Just want to say a massive thank you to all the lovely staff who looked after me during my stay at HibanaCon! My health sadly was not on my side but with the help of the staff I was able to manage my symptoms and still perform at the event. Would stay again!

Came here this evening for a travel agents conference. Staff were all very friendly, conference room perfect size and the food — Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Sauce, was so delicious, it’s the best I’ve ever had! Thank you to Events For Travel for hosting tonight with the travel suppliers.

Beautiful location. Same can’t be said for my nights sleep, (or lack of it), walls are paper thin and had to deal with 7 hours of the people next door having sex. Seen the guy leave the room the next morning at first I thought it was Phillip schofield but I later realised it wasn’t as Phil doesn’t have a neck tattoo.
(Must say this guy had the biggest ears I’ve ever seen, you could say they was bacon ears)

Despite being on the fifth floor, we could hear the people in the restaurants and bars across the square as if we were in there with them until 2am.
Room doors within the hotel were also left to slam shut throughout the night. Don’t stay here if you actually want to sleep during the night.

Lovely place and the staff are amazing.

The attention to detail by the staff here is exemplary. They really do make it a home away from home. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and takes some beating for the price. The food is good too, although the menus (nationally) could do with updating a bit more frequently.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with Phoebe and Taryn, who helped me organise a surprise birthday party for my wife. Nothing was too much trouble and my questions and requests were handled promptly. The staff on the night were also terrific, making everyone feel very welcome and helping to make it a really special night. Could not recommend more highly.

Friendly and helpful staff, the room was well presented and very clean. The men on security were really friendly and helpful when we got in to conversation about food delivery. We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Always stay here as the service has always been quite good and the staff friendly and attentive. No complaints yet and I also go here to eat in the evening when I stay and have breakfast in the morning. Both are really good.

Nice, clean rooms. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast elaborate buffet with warm and cold choices and very quick cleanup service. Staff is friendly. Location ideal in my case as it was for business. There is a possibility to rent bikes just in front of the hotel. Train station just 10 minute walk from the hotel.

It started bad and got worse. Stay at the Travelodge across the road. First I got to the room and tried to iron my shirt. The board had been bent and collapsed almost dropping the iron on my foot. At night, I found the bath drain gurgles very loudly waking me up. Then there were people having a discussion outside my room. It sounded like they were next to me. Upon entering the bathroom the following morning, I heard the gurgling again and it filled the room with the smell of sewage. Getting out the shower, I began drying myself with the towel only to spot a massive black stain in the middle. Clearly, I complained but having paid already, all the team offer me was already coffee. Dreadful.

Great hotel in good location. Best staff and excellent service. Highly recommended for business and leisure travellers.

Stayed here as part of a conference event the following day so had a full day at work then a 3.5 hour drive getting there around 9.30pm to find the room they allocated was on the lowest floor and with a window overlooking the local pub at the side. Not content with the obvious noise from outside I was also opposite a ‘Staff/Authorised Personnel’ door which was continually opened and banged shut until late at night and then started off again early in the morning. The room itself was fine as was the bed. The bathroom however was not great with a very shallow bath, a very weak shower and a noisy toilet. Breakfast was very average. There is also no parking. It was a struggle at the conference the next day given my obvious lack of sleep. When I checked out the staff advised that rooms are allocated when you arrive so those who arrive later because they have long journeys to get there will get the worst rooms even though it might be booked it well in advance as my room was. Needless to say I will not be staying there ever again.

Stayed for one night, it was good, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The meals we had were fine and filling so no complaints about that. Facilities in the hotel were good, the hotel was clean and tidy so I was a happy customer:)

The toilet dripped all night. The receptionist was quite rude when we said our key cards would not work, she said we should not have put them by our phone. Breakfast staff said we had to pay for a hot chocolate but we pointed to it on the breakfast menu so she got one then. It was clean though.

Great location, very friendly staff.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed two nights as for our niece's wedding. The food was delicious and staff friendly and helpful. Can't recommend more highly.

Overall my stay was a pleasant experience. Reception staff were polite and helpful upon arrival. My stay was paid for by the company and was given a dinner, bed and breakfast arrangement. Dinner allowance was £20 including drinks. The room was a spacious with a double bed and the bathroom was nice. The bath tub was very shallow, seemed about a foot deep only. Breakfast was a buffet style cooked breakfast available between 6-10am and was busy around 8-9am. Rooms are not sound proof, was able to hear people on neighbouring rooms having phone conversations.

The hotel is beautiful. It is not far from the station and there are so many things around for example bars and restaurants. The staff are very nice and the rooms are immaculate. I will definitely come here again when visiting my friend in Milton Keynes.

Standard room was good for the few nights I stayed. The breakfast was decent. The environment and location were awesome. Right next to several pubs and restaurants.

