A ten minute walk to a great pub restaurant, fish & chip shop, a convenience store and a bus stop.
Ample car parking on site.

A fantastic place to stay, we spent two night here with our spaniels. Warm friendly place with lovely woods to walk the dogs in, central location for both coasts can’t recommend it enough, we will be back x.

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting the Eden Project. A very well kept Abbey house, with some truly unique rooms. The facilities were immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very generous, offering a cold buffet to start off with, whilst your hot food is cooked fresh to order. I would certainly recommend this place.

Jay Jay and his family made us so at home even though we had horrendously muddy boots after our Pilgrimage. He has so much knowledge about the building seems so passionate about what he does! The bedroom was warm, the bed covers and bathroom was clean, the atmosphere was comforting, the breakfast was beautiful and the service was outstanding! Thank you St. Benets Abbey for our night with you guys! Would recommend definitely!

A wonderful guest house, with a very pleasant ambience, and the staff are very professional and polite. We stayed for two nights and we're thoroughly impressed and highly recommend it. We will be returning when possible.

I would just like to say how amazing this B&B is, we turned up on Saturday night after a long long drive with 2 young children only to find out that I had booked the wrong week. JJ the owner and his wife made us feel so welcome and even though they were unable to accommodate us, they made us a hot drink and entertained the children whilst they secured us other accommodation nearby, we were grateful for this as it was late but saddened we didn't get to experience their wonderful hospitality more. We will definitely be back, this time on the right night!

Clean room but overpriced. The breakfast was poor, avoid the scrambled eggs!

We've really enjoyed it! Had the king ensuite room which was quirky with a stone wall and felt like living in the past. Awesome.

Charming place steeped in history. Comfortable accommodations. Owners JJ and Lynn are very nice welcoming people — great sense of humor too!

Do not recommend this hotel. Rooms have mold in some places.

Lovely old building in a beautiful setting, very welcoming hosts John and Lynn run this eight bedroom B&B and provide a hearty Cornwall breakfast. Each room is well furnished with en suite facilities, our room had the most comfortable bed ever. Highly recommended.
