Handy location for one driving from M4 visiting London because it is by the the tube station: I usually leave my car in the hotels car park (that can sometimes be full…) and I take the tube that takes me in 35’ to a London City centre to avoid the traffic and the congestion charges in London… the breakfast is pretty good and reasonably priced (sometimes it comes with the room). The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Booking in advance and comparing through hotel search engines can make it cheaper…

Visited for a conference, venue was good size without feeling too big never felt crowded. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pastries on offer for trade visitors were surprisingly delicious so if there are any about grab a pecan slice.

The quality of the hotel has improved from its earlier avatar. The Wifi coverage and speed is terrible. The locational aspect outweighs other disadvantages.

The beds were very bouncy but they were Nice to sleep in. The rooms were also neat. Breaksfast also was good, yugorth and some cereal with some real english breakfast. It was close to Heathrow and the underground so it was easy to get to Londen centrum.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and definitely my last. I got a room for the handicapped, which basically doesn't matter. But the bathroom does not have a shower curtain (you put the whole bathroom under water while showering) and the sink is as big as actually only in a toilet. There is nowhere to put a Toiletttasche, let alone the toothbrush. The bed is located.
Since my English is limited, I can't complain — OK, that's my problem now.
I'm glad I can get out again.

Nice and clean hotel outside London. Bathroom is bright and free of mold. Bed was comfy. Near a tube station, only 2 blocks away. Hounslow Central station. But the ride into central London is 40 mins long on the tube so be patient.

It's very close to the tube station and there is parking on site at a cost of £10 per day. The rooms are large, well appointed, modern and clean. Lift to all floors. Helpful polite staff. Bar and small cafe restaurant facility on site. Just 40 minutes from Green Park station. Easy to access off M3 or M4 without going into London or paying congestion charge. All adds up to a great base to tour London out of for business or pleasure as a sole traveller or a family.

If you expect a 3 stars hotel service this hotel is totally overrated very very poor s: 1/location is at 2 minutes walk to the tube and you will soon understand why, the neighbourhood did'nt look safe. 2/ family friendly my foot we came with family members and ask to stay together but they gave us rooms in same floor that got bad smelling, linen and beds not clean, bathroom roosted, wood windows so very cold we came during snow red alert time. We finally changed rooms but couldn't stay in same floor no more so we were separated from our kids. 3 / staff members not welcoming and hel especially Narjis she might have problem with black people or something like that, "cleaning" staff not polite they can push you to take the lift with you even if you got luggages (they don't have an only service lift) 4/ the furnitures : desk was broken, the hanger of bathroom's door felt down this hotel needs a serious refurbishing everything there is too old and unclean. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit London with family and enjoy.

Well Ramada is situated at a good location near to the high street famous for shopping and alot of eatries. Close to the Hounslow undergroud tube station & convinient for moving to and forth from heathrow airport up to cock fosters. We didnt use the parking lot, English breakfast is good charged 11.95£ per person halal sausage should be included rest is all ok for vegetarians and halal eaters. Staff is friendly & is very responsive especially house manager Miss Narjis & Miss Denice from house keeping staff. The reason for a 4 star is, there is no ventilation in the bathroom at all & no refrigerator to store eatries like butter, milk e. T. C.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Feels like you are with family. Narjis is super lady. She does everything to make you feel home. Thanks so much for your good service.

Good service. Great team however area is very rough at night full of unsavory characters. Limited parking. Decor is a bit dated.

Pleasant hotel, very near to tube and local facilities. Room was very clean, lovely bed. Friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Excellent if you are going to or coming from Heathrow.

Room comfortable and not far from Heathrow. Close to London Underground station. Bar service was pretty poor. Good Wi-Fi. Not a very nice area if you want to go out so best jump on tube to go somewhere else.

Cheeky parking price of 10 pounds per night which was NOT mentioned when I booked the room. No other parking available. Room ok. Service ok.

Nice room, hairdryer only lasted 10 seconds, asked for extra milk but didn't get any. Bar staff and reception were great.

Very good service, excellent rooms and great food in the restaurant. Small car park which you also have to pay for but apart from that it is a very nice hotel and I would definitely re-visit.

Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is modern but situated on the Heathrow flightpath so quite noisy. Small carpark £10 a night.

Charges for every little thing including their "free" breakfast. Had a broken A/C and they offered us a table fan instead of another room.

