What an utterly lovely place! A perfect haven to explore from. They look after you so well, the place is comfortable, elegant and spotless and the breakfast is beautiful. I can thoroughly recommend the American pancakes or the smoked salmon with scrambled egg — my personal favourite. What sets Dovers House apart is the size of the welcome. You honestly feel it from the first moment you arrive. Nothing is too much trouble and you honestly feel that your comfort is important. There's a lot of love and commitment gone into this place and it shows. I can't recommend it highly enough and we will definitely be back.
