Great pub in a lovely village.

Simply everything. As far as we are concerned it is a home from home. Great food, lovely comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly locals. Just love it!

Lovely venue for family lunch. Nice menu and nice kids menu. Spacious garden.

We visited today for the first time ever. It was a lovely pub the meal was lovely and I enjoyed a beetroot and sweet potato burger, my kids enjoyed their food as well. Friendly staff and very clean, good covid procedures in place as well.

Stayed overnight in a very comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff from start to finish, a delicious dinner and excellent breakfast. Will definitely use this lovely old inn again.

Had a fantastic meal here yesterday with my wife. Staff were all very accommodating despite us unfortunately arriving slightly late. Food was very good quality, plentiful and very reasonably priced especially
considering the quality. Will/have definitely recommended and will most definitely be back.

Fantastic place. Superbly professional and friendly staff, lovely decor and great food.

Seemed a canny place to sit and have a few beers. Unfortunately when I asked for food they apparently couldn't serve me… as chef was on his own Asked where I could go for food and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. This place was recommended to me from a nearby guest house, clearly don't want the custom.

An exceptional overnight stay on 9th July, great ales, excellent service and superb food including a monster breakfast! Staff including Giles could not have been more friendly, highly recommended.

This is by far the best hotel/bar/restaurant I have stayed in for years Giles and the gang make you feel like part of the family. Well done keep up the good work…

We had lunch at the White Hart today. We had the steak burger and it was lovely! A very generous size too! Very tasty, good quality food and great friendly service!

Attended a beer/cider festival hosted by the White Hart. Very well done, proper live music, security and all went off without a hitch.

Great location in a small village. The pub has nice character, good drinks and is dog friendly. Excellent food as well, however the kitchen will not be open again until Winter '17 due to a fire.

We went to the annual sausage and beer festival on 29/4/17. Probably the best set up in terms of space for people but was filled with a bad crowd of people. Cheap drinks considering (3.50 a pint) but was ruined by the other customers.

Very nice little pub, wasn't very busy. Deserves more attention.

Had a great staff Christmas meal. Loved the white hart we all enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had the rib eye steak cooked to perfection tonight with beautiful chunky chips, tomato and mushroom — couldn't fault it well maybe it was a little too large for me to finish the whole plate alone but I enjoyed every bite. Especially as you had to cook 19 other family meals for us at the same time well juggled chef! I will definatley be back again thoroughly recommended ☺ sorry for causing so. Much noise and mess with the kids and thank you for providing colouring packs to keep them. All entertained x.