Nice hotel, well situated surrounded by restaurants. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Bed okay but wouldn't say fantastic especially as they advertise that you can buy them. Parking a tad confusing because it is directly opposite but doesn't look like a car park. It looks like parking for the opposite building. Once we realised simples.

Stayed several nights. Rooms are nice, clean and reasonably priced. Close to good shopping and restaurants, although the hotel has a great restaurant and bar, so no real need to go outside. Beds are comfy, and the staff are friendly. I need to mention the buffet breakfast, it's fantastic, with a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Only downfall for me is that thgere is no guest parking. Parking near the hoitel is charged per hour.

Good hotel, heating one can just.

Hotel is very expensive and it doesn't have parking. Parking is by hotel over road and it is paid and with suitcase you have to cross two lane road. There is reception and bar with computer. It has 8 floor. Staff is pleasant. There are many people. Parking in front of is only for 15 minutes. The room is on the card and it is quite nice. It has big bed and bathroom is with bath. There is wardrobe with holder with iron. By bed is table with television and with cafe, tea and chair. Price for one night is 140 £ without breakfast. On the room is 24 h. Menu.

I stay here weekly, many nights over the year and can not fault either the hotel nor staff. They are great and a credit to the chain be it reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, a real credit. What I really struggle with is the head office decision to stop selling selected ales and choosing poor IPA bottled beers. Colleagues and myself are disappointed with this decision and believe it is very short sighted and not based on any customer feedback. I ask this decision be reconsidered ASAP!

Good hotel, breakfast is very good. In the immediate vicinity there are many pubs and restaurants.

A very nice hotel in the centre of Milton Keynes. From the moment you walk in the hotel is clean with helpful staff in reception and the bar area which serves the same menu as the restaurant. Good selection of ok food and drinks available. Good business or conference facilities are also available. Rooms are again clean and tidy and offer good comfort. I did not find a car park so worth checking if you need one but plenty of parking around the hotel is available at various prices.

We stayed here for three nights with quite a few family members to celebrate our mum's 90th birthday. It was an excellent location to get to all our family and the party venue, plus in the evening there were so many bars and restaurants for the family to go to, when mum had gone to bed! We were slightly disappointed in our original room, especially as we were staying 3 nights, but after speaking to the Manager, we were given an upgrade to an Executive room which also had a fridge. All the family were very happy with their rooms and the service. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel is just down the road from the MK One shopping centre, with a selection of bars/restaurants very close by. There's no dedicated car park, so be prepared to pay for that. Across the road its 50p an hour (7am to 6pm). The reception, lobby, bar and restaurant all look really nice. The staff were great, friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable, not too small with a nice view (floor 10), the TV and bathroom were a little tired/dated but didn't spoil the stay. The breakfast was good, although nothing special (usual hotel breakfast) Overall is was good for a short stay and the price was great (£49 for family room plus breakfast), but the rooms could do with a little updating.

Noisy neighbors. Noisy forecourt. Noise insulation is nothing to write home about. Kept getting waken up by people. Especially I have to get up at 5am to get to work. Granted it's Friday night, and the last Friday before Christmas. Still I expected better from the jury's Inn chain.

An excellent business hotel, ideal for a budget stay without sacrificing high level services. It is well connected, the train station is really close so it can be considered as a reference for both tourist and business objectives.
The hotel is located in a fairly secluded area but is set in a business centre that includes several entertainment activities such as restaurants and huge shopping centres.
The quality of the services does not leave the guest disappointed: impeccable cleanliness, reception always attentive and helpful, professional and friendly staff.
Well-exposed rooms, clean every day and breakfast really plentiful, Wi-Fi fast.

Very, very popular with businessmen. Nice bar, with friendly staff. Breakfast is OK, good selection. I wasn't a massive fan of the room but clean and practical, with comfortable beds. Great location. Homeless issue in area.

If you have any kind of disability, FORGET IT! This is the least accessible hotel in the South of England. Also, if you drive, and have any kind of disability, (permanent or temporary), then double FORGET IT. The staff were unhelpful in person and also on the phone with little appreciation or sympathy to any kind of 'abnormality'. Apparently ". Parking us simple. ". Just make sure that you get up well before 7 am and cross the road via several ramps through the underpass past a profession homeless tents and certain other obscenities to feed the meter. No validations. Easy access rooms on the second floor! For the money, very very poor! I will never use Jury's Inn again.

Great central location in the Milton Keynes area. The staff is nice and helpful with any and all your needs. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The restaurant downstairs and the attached bar are great for breakfast and the dinners at night are also good. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance in this area.

