Absolutely amazing place!
my first time in ages meeting friends and brought my dog Lola who was made to feel as welcome as I was … thank you to all the staff and all the punters… oh yeah, the beer and pizza wasn't half bad neither 😉 thank you 😊🐾

After staying for 4 nights I can honestly say that Paul and his staff cannot do enough for you one of the friendliest places and most comfortable I have ever stayed. Thanks Kings Head will see you again 🙂

Just had my baby’s christening here, the staff deserve a massive pat on the back for a great service, the food was amazing, everyone is still talking about it now, thanks to Janelle and mace feeding our crazy lot ❤️

Amazing staff an locals! An all rounder pub an the food is lovely.

Go in here all the time after work for a pint. Just been refused entry for not wearing a mask when I'm medically exempt with proof! Rude and agressive staff then they all laughed when they made me leave. Won't be coming in again, even after Covid.

Great venue and lovely staff, I hold vintage evenings here for charity and people travel all over the uk to attend them… thanks Paul for helping me do this.

I have hosted 3 parties here is 12 months and have been thoroughly looked after. Nothing is too much trouble.
Paul sorted the DJ out, there’s a doorman stood by the room, the staff can’t do enough for you.
When you return the following day, all your buffet equipment is all together, presents can be locked away overnight.
Fantastic trendy venue.

Stayed in few places in Warrington. But Will always stay here in future. Realy nice place to stay. And the staff are Great and make ypu feel so welcomed. Breakfast in the morning looking forward to stay here more often.

Best pub in warrington top beer great staff so clean and perfect access to either liverpool or Manchester as it's 50 yards from the train station class pub. With a class landlord.

Room was lovely. Staff were great-Simone was a lovely barmaid and even sorted us with a hair dryer when we couldn't locate one. Paddy the porter provided good craic. We booked to stay again when we seen how lovely all the staff and locals were. Definitely one Of The nicest places I have stayed in England. Town centre and train/bus a stones throw a way. Also a 24 hour Tesco right beside and train station literally opposite.

I wanted my boys to experience the wrold cup atmosphere they are 10 and 14, we were welcomed into the kings head and they loved every minute, bar staff were brilliant, and was well organised felt confident that doormen we inside all areas, didn’t see any trouble felt safe with the kids which u don’t get in all town centre pubs! Xx.

Really nice place. Always start here if I'm going to watch the wire (rugby league team). It's been poshed up into a really good place. Excellent staff. Always very clean. You can't go wrong.

I have to say this place has changed and only for the better in and the beer garden It's nice bright and crisp and the staff attack you with niceness.

Excellent pub, great on match day's bar outside so quicker to get served and freindly staff.

We stayed in the B&B, the room was decorated nicely and the staff were warm and welcoming, however, the mattresses were such poor quality that it was difficult to get comfortable (springy and plastic coated)
The level of noise from the street was extreme! This meant that we could only sleep between 1am and 5:30am Lucky we wanted an early start.
The bathroom was very clean and well presented, the shower was extremely week however so it took a while to get the shampoo out of your hair.
Breakfast was okay, very cheap ingredients but this may be down to the low price of the rooms. Staff were absolutely lovely and the pub itself is very good indeed. The reason for the low rating is that I expected to be able to sleep and get clean, both were a challenge.

Had a great day at the King's Head yesterday. Lovely Friendly Bar staff and the music is just the best. The outside area is FAB… loved it.

Great location, reasonably priced drinks (didn't have food), enjoyed the times I've been in when the rugby hasn't been on, gets too busy on match days.

I don't want to insinuate anything, but my son had to be advised as a first impression in a dive. The us expected a Bartender but also made absolutely no confidence etweckenden impression. We brought our Luggage to room 1 (on the road and the Pup lying down) and fled to Liverpool. The room was equipped with three narrow beds and a rickety wardrobe. The bathroom is totally filthy and had already heard years ago renovated. To make matters worse, played as of this day Liverpool against Manchester City. When we came back around 21:00, the Pup was full and adjust the volume accordingly. Only against 23:30 was a good night's sleep. For safety's sake, I put my suitcase in front of the door in the hope that this will not Fall if someone breaks into the room. We slept then dispensed out of the Breakfast. As I said, I would like anyone something bad, but we will not stay secure.

Staff were brilliant put Scotland game on for us in the big lounge while the rest of the English lads watched the England game in the Bar Area, Couldn't have done more for us, Breakfast staff brilliant also and the breakfast lovely, If working in the area again certainly stay again.

Ant had an amazing night fabulous buffet everyone had a great time the band were amazing Al Whit what can u say best DJ ever lovely bar staff security were amazing best night would highly recommend this venue for your party or any other celebration absolutely top pub love the King's Head best pub in Warrington :-) xx.

Really nice refurb. Lovely ale and pleasant staff. Only down the road from the wolves stadium. Worth a visit if you like a drink and are in the area.

From the outside this looks like your typical old boozer. And there's nothing wrong with that, however The King's Head offers a lot more, fabulous function / nightclub style bar at the back with free entry offering a fantastic array of music, Tamla Mowton, Northern Soul, Ska, Reggae. The staff are really lovely too. I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a fabulous night 26/12/27 xxx.

The staff were so nice and accommodating here. We had lack of water pressure in one room and they offered us a different room. Breakfast was great as was the conversation at the breakfast tables. We needed to check out a day early and they agreed to refund the last nights stay. It seemed like nothing was too much for them. Even though the rooms are above the bar the noise level was negligible. Beds are really comfortable and room suited us very well. Thank you for the great experience. The ladies in the kitchen were lovely and friendly. Would recommend this place.

Cheap and nice stuff and willing to help as much as they can and if u book more night then u need willing to pay back rest of the money back if you don't stay for all the nights u booked I would stay her again and willing to tell people about the nice play.

The service is good, but for the rooms a can't say are so good.

Fantastic place. Excellent before and after rugby matches. Great atmosphere, with great people and fans. Home and away spectators are more than welcome.

This was our second stay at the King's Head Inn, Warrington. Close to buses, trains, shopping, the best breakfast ever, and the nicest staff! Coming back we will not hesitate to stay again.

Nice pub with great tasting beer. Having a big outside area built at the moment which looks great. Deffo worth a visit.

It's got the friendliest staff working there they make you feel welcome and have da banter.

Nice location in the centre of Warrington. Room was a good size for the price and breakfast was included. The pub downstairs was pretty noisy though as were passerbys on the street outside for most of the night. Shower was like a trickle. Very cheap but I won't be staying here again.

Popped in for a quick drink after getting off the train. Warm friendly staff and a couple of drunken girls belting out Celine Dion, entertainment was priceless.

Awful hotel! When I entered the my room and tried to open the window it was pouring water from the curtain. Radiator wasn't working all night so had to use double duvet. It took 10 minutes to get the warm water from the tap. Customer service was absolutely poor. No one came round to take our order for the break fast whereas we had to go and order! In the end left the hotel without having breakfast!
