Fabulous week with family from 15 months to 73years. We were so well looked after by Hannah who made sure everything was perfect for us. Slept so well in the lovely rooms, spacious and welcoming. Breakfast fueled us till pasty lunch or cream tea all a minutes walk to the quayside. We will definitely return.

Friendly, clean and a great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We have only just started our holiday with The Foyle Old Exchange but we can tell already that we are going to love our stay. Hannah and Jamie are the most welcoming hosts and truly have the knack owning a B & B… nothing is too much trouble and are genuine in their warmth and making sure we are enjoying ourselves. Our room is huge, comfy and has all the nice touches of a hotel.

Such a welcoming family. Very clean and cosy. We had a beautiful room with a 4 poster bed. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely value for money. Fowey is such a pretty place. We will definitely be returning xx.

Clean, extremely central room. Delicious full English breakfast. The couple who have taken over this place in Spring 2016 are really accommodating. A highly recommended option for staying inexpensively right in the heart of Fowey.

The place has a great location, fantastic rooms and super atmosphere! Friendly people received us and also served awesome food in the morning! I felt like a part of the family. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Despite the breakfast being delicious and extremely filling and the four poster suite being beautiful and so big, my boyfriend and I were slightly disappointed with the way we were treated. Before 11 one morning, we were in bed reading after having breakfast and then were shouted at through our door that she needed to get into the room. Surprised to be told to leave our own room we had paid for, we asked for half an hour to get ready. The owner replied with 'well, can you make it 10? I have a million things to do today. " We felt that because we were young, we were not treated with the right amount of respect, or courtesy. We had paid on arrival, and our room wasnt cleaned when we got back, she only needed to get in to get towels for the other rooms, into which other guests were not coming till 3 in the afternoon. We felt it was rude and unnecessary to rush us, and when I complained the owner informed me that 'this is not a hotel. " That may be so, but if I pay for a room I expect to be allowed to use it.