Lovely hotel, staff were very welcoming and the room was lovely. Had our evening meal there, the food was very tasty and breakfast was one of the best we have had…
2 small gripes… first no one explained about the parking, and although reasonable price 50p per hour, very confusing with standard and premium bay signs. Also the coffee at breakfast was rank… the kenco sachets in our room tasted better.

Very impressed with this hotel, well situated in the centre of MK and adjacent to many good bars and restaurants. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast substantial. Good bar areas in the hotel too.

Nice hotel, slight issue with room in that it appears that all the running water seemed to start at back of bathroom so have a loud noise most nights. Bar staff seem inattentive during periods from 9pm onwards as took around 5-10 minutes to get drink whilst said bar staff appeared to be counting tips.

Really nice hotel located near Los if restaurants and bars. Nice bar and restaurant itself with good sized rooms. Only disappointment on staying there is the parking, either lots of coins to pay or get ripped off with parking via mobile.

Location is central and good for access to many areas of MK and the train station. Parking was close by, although free parking would be appreciated, paid £5 per day. Room sizes are decent and there are many plug points for productivity. Lighting could be brighter though. Staff are very friendly and don't hesitate for any help.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation at the hotel bar. Priced absolutely reasonable.

Average Hotel, pretty rundown context, parking only paid in the street.

Really nice hotel, room very spacious and clean, we were planning to drop our bags in as we arrived really early in the morning but the room was free so they let us check in which was great. The only negative was breakfast, we didn't know if we needed to wait to be seated or just help ourselves… we chose the latter. The breakfast was cold like all of it and when we went to get a pastry they had already cleared out table and we still had hot drinks half full. Apart from that would recommend, very local to the shops.

Went to Jury's inn to watch a George Michael tribute and the bar on level 1 where the gig was was understaffed understocked, the one member of staff I spoke to told me ous have to go to another bar downstairs if I wanted Prosecco as he didn't have any! The poor guy running the gig was getting all kinds of complaints and eventually he managed to get more staff on the bar. I can understand why people smuggle their own drink in when bars are run this badly. But the food was really nice and the waiting staff were great.

Had a great function 9th September here. Food was glorious and hot. 2 small gripes… not enough bar staff until we complained & function room became so hot as there was no Aircon. I would recommend this hotel.

Not a bad place for a bed for the night. The room was a bit no frills. For example no biscuits with the in room tea and coffee, no pen or paper either and no safe. In my room the air con could not be adjusted and was a little warm when on. One of the spare towels was badly stained. Complimentary I news paper every morning. The breakfast was about average for a buffet style breakfast. But the restaurant and bar was over priced!

Hotel is conveniently placed for the train station, shops and restaurants. The room we had was nice and modern looking. Felt very spacious, the bathroom was possibly in need of a little TLC but was useable. Breakfast was good with a large selection of different things.

Nice space when you first walk in and the staff are friendly. We were upgraded to an executive room which I think was probably bigger with complimentary snack and drink (kitkat bar and a Diet Coke) lovely large bed! Very comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet with a choice of English or continental so lots of choice.

A warm welcome and a well presented hotel. There is no private on site parking, but it is readily available in the council owned car parks surrounding the hotel. Very close to a great variety of restaurants and bars. The room was well presented, however the bathroom felt a little dated. We didn't stay for breakfast but overall very pleased with our stay, even though it was a little costly!

Fantastic place to stay. Polite friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortably. Best off all the breakfast was amazing fresh and so much choice. Full English was not greasy. Good location.

The stay here was everything that could be expected. The room itself was clean and we'll catered for, and the hotel was in a good condition. I ate both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant here. The dinner was beyond doubt the best part of the experience and reasonably priced. A three course meal will set you back a reasonable £22 and is such that the dishes were full of flavour on every bite. I left dinner feeling very satisfied. I stayed here on my own and felt the room was comfortable for a single person to move around. Unfortunately, I felt the bedroom would be a little small for a couple staying in the room.

Nicely refurbished rooms. Hotel is in a central location with easy access to restraints, shopping and the train station. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Nice hotel and environment. Good access to CMK and the Hub. Banging throughout the night from other people's doors. Sounded like someone was trying to break in to our room. They pride themselves on the comfort of the beds but I found them uncomfortable and woke up feeling still and not refreshed at all.

I stayed three nights, on business. High spec rooms and facilities. The breakfast was good and had everything I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a function one of the nights which was pounding music through the floor/walls until 11pm. When I say pounding I mean the glass of water beside my bed was rippling like Jurassic Park. I used their laundry service (which is done by an external company). The results were great but wow was it damn expensive (3 days worth of clothes for £65! ) I'd stay here again and I'd recommend it.

