Had a fantastic weekend at Carden Park, beautiful place, staff very friendly, helpful and courteous. Beautiful meals, excellent service and a wonderful luxurious outdoor Spa experience set in beautiful grounds with hot tubs and pods galore. Would definitely recommend the experience.

Basic run down average hotel with a stunning spa, however if you wish to use the spa you’ll be ripped off for an extra £105 each which isn’t mentioned anywhere. After already paying £300+ for a dump of a room with extremely unsafe electrics in the shower area, the last thing you expect is to pay another £210 to use the spa, the spa is the only thing worth going for. On hotels. Com absolutely nothing is mentioned about the spa costing extra. Staff are the rudest I’ve ever came across, especially a blonde manager called Sam, shouldn’t be working with the public, the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Euan tried hard and was a nice lad but Sam was the most unreasonable person on earth and downright rude. Food is absolutely terrible, breakfast is something you’d expect in a 1 star B and B in Blackpool. Couldn’t pay me to go back.

Great hotel very well run clean and polite staff the standard leisure facilities are okay but the good ones you have to pay extra for the pool was freezing but would recommend.

Excellent stay, Im really fussy with my food and I can honestly say the food was very tasty. The rooms are very spacious and comfy. ALL staff bent over backwards to keep my brother in laws surprise 50th under wraps and fulfilled all our request, they went out of their way to make it a perfect weekend. Thank you.

I love this place! I visited for a big birthday over 15 yrs ago And I’ve been back a few times and love it even more now they have this wonderful outdoor spa! I’ve visited the spa twice this last 12 months and it’s Devine! Customer service is amazing.

Absolutely loved our stay, the room was spacious and had everything! The food was superb.

I loved this hotel and I didn’t even experience the spa areas as they weren’t included apart from the pool in the hotel but we didn’t have time. We were 2 couples, so the men enjoyed their golf and we went to Cheshire Oaks one day and then Chester the next. In the evening we convened at the bar and then ate in the two restaurants both of which were lovely. Everything is clean, the room was amazing, the staff were exceptional, always willing and friendly so we did tip very highly as I’ve been there and know how important it is. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and the staff should be very proud indeed as I’ve stayed all over the world and this place is amazing. I cannot wait to go back and experience the spa next time ie in the summer.

Myself and three friends have just returned home after an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the Thermal Experience was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a bit of R&R.

Absolutely 5star Hotel & Spa… we arrived for our wedding anniversary for a spa day & hotel stay. Concierge & reception staff perfect. Spa is stunning (indoor & outdoors). We then had a meal The Vines Restaurant at Carden Park and well, it was superb. The staff at the Vines just brilliant. So attentive. Stayed in one of the suites, again this was perfect. 10/10 for our stay and we will back! 😍

Had a recent over night stay with evening meal and breakfast. Had a wonderful afternoon in the spa garden and nice relaxing treatment. Highly recommend and will definitely return, the bed was so comfy! Just some feedback that I felt the menus were a bit limited with gluten free options (no starters or desserts shown on evening menu with GF), when we asked was offered sorbet for dessert, and then later a poached pear was mentioned. On the meals the only GF options were steak and chips, which was absolutely beautiful, I just think a wider menu for GF is needed.

Played golf on the Cheshire course, only 9 holes open, staff were attentive and professional with the task in hand, will be playing again on the 6 jan 2021

the hotel is one of a kind and the staff went out their way to make sure the stay was perfect x the restaurants are both equally amazing aswel! The spa is well… out of this world! X we cannot wait to go back x thank you to all the staff for our time their x x x.

What a fantastic place! Service and staff are a real credit to the management. One of the most welcoming, friendly, hard working team of staff I have ever come across. Food outstanding. Incredibly clean and well presented rooms. Will definitely be visiting again!
