My Mum stayed in the Farmhouse it was immaculate, and the breakfasts were lovely x
Mum was looked after like royalty x
We stayed on the CL site and it was fantastic
You must give this 5 * site a go
It truly is a gem x.

As everyone has already said this really is one of the best. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to rest and recuperate look no further. The welcome is exceptional, the facilities spotless and the site immaculate with not even a blade of grass out of place! The complimentary cream tea is a wonderful touch and the Sunday roast delicious! We cannot recommend this CL highly enough.

This is the best site we've every visited! You get a lovely warm welcome, hot home cooked food delivered to your unit, and the use of Wi-Fi. There is a washroom which is spotless, and the whole site is immaculate. Thoroughly recommended!

We stayed at the fabulous Journeys End cottage for a week in October 2020 and absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped we felt at home immediately, as did our dog. The welcome from Louise was lovely and her cooking completely delicious The cottage is in beautiful, rural countryside but well placed to explore both Devon and Cornwall. Highly recommend!

Amazing site. Lovely area, welcoming hosts. The best campsite I’ve ever visited. You can even order a cooked breakfast… and they deliver!

What can I say! We are just back from a 12 night stay at this fabulous site. Louise, Greg and Harvey were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. From delicious home cooked breakfast, mouth watering cream teas and not forgetting the tasty carrot cake, we ate it all!. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the lay out of the site, even down to the swing seat overlooking the scenery. 10/10 from us. Loved it so much rebooked again for next summer.

Really lovely place to stay! You won’t be disappointed… really clean, great host, and lots of little touches that made the stay perfect.

Lovely setting quiet great hosts food is excellent, we had the cottage beautiful clean fresh, dog friendly rooms are a great size has Wi-Fi TV lovely shower car parking not a problem, cant fault this venue 10 out of 10.
today we leave for our journey home feeling totally relaxed after a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage. Thank you so much for everything you have done Poole Farm is a credit to you, see you next year.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely surroundings, amiable and considerate hosts … off the beaten track but a real find!

We spent three lovely nights at Poole Farm for our first wedding anniversary. Greg and Louise were the perfect hosts, we felt so welcome. Our room was beautiful, the setting stunning and peaceful and the food was gorgeous. We will definitely going back again, cannot recommend highly enough! We felt very much like we arrived as strangers and left as friends thank you for a wonderful stay!

Staying at Poole Farm is like staying with attentive friends. Nothing was too much trouble, my friend is gluten free and Louise went out of her way to find and make things for her.
Rufus and Philip the fox were fun. Breakfasts are the best I've had.

We had the most fantastic time at Poole Farm… best CL ever. Beautiful site, well kept, peaceful, just the perfect place to relax. Louise, Greg, & Harvey are the most delightful, thoughtful hosts, nothing’s too much trouble for them. And not forgetting Rufus the dog who is so friendly too. He came to play with our two dogs in the best dog walking field I’ve ever seen. And I just had to have a go on the adult swing every day!
we can’t wait to return for a longer stay this year. Never looked forward to going back to the same campsite ever before.

Thank you for yet another blissful stay at your wonderful Poole Farm. The Cottage was beyond perfect and had everything we needed for our family of 4 to be comfortable and happy. We were pampered and so well taken care of and the treats were a special bonus. Greg, Louise and HRH are dedicated and gracious hosts. So much to do around the area. We will be back!

One of the best cls I have stayed in for a long time, we have just come back from the lakes and Lichfield and the sites couldn’t compete, and we can’t wait to get our hands on some more of Louise’s plum jam,

Place is amazing host's bend over backwards to make you feel welcome.

We stayed in the holiday cottage for a week at the end of May. Louise and Greg are lovely hosts. The cottage was very clean and had every kitchen appliance you could need. Would highly recommend the cottage for family accommodation.

The best bed and breakfast that is possible stunning location and the hosts are so friendly and helpful, room was very luxurious and the bathroom sumptuous, small touches that are so thoughtful makes this possibly the best place to stay.