This is the fifth time I have visited jury's Inn, each time to attend an exam. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating despite how busy it can get when there are many students all rush in at once. I have only visited a small part of the layout, however it is easy to find your way around and the place looks very professional. There is a shop by the entrance by a professional concierge who have always been accommodating, and what looks like a restaurant. The venue also sells Costa Coffee on site which is always a bonus!

Very expensive for very general hotel standards. Very clean and comfortable. Well situated for use of the surrounding clubs.

Hotel is nice, but a couple of things let it down. First is the lack of parking, but this is generally bad in the centre of MK. Then there was some disorganisation as the staff were unaware of our meeting on their site, but did react and get things sorted. The lunch was good for me but was disappointing for my vegetarians colleagues. Location wise it is very central and would be good for a visit to the city as very close to the rail station and shopping centre and restaurants and bars.

Stayed at this hotel last night. The staff were extremely helpful after an issue with the booking details. The room was comfortable.

The Jurys Inn is very well situated for the center of MK. The bars and restaurants are all within walking distance and parking was not a problem. The rooms are well furnished with everything you need in the room including hairdryer, iron and ironing board. It was clean and well kept. The service was very good although there was some confusion over our booking on arrival but it was all sorted out. It was also the only hotel I've ever visited that employed bouncers at night. A very odd affair getting back in after our evening out. Breakfast was good and the normal cooked or cold self service jobbie.

The conference room was great with lots of space, good service, and nice facilities. Didn't see much else of the hotel though.

Have stayed in the hotel twice now and both times have been good. The only downside I had was on the second visit where the toilet system and the drain for the sink kept making a lot of noise throughout the night.

Very modern, well done up, friendly staff. The room was pretty standard but nice, and the bathroom was again very modern. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is ok, although one needs to pay extra for Wi-Fi in the rooms. For this amount of money Wi-Fi should be free just like in any other hotels.

Stayed at Jury's Inn milton Keynes for one night after a Xmas party for work. Rooms were very new/recently refurbished, staff were very pleasent, assisted with local knowledge of the car parks as this hotel doesn't have its own. I would certainly stay again.

Good location, with some great restaurants nearby. Decent rooms and friendly service.

Very local and enjoyed my stay. Was for business. The room was nice and clean, the Wi-Fi was appauling and premium Wi-Fi wasn't any better. Only issue being, it was formula one weekend and the prices were hiked significantly. If it was my money I wouldn't have chosen this place at that time. The bar was cheap enough and open late. I never ate in the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants just behind it. Would stay here again at a cheaper price! Oh and car parking, there is none. Had to pay for a week pass across the road.

We use this hotel monthly to host a local tech user group. The meeting rooms are always clean and the services are first rate.

I've stayed in this hotel few times nice clean hotel and very helpful staff with warm and friendly welcome especially at breakfast by Frances and Jas. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Nice hotel — avoid room 222 though as it is next to some very noisy equipment which runs all night! Breakfast is excellent, very helpful staff.

I stayed in this hotel for four non-consecutive weeks over the course of a couple of months for business, and while the rooms are not the most up-to-date in the city, the hotel excels in many areas. The staff truly were the friendliest, most competent guys around, and they went well out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. The rooms were always spotless, which contrasted with my poor stay at the Holiday Inn round the corner. Unlike other hotels in Milton Keynes, we never had any issues with payment, the Wi-Fi is offered free (unlike with some other competitors), and the breakfast is generally very good for a hotel. The location is also great; when you are tired it is fantastic to be able to step out the hotel lobby and within a minute be in any number of restaurants. A fantastic hotel, at which the staff were the highlight. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to others.

Staff are very friendly on the front desk, pretty good location. Stayed here for our Christmas party which was pretty good and the rooms are very comfy. Breakfast was lovely in the morning. The only downside I could think of was the parking or should I say lack of it. However would I stay again. Yes I probably would.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times when I've been in Milton Keynes on business and it seems to have improved over the last year or so. The rooms are reasonable, clean, and comfortable, if a little "no frills", and if you have the choice go for one on the front of the hotel as those at the rear or along the side have views onto other buildings a few metres away, or the noisy "Hub" square at the back. Breakfast is a self service buffet, full of the usual stuff but also offering toasted bagels, which I always make the most of when I visit :-) Easy to reach from the station (10 minute walk up a gentle hill) and a similar distance to the shopping centre. Not a bad place to stay.

We got to the hotel and was given our rooms which are on the small side which surprised us, the was not properly cleaned from the last people who had stayed, beer marks or somthing had been sprayed up the wall on two sides of the room. Toilet flushed slowley and had a nasty smells, that gives me the impression there is a sawage problem. The first night couldnt get asleep because kept hearing loud mouthed people comming in and out at all times of the night. My wife got freeked out by some trouble making women. We wont be staying here again, out of 10, I will give it a two. Paul and ellen southampton.
