Bought my family here in Sunday for lunch, beautiful atmosphere, fantastic staff and great food. We all had the roast but there was so much to choose from on the menu we will definitely be back.

Just got back from our meal, the food was incredible and the service was amazing! Wish I got the girl who served us name as she was brilliant. Will be back as soon as we can!

Lovely decor, very spacious! Food was delicious and waitress we had was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Will definitely be returning!

Yesterday we unfortunately lost the entire upstairs of our house due to a house fire and we was left absolutely devastated especially with our young children with us. We called the Eaton Oak and all the staff went above and beyond to help us. They let us use two rooms and put us next to each other and the manager knocked to give us chips, plenty of tea/biscuits and lots of hot chocolate for our daughters. They also said that we could have any food and drink and breakfast and the stay there was completely free of charge. I am left feeling so incredibly humble that a local business of whom I have never used before would put themselves out for us and expecting nothing in return. I will forever recommend The Eaton oak and be forever indebted to them for helping us in time of need. The staff was incredible and the breakfast there was absolutely second to none. The staff are super friendly, the food is of high quality and the atmosphere is so chilled. I am yet to experience the overnight stay but I would love to 🙏🏼

Stayed here for three days and it was fabulous. Loved the rooms and the food was delicious. It ticked every box and I would definitely stay here again.

Having just experienced a sad funeral within the family this week, it was made 100% better by the fabulous treatment we experienced at the wonderful restaurant, our food was amazing served hot and plentiful, plenty of staff on duty to be there for all our needs, all extremely polite and understanding of our thoughts at this sad time, nothing was too much trouble for them.
We have agreed to made it a regular place to meet and reflect on our sad day but made so much better by this fabulous team, thank you so much xx.

My family and I attended wake held at your pub yesterday, and may I say that even though it was a sad occasion your staff members made each and everyone of us welcome. The food was absolutely amazing the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was incredible. I personally cannot wait to take my family there again for a meal. Also in terms of covid, everything was clean and hand sanitizer was readily available.

We had the wake for my mother, s funeral at the Eaton Oak yesterday, it was absolutely perfect, the buffet food was amazing and the staff ie. Leanne, Jonah and Emma were wonderful as were all the other staff. We couldn’t have wished for a better send off. Thank you. Sandra and Cliff Mills.

I had an amazing night, the food and drinks were great! the staff were excellent, my only down point was another customer being rude and abusive toward the staff even though they tried to fix an error with his meal!

Had a lovely roast there today. Got to say the best roast in St. Neots. So friendly & lovely atmosphere. Have booked in for Father’s Day xx.

Lovely food, service was excellent. Waitress & waiter were friendly and chatty. Front of house was very polite & friendly when we arrived. We will be back!

The recently refurbished Eaton Oak has a quirky but stylish interior, and a pretty patio area. With a varied menu that successfully captures the ”gastropub” feel, and friendly attentive service, it's my favorite place to eat out in St Neots.

Great food. We sat out in the marquee which was actually ok & quite warm. Food & drink ordered & paid for via app, easy to use too.

Nice weather to sit outside, nice food and great service.

Had an early lunch date today with the other half. Both ate the same three dishes…
Had the bread 'nibble' which was massive (could have shared one).
Pork belly start which was lovely and topped with proper crackling which was a bonus!
Then the ribeye steak (one medium, one rare) which were both cooked to perfection. Its hard to find a place that knows how to cook their temperatures right. Even better a place thats walking distance from home.
The staff were also great. Quick to serve, very friendly and ensure you have everything.
Would definitely be going again and highly recommend.

Superb birthday meal! Authentic pub grub!

We would like to thank The Eaton Oak and all the staff for hosting our daughter and son in laws wedding for 50 people last Saturday. From the very first meeting nothing was too much trouble, Neil and Emma were fantastic and very helpful. It made planning the wedding very easy.
On the day the whole team of staff, Alfie and Glen on the bar and the waiting staff were brilliant, not forgetting the amazing chefs and kitchen staff. The conservatory area looked fantastic and Emma went above and beyond to make sure it was all perfect. All the guests commented on the friendliness of the staff, service and said the food was delicious.
Well done The Eaton Oak you did a brilliant job and made the wedding day perfect and very memorable.
We can’t recommend The Eaton Oak highly enough — you should all be very proud of yourselves and your achievements. 10 out of 10. Excellent in all respects and we wish you every success for the future.

It's ok… starting to look a bit tired and the menu is not very exciting for the price.

I go regularly to take my mother out for Sunday lunch. The food is ok, the staff are pleasant and it's reasonably priced.

Went there to catch up with family and a couple of locals. Its NY second time I have visited. It has been very welcoming on both occasions with fantastic larger and reasonably priced.

