Lovely place great location and great hosts. Great views and early evening sun for happy hour drinks. Lovely breakfast nice rooms very clean definitely recommend x.

Ordered two steaks from them tonight and was dubious about both the size (as they were very reasonably priced) and the thought of having to reheat them. I was wrong, the steaks were not only large but very good and as I collected at the agreed timeslot they were just out of the pan and we're hot enough not to need reheating. The sauces we had made a good steak perfect.

Highly recommend you staying here, friendly welcome, great food and perfect views.

Stayed for two nights great location. Clean room with a fantastic view. Breakfast really good and great value steak. Friendly owners and barman. Will stay again.

Had a lovely day boats going up and down and also a 40 birthday on the river boat it looked brilliant nice place to visit.

We have had a very nice experience at The rivercroft hotel. Having read some of the negative reviews I am gobsmacked & wondering if we stayed in the same hotel as these people. Our room was well decorated and room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. We had tea making facilities & biscuits & there was shampoo, shower gel ect. The breakfast was excellent & the range of jam, marmalade, marmite was one of the best I've seen. We had steak for tea one night & it was perfect. We will definately return. And we found the staff to be helpful & pleasant.

Lager was disgusting. Food, Homemade Chips, Veggie's and Fillet Steak was sensational. Very reasonably priced. Will return.

Awful hotel with terrible service. Got a room with window facing just a damp rock, if you leave window open for just 5 mins spiders and flies will come in. Breakfast taste awful with the cheapest possible ingredients. I am sick of hearing they say "things are fresh it's utter lies. Service is terrible with minimal cleaning and 0 replenishmemt of supplies. Owners are very unhelpful and reluctant to assist with your request. Totally not worth the price.

Nice hotel. Close to town so no taxi required. Great breakfast to start the day. Great view from our room which was clean an tidy. Can walk anywhere in Looe from hotel.

Stayed at the riverscroft for 10 days. I've got to thank Julie & Glen for the most fantastic time ever. The most welcoming family you could ever wish to meet. The bar staff are the best. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting looe, the rooms are 1st class the food is excellent xx thanks guys xxx.

We had dinner at the rivercroft, we got there early and sat down with a drink to wait until 5, the food came quickly and was lovely! We had excellent service from all staff and a great evening.

Superb accommodation really nice setting by the side of the estuary 1 minute walk to the beach front. Lovely family run hotel superb home cooked food pleasure to stay.

Great hotel Stay here at least one a year in July/August for a weekend fishing with the lads, always look forward to it and never disappointed. Great for families too, lovely rooms, spacious restaurant, loads to do nearby.
