Room smelt musty, bed was very uncomfortable and when looking to see what the problem was turned out to be two mattresses one on top of the other. Kettle in the rooms with complimentary tea and coffee would have been good. Would only stay again as a last resort.

What can I say! Clare and Andy, two amazing people who will alone make you feel so welcome! second year returning here and we was also greeted by Alex who works at the hotel. 3 incredible people. Lovely communal area, which was fab as we came as a group of 6, great for relaxing and meeting everyone. Comfiest beds ever, clean spacious rooms and the best showers! our group is literally 20-25 Are range and Clare is definitely a stand in mum for us. Love the place and will 10000% return. thanks so much for having us guy's xx.

Just an amazing place to stay. I have nothing bad to say about the place. Clare and Andy are lovely people. Won't stay anywhere other than here from now on.

Was a place to stay, felt overpriced for what it was. Really difficult to park unless you use the council one at the bottom of the road which was really expensive.

Dirty, no reception you stand in the hall, no tea and coffee facilities, shower dirty, water Luke warm, parking is in a council car park, no communal room, more like a hostel.

Management are nice but our room was dirty up on arrival. No facilities for a cold drink, no car park even tho it states free parking. You cannot regulated heating.

So where do I begin the rooms were tiny especially for three lads and the food portions were disgraceful. I would not recommend going there to stay for the week or for a weekend.

The hotel was horrible all the rooms where tiny we asked for the Wi-Fi password and they never gave it us and the meals where tiny and rank.

Would like to thank Andy and Claire for having us lads for the weekend. Hospitality was great and you made us all feel welcome… will definately come back!

It is the best place to stay in Newquay and returning there is always like going home.
