Nice comfortable beds. Small bathrooms. Staff good. Breakfast just ok.

Nice rooms. Good for the price. Public toilets. No sound proof so can hear outside noises.

Great hotel and great breakfast and near from LHR airport.

Only window in room looked into their store room, noise all night me and my colleague didn't sleep well at all woke up many times due to noise, on a positive room and bathroom although dated was clean, TV and Wi-Fi which was good.

Great value for the price and excellent location.

On arrival I'm a little scared, tiny reception and sometimes you don't find anyone, hotels with very small and dispersive hallways. Entered the room notice that it is not very clean since there was a buildup of dust inside the closet. A window that did not close and then passed the cold air and since London is not a very cold city is not a very good thing, door of the bathroom damaged probably by a fist and to finish the bathroom: dirty shower Maybe even just used there was some liquid. The breakfast has two things counted and in a very small room, the thing that troubles me is the hygiene that the fact that on the table there were containers of butter and jam already used and that therefore everyone uses. The price of the stay for 3 nights is very low and now I understand why. Moral of the fable do not recommend it, that is, better to increase the budget even of only €50 to have much better thing that I will do the next time, I advise you personally and make your stay more comfortable and beautiful.

My room want clean. Condom next to bed. I've got a new room. But the sink was leaking. This would be 1 star only. But the price was good and the breakfast also good for this price. So 3 stars in total. But please take better care for the cleaning. This is most important and not expensive to solve!

Hotel is fully renovated. Nice Clean renovated en-suite rooms with tea/ coffe facilities. Free parking is available on road for all day and I am lucky that I will get space as well. Breakfast are Pasta, Beans, Hashbrown, cornflakes, tea, coffe, juice etc. Great Value for money.

Small rooms. Average comfort. Very light heating.

Carpet was damp, toilet still had wee in from previous guest and other guests can be heard very easily.

It is not a hotel just converted flat. High step to get it. No disabled facilities. Room was ok but not enough towels left. Reception is just a small area at top of stairs. Some dont even speak when you go in. Breakfast room was a small room and had to squeeze in where you could. If any room at all. Health and safety is not up to scratch. Will not stay again.

Relatively inexpensive hotel in the area. If you drive, you have to park on the street. Parking on street is only free from evening to 10 AM. Room is okay given the price range.

Cheap price, semi easy to find. Such a low rating as I found a flea on my arm, and bathroom had serious mould. Gross.

Great hotel for the price and location. Few bits of makeup required to make it suitable for all people. Note the steep step to get into the property. Very nice breakfast in the morning. I would happily stay here again if I am in the vicinity.

Basic bedroom but I suppose for the price you get what you pay for. Didn't sleep all night due to the racket going on outside and that was with the windows shut. Breakfast was disgusting cheap bread with the cheapest margarine going. It was set up on a 3 dish warmer with Scrambled egg which was black in places, hash browns and beans and that guys is your full english. The warmer was set on number 2 and having a cafe myself if hso walked in there they would have had a 0 rating. The food was cold. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not x.

Very nice and comfortable Hotel. FRIENDLY staff and always willing to help. All the necessities available and the price of the hotel is the best you can get throughout London. The location is brilliant too especially if you want to do shopping. FREE breakfast included, you just can't go wrong. THANKYOU VERY MUCH for your hospitality Pacific Inn Hotel and we will be definately coming back. 5 star from me.

The receptionists were great. We got there kind of late and they were very nice and told us where we could get some food and called us a cab for the airport in the morning to help us save some money. The rooms were subpar but the service made up for it.

L'hotel è davvero bello il servizio ottimo ma al mattino la colazione è un po scadente e anche la qualità del cibo beh se state li per dormire è perfetto ma se pensate di mangiare ve lo sconsiglio.

After reading the reviews I wasn't looking forward to staying here but was pleasantly surprised. Bad points, No lift Hole on one of bed divan bases Carpet needs shampooing Broken plug on kettle No car parking Good points Cooker and fridge in room Big hot shower Two comfy double beds Big room Clean bathroom Can't comment on food as it's not served til 8am and we had to check out at 7am due to work commitments Overall a good rest after a long shift at work. Plenty of fast food outlets near by.

Worst hotel ever I know people say you pay for what you get but ive stayed in cleaner hostels. Room was not as pictured on website it was dirty carpet was sticky shower was dirty. Breakfast was horrible budget cereal no napkins and cooked breakfast was horrible over all it was our worst stay ever.