Fantastic caravan park with lovely hosts who go that extra mile to make your stay a fantastic one.

We stayed at Poole Farm CL for 18 days and loved the site so much we have booked to come back in October. Louise, Greg and Harvey are wonderful hosts, they make you feel so welcome. Like other reviewers we really enjoyed our cream teas (we moved pitch so we could stay on longer than the original 14 days we had booked and they kindly gave us another cream tea! ) The hut has a bathroom as good as any you would find in an hotel and is kept spotlessly clean. The pitches are large with deep gravel. Louise offers a wonderful cooked breakfast that is brought to your van at a time of your choice and it was delicious, she also made 2 super cakes while we were staying which we thoroughly enjoyed. We are really looking forward to our return in October.

Stayed in Journey's End cottage for a week with the family. Louise and Greg gave us a wonderful welcome and were kind and helpful throughout our stay. My sister and brother-in-law stayed in the B&B and were also thoroughly happy. Louise's breakfast was fantastic. Can highly recommend cottage and B&B.

We've just had three days of total relaxation. The 5 large pitches are perfect and having our water and electric supply so near was handy especially as it had snowed. The Hut was lovely and warm and very clean, we loved the fact you have a proper shower. There's also a fridge to use in the hut.
Greg & Louise were so welcoming, we arrived just as it was turning dark and they showed us to our pitch. We had some lovely scones, cream and delicious homemade jam that Louise had made, the scones were just how I love them.
We're booked in for a few more breaks later in the year and we're looking forward to visiting agin.
I'd really recommend this CL, it's really well laid out and excellent facilities.

Lovely place, wonderful owners and a cracking brekkie.

Superb quality, excellent location. This is a very clean well presented B&B with very eell appointed caravan facilities. The B& B is extremely comfortable spotlessly clean luxury. The breakfast is exceptional. Wifi hook up in the main house and gardens.

I havent even stayed here (5.10.17 and 9.10.17) yet but from the reception I received from the most polite person I think I have ever spoken to and the reviews although im going there to work I cannot wait and will be recommending this to my director as the place to put up the other managers who frequent the depot in Launceston.

The owners ensure that everything is perfect! Best b&b during our 2 weeks trip! Thanks for everything and the sweet pastries for our day trip!

What a find!. One of the best cl sites in the country And a lovely cream tea thrown in Idyllic. Need to stay longer next time The host Lou and Greg could not do any more for you. Well apart from a full English Delivered to our caravan tomorrow With the Sunday papers This site is Bliss.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful, very very pretty site, well laid out, with very large pitches, Louise and Greg welcomed us with drinks & biscuits, which was very. Welcome after a stressful drive down,, nothing To much trouble, lovely dog walk with a little stream running through, will definitely return, perfectly placed for Devon & Cornwall visits.

Best B&B we've ever stayed in. They have thought of everything down to the smallest things like what type of pillows each of you prefer and they have made special efforts for each and every guest based on their individual preferences. The house and gardens are beautiful and very well presented and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was home made to order and delicious. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

The caravan park is beautiful, Louise & Greg are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We have given them 5 Stars it is definitely a big 10! John & Carol.

Wow! Hospitality, personal touches, class and comfort. Thee best bed and breakfast I have had the pleasure to stay at. My husband, my mum and I were attending a family wedding and the proprietors could not do enough for us. Breakfast deserves the awards it has won. I cannot recommend Poole farm enough. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Found it on a general search, wow, what a gem! Booked for just the one night for myself and a colleague for business, a fantastic welcome from Louise and Gregg. It's obvious that they have put a great deal of effort into this venture. The rooms, extremely comfortable bed, the room itself is large, large en suite, in the room, a bowl of fruit, chocolates, a coffee machine, kettle with tea etc. Breakfast… meat, cheese, bread rolls, Danishes, yoghurts, toast, choice of cooked, home made jams… far too much to be honest, but loverly! Absolutely fantastic. I will be booking again for a weekend away for lesiure. I hope this is a successful business venture for the hosts, they deserve it!
