Lovely quiet friendly staff and clean 3 night stay last weekend.

Mouldy rooms which are damp, the cleaning is appalling thick dust on the carpet, bathrooms are filthy! dirty toilets, complaints are practically laughed at by senior managers in the customer relations department! spoke to Megan who should be ashamed of herself! didn't even ask how my son was after having an asthma attack due to mould and dust allergies, premier inn have done everything they can to avoid offering a full refund which is the least they should of done absolutely! even the hotel staff were disgusted with the room but due to being fully booked they couldn't move us! absolute joke!

Love all premier inns always stay in them all around the country. Camborne is especially friendly staff very helpful lovely food really enjoy ourselves.

Staff very helpful friendly and polite. Room was set up as requested. Asked for extra pillows and towel they were brought straight to the room. Room was very spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable. We use Premier a lot and this was by far the best. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff and well kept clean rooms, slept really well and is well situated in camborne, would stay again.

Great all round visit this weekend good food great staff. Only issue was the fire alarm going off at around 5.45am allegedly caused by some thoughtless individual smoking or vaping inside the hotel. £100.00 clearly not enough. As far as I'm concerned it should be a minimum £1000.00 and a lifetime ban from staying in any hotel.

Avoid Avoid Avoid… Room 16 Avoid room 16 on the ground floor. It is the first room for the access of the stairs and lift. The room is situated at the entrance and you encounter all the noise throughout the day and night. Guaranteed no sleep at all. Breakfast is served at an external restaurant so you have to go outside. No other access.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding Anniversary w/e 4th August and enjoyed a meal and drinks at the restaurant — this was made even more special by Vicki our waitress for the evening, who took it upon herself to present us with a card from all the staff at the Premier Inn, Camborne and two bottles of complimentary wine — this was such a lovely surprise — which made our stay extra special. Thank you.

It is what it is, I'll say this though, it's quiet. On this stay I've been working night shifts and haven't been disturbed through the day.

Room was lovely, good nights sleep. Breakfast — well, poached eggs on toast isn’t possible. They provide the poached eggs, you get your own toast so one of the two will be cold. When paying a premium (over £120 a night) these little things matter. A simple change would have given this review a 5 star. Breakfast let it down.

Lovely, clean, tidy. Bed was a bit hard and I never understand why they tuck duvet in a bottom of bed. Would be nice to have a couple of biscuits with tea making facilities but overall very nice.

Have never received such fantastic customer service. The lady on reception called Sarah delt with us on check in and check out, and she couldn't have been more helpful! She is a huge asset to the company. Have to mention the breakfast too… Amazing! :-)

Second stop here as close to main road, without being noisy. Check in was quick and easy. My room was very clean and comfortable. My daughter's room was clean, it lacked a bin in the bedroom and we couldn't change the temperature from cold, not too much of an issue as the male receptionist changed it at the office. Once these little tweaks were ironed out she was also happy. Check out easy.

Highly recommend. Lovely inexpensive hotel with modern look. Their breakfast and meals in the restaurant are amazing. Definitely you get more than you pay.

One of the more up to date premier inns with socket next to the bed TV is small if that is a thing for you but doesn't bother me breakfast at the table table is good definitely one of the better ones and bed was comfy which is the most important thing.

Standard Premier Inn service. Checking in was easy and staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Handy with the soap dispensers in the bathroom. Breakfast had a large selection and was all cooked very well.

Helpful staff. Excellant room size (accessable rooms) and good bathroom size. The restraunt has good food with a lot of variety. The breakfast table has a lot of choice. Would deffinatly recomend.

Only there for 1 night but all staff were very friendly and it was very clean. The breakfast was good and worth the money. The staff were excellent with the kids.

Not sure if this a fairly new build or not but my room looked new. Although it looks like a bed with a duvet it is infact a cloud with a bed frame around it. So so comfy. Room was spotless, it was quiet. For you tech folk you have USB ports and HDMI ports for the Tele and it will stream from your phone too. Only seen 1 staff member. He looked happy in his work either that or he had some really good news given to him before I arrived.

Rooms fine and Table Table restaurant next door. There's a handy corner shop 5 min walk foenholl on opposite side.

I did give the hotel 5 stars but the breakfast and restaurant has undone that. Service is very poor and breakfast wasn't worth the cost. Really lets the hotel down.

Standard Premier Inn Service; large room with comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee in your room. This is a reasonable new hotel so all pretty modern. Location is good next to the bypass and only 25 minute walk from the station. Restaurant next door which serves breakfast from 6.30am.

Reasonably priced for what it is. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff have been friendly. A good base to explore Cornwall as it lies on one of the main bus routes, and just off the main road.

Fine service, decent rooms for the price.

Staff at hotel — great. Ground floor room — feet stamping above until gone 11pm. Tv remote did not work. No complimentary coffee — only tea. Restaurant. Staff — scarce. Cooked Breakfast — overcooked and cold, we were the second people to arrive in the morning. Can't help but compare to other premier inns and this one needs updating.

First time we have stayed at this premier inn and it was the best. We had a room in the newer end of the hotel and it was lovely and very on trend. The staff are lovely as usual and nothing is too much trouble.

Very new premier inn so everything is fresh and clean. I don't like how the windows don't open on the new hotels as I would much prefer fresh air over air conditioning. Other than that though it was very good.

Great location, straight on or off the A30. Central, so easy to get to other places. Free Wi-Fi is a real bonus. Very clean and well maintained. Stayed here for a week and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Got to be the best premier inn around. Tho paid for by my work so no ideal if expensive. Very comfortable room. Great Friendly staff nothing too much trouble highly recommended.

Hi there iam giving you a 4 star the sleep was good. Staff very helpful. But the table table pub let you down wth the food and a manger what didn't care. What she dish up or how she spoke to the customers.

It is in a very good location
the room was clean and modern, the room was a typical premier room with good heating and a really dark room for sleeping. The bed was also a typical great size but for us not comfortable. This is not the premier's mistake though it is because we have a softer mattress at home
the fact that you could have breakfast over a longer period of time and not have to check out until mid day was such a bonus.

Originally booked for two nights but only stayed one then moved to another premier, reason is the hotel is being extended and things were a little chaotic with workmen and their vehicles all over the place. Parking was a nightmare and we would have had to park outside on the road if we had not found the last available slot in the overspill car park. After 375 mile journey, very stressful, excellent food at adjoining pub. Would stay again but only after works completed.

My wife and I selected this hotel for its central location for our journey. We had plenty of communication from the hotel before check-in and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed just superb. It was a tad warm at night, you can't open the window but the room has air-conditioning although ours didn't seem to work even at 5 degrees… There is currently building work going on, but we were advised before. We would certainly call back in future.

Came here a few days ago and really enjoyed our food ;-)

We stayed over Christmas and the room was nice and comfy.

Really nice hotel in convenient location. Added bonus is that they have 2 Electric Car charging points available in the car park. Recommended.

Decent for a short stay but fairly basic room.

A pleasant and peaceful stay. Such kind and helpful staff. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. One slight drawback — the floorboards to the room above creaked, but fortunately this was not a problem to me.

We only stayed a couple of nights but we had no complaints at all with either the restaurant or our accommodation. Couldn't be faulted.

Surprised that there was no socket for an electric razor! Overall however the room was in excellent order. Food was also good with some availability of gluten free dishes. Did get slightly fed up with other peoples screaming children at every meal.

It was all u could ever wish for and just a stone through away from the beach.