Price-performance is right, subway right next door, rooms are big, have been here often.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff — even greeted me with a smile. Room was spacious, with controllable A. C. Only has a shower, with good flow and abundance hot water. Good and free Wi-Fi connection. Limited selection at breakfast. Limited car parking spaces at £10 for the night. Iwould go back.

No Great. Parking was chaos and not secure, yet you have to pay £10 for the privilege. The hotel says it's 'Heathrow' but is still over 15 minute drive to the airport. Air Conditioning didn't work. Food was very average and the pint of Cobra I ordered tasted like water. The waiting staff had very poor English. You can hear every plane fly above the hotel.

Not a lot of parking at the hotel so parked on street which is residents only until 6pm, so you can park from 6pm to 9.30am for free. Room was large and comfortable for only £65 so was a bargain. Friendly staff and nice restaurant food. Would stay again.

The hotel staff were very professional and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious and with air-conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. Parking can be limited as there is only about 20 spaces and are charged at £10 per car per night. This was something we only found out on arrival. Food is expensive at the hotel. There are shops, bars and food outlets nearby.

We had a really nice stay at the Ramada. The staff were friendly albeit a bit short. The room was nice enough for the short 1 night stay we had and we slept pretty well. The only downside was having to pay an additional £10 for one night parking. All in all a pleasant stay.

The hotel is a bit out of the centre but it is still very close to the Piccadilly subway line. Very convenient to get to from Heathrow. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and able to satisfy every need. The kitchen is not exciting, but if you are in a hurry to get out it is perfect for a quick meal.

Our room felt like a sauna and the windows don't open near enough to let any breeze in. Their solution was to give us a small fan that did nothing. Apprently the a/c has been out in the whole building for awhile. It's a bad sign when the hallway feels much cooler than your room and you are still sweating in the hallway. Also, the bed was vary worn out, and pillows were small and lacking. Only plus was the amount of electric outlets. I felt like this was an overpriced 2 star hotel. Would not go back.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because when we were there they had a problem with their ac and it was actually quite warm. I'd stay there again. It isn't in the nicest area but it is right next to the tube station.

Mattress slides off bed. Air Conditioning wasn't working which ment the room so stuffy and hot. When opened the window was too much noise. Breakfast was disappointing. The staff were very polite and the hotel was clean.

Disgusting rooms, filthy carpets and ordour from the wc, rates are not worth it at all should be £19 per room would never stay here don't spoil your holiday by staying here.

Thought I was going to fall through the floor, time for an upgrade. The bed was also worn out, time for an upgrade. Also, they need a shower curtain or something to help with the water. The location is great! Love how close it is to the tube, and close to places for a quick bite. If the hotel would just upgrade, it would be great.

+ 5 mins walk from Hounslow Central Tube station. + Restaurants and Shops all are located in near by vicinity + Clean and Tidy + Amazing bed! + Dove shower gel :) — Sink was broken — Food isn't that great (Restaurant Menu).

Stayed here for a week during a vacation this past October. The place is a budget hotel so I was willing to lower my expectations. The first thing to catch our attention was when we walked to it from the rail station and saw the burned down row houses right next door to it. The area is very "working-class" with visible signs of decay (graffiti, broken windows, trash and broken bottles in the streets, and betting parlors all over the place. ). Regardless of the neighborhood we thought we'd give the hotel a chance since it was so close to the rail station but apparently the hotel was going through some renovations. On our first night there we returned to the hotel and found an extremely pungent odor in our hallway which smelled horrible. Later we discovered they were painting the hallways during the daylight hours (while we were away in London sightseeing) with no ventilation. When we complained to the hotel staff about the stench they were not only unhelpful but rude. The breakfast offerings were lackluster and the local area pubs/restaurants either didn't serve breakfast or didn't open until lunch time. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (like sleeping on steel springs) but the room was quiet. We've learned from this trip to London and will choose better on our next visit.

Stayed here overnight 9 — 10 Dec 2010. Great. Clean, pleasant staff, good food with 25pc discount because resident? Just the job. Negative. Rooms facing main road a bit noisy.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the last three months and will continue to do so in the future. OK, it is a budget hotel and the food choice is basic but it is very clean and extremely convenient for the Piccadilly line into London. There is some aircraft noise but what do you expect given its location? For me, the outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff who are very welcoming, warm and helpful. I find this to be very unusual in budget hotel chains (and also some higher priced ones! ). I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and plan to stay there with my family when we want to visit London for the weekend in the future.
