been here few years now on the bounce and stayed here for the last couples of years. And every time always had a good stay nothing is never to much trouble. Rooms are always clean and tidy. And the breakfast is worth getting up for. Andy and Hannah.

Great place to stay close enough to everything while quiet enough at night to get enough rest for another day doing wverything you want. The people who run the place are friendly, welcoming and more than happy to help and the breakfast is to die for simply delicious. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a break in Newquay 100% and my family and I are looking forward to going back.

We have had amazing 2 weeks at the surf side stop, Dan is very accommodating and is very knowledgeable of places to visit and with regular updates of what the weather is going to do, which was unpredictable at times. Our room was very clean and was cleaned daily, fresh towels daily and bedding changed regularly, the surf side stop is well presented and is very clean. Pops makes a excellent breakfast, with alternatives for those with different dietary requirements, there was plenty to choose from and more toast was available as my partner loves roast, nothing was too much trouble. Dan was ready to take your breakfast order and soon gets to know what you like. We went to the beach every day and probably brought a lot of the sand back with us daily and again no fuss made. Would we go back? Yes definitely Thanx Dan and the family.

Nice clean place, Showers worked great! Few minute walk to beach and shops. Friendly staff and parking! Would definitely return!

A lovely find and great value too. Rooms cleaned daily, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. All you need as a base for exploring the area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Dan and the team — you really looked after us x.

Superb Guest House for Bed and Breakfast in Newquay. Close to the tourist spots of Cornwall and shops, restaurants, Bars and lots to see and do nearby. Tatefully decorated and Dan is the kindest of hosts. Paul Davies.

Absolutely inconsiderate very rude. Garandad had passed away while on holiday was told due to circumstances we could be refuded now being told they won't refund us for the days we never used got a rude response of the son will never stay here again and will not recommend them either. Avoid avoid avoid!

Perfect family-run hotel at the price range with attentive friendly staff. Great breakfast to fill you up in advance of the day. Also a good central location making access to all corners of Newquay easy. Car parking can be tight if there are a few at the hotel but street parking available nearby up the hill from the location.

Stayed here for a couple of weekends recently. Relately old-fashioned decor but rooms are clean and nice and all have small ensuites with showers. Customers seemed to be a mix but mostly couples. They were happy to let us keep our surfboards inside, but it isn't at all surf-y. Nice enough breakfast, 2min walk to town, and good value in comparison with some places in Newquay.