This is an event which organise twice a year at this motel since 2006. Food very good & value for money.

Handy location, interesting building. I find the conservatory hot in the summer and the bar gloomy. The garden is nice though, and surprising quiet for being close to the A1.

Good basic hotel in St Neots. Good food, good staff rooms a bit aged though. But okay to crash for the night.

We walked in and it was busy which was with a private function. It took at least 7 mins for someone to even acknowledge we were standing there. It seemed to be very dark in there too. Once someone showed us to a table we then got told that there was at least half the menu that was not available, one of the main things was chips/wedges which went with most of the menu. Sadly we got up and walked out to go somewhere else.

Good and atmosphere fantastic. Their steak night is fantastic value!

Great food good prices and friendly staff … (and I've not been paid to say this lol) try it yourself and you will agree.

Nice pub, good beers, curious moment when a youth arrived and brought his mountain bike into the bar and left it there.? Not really what you'd expect. Other than that, a nice place to spend an hour or two.

Went there for our work Christmas do, food was great, staff were very helpful, the disco was good, and the prices were reasonable. Overall great, would definitely go again.

Poor, rooms tired. Bar shut at 10.30 p. M. Even to residents. Food mediocre. Won't stay again. Premier Inn have nothing to worry about here.

As usual, the staff were varing and courteous without being intrusive. The food was superb. Warm, friendly atmosphere.

Bit tricky to give real review. Went on a Sunday evening so utterly dead. It was nice but obviously lifeless.

The food was lovely as always but very rude member of staff who was moaning about the manager to us — we are regular visitors but will not be going back in a hurry due to this, as was thrown bank card and receipt and no thank you and them slammed three glasses on bar in front of us — tendon between this member of staff and manager was noticeable and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Delicious Sunday Roast Dinners. Wonderful staff and after dinner coffee on the house.

Very good and obviously popular as a few events were held at the same time. Food was good value and quick.

The hotel is in a very convenient location just off the A1. The restaurant section of the hotel has been through several iterations,. The current one is looking a little tired with significant cracks in the ceiling. The carpet is looking tired. Considering the tired look to the restaurant the food was a very pleasant surprise. Freshly cooked reasonably presented. The wine we had was very nice and sensibly priced. If you are looking for a good meal at a sensible price this is certainly an option in St Neots.

Used for an overnight stay for business. Warm welcome from the one guy working the bar — but no other staff were there so the poor fella had to do everything himself. Nearly every bulb in the room was blown. There was no hot water so no shower to freshen up before my meeting despite a 4 hour hot car journey to get there. The boiler had turned off apparently — they restarted it. Returning to my room that night (10pm) I found the heating was on full blast — it was the hottest day of the year 32degrees outside at the peak, it was unbearable. Numpties had turned the wrong boiler on for the hot water. Very little sleep due to the heat and the noise from the road after having to have the windows open due to the heating being on. Cooked breakfast was OK.

Good food staff helpful and friendly lovely place to visit lovely parks by the river.

Really quick service, lovely staff. Order for 4 people on a quiet night, food quality was still great and big portion sizes.

This place has so much potential. With the new estates close by, high consumer spend opportunity from Crosshall Road and the Golf Course it could be a lucrative establishment. It has parking, access and space but the food is ding, the service is poor, the place is drab. The toilets are disgusting. Think of the Plough at Bolnhurst, the WillowTree in Bourne. The Eaton Oak should be this. It should be difficult to get a seat, challenging to book a table. It needs a refurb. Split restaurant and bar. Bar for locals with their dogs and slippers who want a beer and steak baguette. The restaurant should be a restaurant and perhaps only open Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday for Roasts.

Really nice atmosphere. Lovely food and extremely friendly staff. Quick service and reasonable prices. Hygiene is good. Calm and great for a meal. I really liked visiting The Eaton Oak. I definitely recommend it. Xxx.

Went for a Sunday lunch and the feel was very much catering to the 'older market'. Everything was ok but nothing special and it wasn't cheap either. If you like your boiled Veg bordering on the grey and someone coming round with a bread basket then you'll like this place but it wasn't for us.

I Love this pub! Had food in here not so long ago and it was lovely! Would definitely recommend!

Christmas day dinner was good. Generally good portion sizes and good service too.

We stayed just 1 night on route further North, room very clean and quiet. The Hotel overall was a little dated but spotlessly clean which is far more important. Everyone very friendly and helpful, it was a very cold day when we stayed and we asked for the heating to be put on and straight away it was, you can't ask for more than that. We would definitely stay again as it's very convenient when seeing family locally as they have a small house. Food was very good.
