Beautiful hotel, staff are so nice & helpful. Decor is lovely & reminds us of The Clubhouse in Nairn. Garden is divine. Perfectly clean with a wonderful, comfortable bed and pristine linens. Great shower too.

We held a retirement party last night. The venue is stunning, the buffet was praised by everyone and the staff are so helpful. Everything we needed was catered for and it was a great evening. Thankyou so much.

AMAZINGGGGG is all I can say . Dog friendly, the owner has the most beautiful little dog called Lily, who gave us the warmest welcome. no number can rate the kind of service you receive here, I can only appreciate how hard the owner has worked to make it the sanctuary that it is, and this reflects in the service received thank YOU for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Stayed here to attend a wedding at nearby macclesfield. Absolutely stunning hotel, so warm, friendly and homely, totally exceeded our expectations. Rooms, food, staff and service were second to none! We will most certainly be back x.

Attended a wedding yesterday. Perfect venue, fabulous staff and the food was amazing.

We have just got married in this beautiful hotel and to be completely honest we could not have chosen better. The staff were amazing and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The food both during the day and the evening was superb. The rooms are of a very high standard. The wedding planning was second to non. We would highly recommend anyone who is getting married to check out this venue and experience a stress free, well managed, perfectly executed event. 5 Stars is not enough Thank you for making our wedding day so special. Thank you to everyone at The Alexandra Court Hotel for making our stay so lovely. We had some rooms the night before our wedding and all of the rooms the night of our wedding in May. Everyone at the hotel from start to finish was so friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself was beautiful, all of our family and friends enjoyed their stay here. Beautiful Chic hotel which has its own unique signature which is so much superior that the many faceless international hotels. The room was very large and bed comfortable. Beautiful grounds where you can relax. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for the night but was very impressed. The hotel looking so neat and tidy and we were given a warm welcome. The bedroom was very comfortable with tea/coffee available and a decent size bathroom. I had the full English breakfast and it was hot and very tasty and was a great start to my day. Well worth booking here and would highly recommend this hotel.

I've travelled up and down the UK and stayed in little hotels a lot. So I've seen it all. TL:DR is this place is EXCELLENT. Fiancee and I drove here from work and the host stayed up until 23:20 to make sure we got in ok and was really friendly and helpful. As far as little B&B's go this is an absolute winner. It was really hot last night so we opened the big beautiful window (those ones with counterweights) and you can hear the traffic from the road so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper and want the window open (and are on that side of the place facing the road) the other side backs on to miles and miles of beautiful countryside and manicured gardens. I had a lovely night in super fresh and super clean room. Like a mini palace. All gold and comfy. 100% recommend. And for the price is is just a MUST STAY if you can get in.

I went to my friends wedding here, I could not praise this place enough. Immaculate and tastefully decorated, a lovely warm and friendly feel throughout. The staff were ALL super friendly and helpful and very smartly presented. The food was delicious! And breakfast was great. The rooms were comfy and clean. All the stops were pulled out and we were so well looked after. A real gem of a hotel that actually cares and provides excellent service above and beyond! Thank you so much. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend you to anyone! You guys have a truly fab and unique thing here.

We stayed here last night for a family members 40th birthday. We received a warm welcome from Lisa at reception. The place smelt absolutely amazing from the second you walked through the door! All the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely and clean. The food we were served was delicious and to a high standard. The staff were extremely accommodating during our stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel it was a lovely experience for us and the children. Thank you to all the staff for making it so enjoyable.

Very friendly staff and beautifully decorated rooms. Outstanding garden in the back as well to unwind in with a drink and company. We also had a tasty evening meal and the lady serving us was extremely attentive to every request we had. The only slight negative I can think of is that the rooms can get a little hot (visited end of June). Thank you for having us!

Very quiet place to spend moments of peace in a place where time has stopped!

Service good, Rooms good, Catering (abysmal) Basically I'll keep it short and sweet. At the time I stayed at the hotel, I wanted to get some food since I have just finished driving 100+ miles from Milton Keynes, and wanted to have a meal before bed. Firstly I was the only person in the restaurant which says its not that good. Next when I looked at the menu, there were only about 4 mains to choose from, and 2 of them were not available according to the waitress. After ordering something which "was" available I also ordered a coke. I was expecting a PINT, but instead got a very small bottle 600ml? and were priced extortionately at 1.60 each. When the meal I ordered arrived, after what seemed like an eternity, all I got was a pathetic excuse for a steak I ever did eat, and they wanted £25.00 for what was supposed to be an 8oz piece of meat. I didn't bother with desert, I simply coughed up the money and went quickly to bed, hoping to forget that the whole fiasco happened. Despite the atrocious and dire situation with the food service, the room was pleasant and the staff seemed well mannered and what I would have expected to encounter from such a hotel of its stature. The room was spacious and clean and I felt I got a good quality of sleep. The function of the hotel it does excel at. However I was so disappointed by the restaurant, that I feel that I wont be staying there in the near future.

On behalf of all our family and friends, may we thank Mark, Anushka, and all the staff for the wonderful weekend you gave us all. Your hospitality, superb food and excellent support ensured that we we able to relax and enjoy the whole weekend. The hotel provided us with the ambiance we so wanted for this special occasion. Everyone staying overnight (all rooms used) were delighted with the individuality of their respective rooms. The breakfast and lunch that followed were enjoyed by all.
