One amazing experience. Staff were amazing. Food was always good for breakfast. The bathroom was my favorite lol. The shower was like a fountain of non stop thunderstorm rain. Beautiful and the Lou I need in my house.

I have booked two days before and reached though the room was already available. I asked them for a Airport view. They given it. And good hotel for a cheap rates. And a sofa too awesome.

Lovely hotel just by London Heathrow. Rooms were nice and spacious and staff were lovely. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room and they came up immediately to fix it and offered to move me to a different room. Food within the hotel (at the bar and in the restaurant) is a bit expensive and it is still an airport hotel so the views aren't great but it's certainly convenient and nice and modern inside. Good for meetings with lots of international attendees.

Tried to check in and was told by reception that there was no room available, despite them still offering upgrades at the checkin desk I was eventually given a different room but had to wait 30 minutes for this room to be cleaned and made available, the 2pm checkin advised on your website and via a text message is obviously not working for your team so I suggest you revise checkin times. After a 5 hour journey this isn’t what I needed, the only apology I was offered was a free drink with my meal, I was offered free parking but since the parking barrier was broken and free anyways, again it was pointless. Hotel stay was not acceptable. I certainly won’t be using your hotel in future and I advise others to stay well away.

Great food, excellent staff at check in. Love the room, with plenty of space and a great view. We will be back without hesitation.

We had four large suitcases with us and initially they gave us a room far away from the main lobby. The room was in the annex, I believe. We could not move all our stuff down the halls and through the two elevators needed to get to the room. My partner asked the front desk for a closer room and luckily there was one next to the elevators. If you have lots of luggage ask not to be lodged in the annex! Dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was very good! Much higher quality than one would expect in a hotel restaurant.

I've stayed here numerous times on business and for pleasure before longhaul flights. Although the rooms are on the small size they have a large comfy bed, different pillows and it's quiet. The bathroom is quite small, I'd prefer a shower only in there than the standard UK Hotel Shower/Bath combo but hey ho. The bar is adequate, good selection and the breakfast buffet is one of the better ones around. Staff are great too. Same faces for a long time and they clearly enjoy their job. Nice.

A great stay, right across the street from the airport. A free shuttle will take you back and forth from the hotel's front door. Room sizes are very large, much bigger than what I expected, featuring a king size bed and lounger with small desk. Hotel feels new. Restaurant has decent and convenient breakfast option. There is a small variety store a short 15 minute walk from the hotel, you can get some items not sold at the hotel, such as a large variety of snacks, etc. I bought some fruit, milk and snacks. In room fridge was convenient for keeping a few items cold. Would definately stay again in my next trip.

Great location close to the airport. You can take the Hotel Hoppa to and from the airport and hotel for about 5 pounds. The rooms were awesome, clean and super nice. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and there were some small, very tasty restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend.

Great location for a training course, seminar or work meeting. Their facilities seem to be specially catered for these specific scenarios. The rooms are lovely, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant buffet has good choices and works hard to give options for all dietary needs. Please know though that there is a FREE bus from the airport that services this hotel. Google it. Do NOT get the bus the hotel suggests on their website as this is not good value for money.

Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport This is a great place to catch up on jet lag. We were travelling from Canada to Dubai with an overnight stop in LHR. The hotel was very accommodating. We had new luggage sent there for us to pick up. The restaurant breakfast was great and the dinner pizza and beer very reasonable. Even though we were close to the runways, the hotel was quiet, clean and very friendly hotel staff. We’ll stay there again.

The hotel is no frills but with a great view of the airport runways. The sound proofing is good.

Very disappointing indeed! Supposed to be a reasonably high end airport hotel but to be honest I’ve had better quality and service at bog standard Travelodge for a fraction of the price. The room was ok but couldn’t control the temperature. Far too warm with the thermostat set to 26C. Who on earth wants a bedroom that warm? A cold blooded reptile perhaps. When adjusting the temperature downwards, cool air comes out initiallly then it goes warm again as it wants to be 26c. Food was average but expensive. They give you a bill to sign at the end of your meal, which you can opt to pay there and then or add it to your room bill to pay at checkout, as is the case with most hotels. The bill includes a line for you to add a tip. Taking the mick somewhat, especially when the food is pricey anyway and they add a service charge. So suggesting a tip is shear audacity. If you park your car for more than a few hours, it quickly goes up to £12 and further £12 for each day afterwards. You soon clock up a bill for nearly 50 quid for just a few days and that will be on top of paying well over £100 for your average room. Couldn’t even get a news channel on the TV, yet Sky News and BBC News are on freeview. Yet all the channels, apart from a select few are scrambled. All of that would warrant 2 or maybe 3 stars but sadly I knocked the score down even lower when I discovered that I was robbed at the bar. Got charged £5.70 for a pint of Coors Light.

Great room, good facilities, basically what you would expect from a Hyatt. BUT! I can't believe how unprofessional the front desk staff was. Upon check-out, I asked kindly for them to remove the discretion tips from my bill. I ordered a burger from the bar and I said to the staff that I will go down and collect the food myself. The staff insisted that it's okay, they can deliver the food to my room. I didn't feel like the 15% discretion they automatically charged was justified for this, so I asked them to remove it. After all, it's called a discretion and it's not the USA. The front desk lady made a huge fuss about this, challenged me, rudely, to why I don't want to pay, and even went as far as saying that the discretion cant be removed. Since I insisted, she then turn to her manager and asked in a way that it was clear she hoped her manager will back her up and refuse me. But the manager just removed the charge in a swift.

A very comfortable and elegant hotel. The attention at the reception as in the restaurant is very friendly and respectful. The food is rich.

This hotel as a big management issue. I am staying in this hotel for 2 weeks on a business trip. Day one: all my coworkers got water and apples in their rooms. I had to go buy my own water or I had to pay them to just get a sip of water after traveling. Is this a 4 stars hotel…? But that's not it. I decided to let it go as I wasn't all about a bottle of water. A few days later, I go downstairs asking if the room service is included in my package as my company is paying for me. First the receptionist answers me right away (with food all around her mouth) "you have to pay extra fees". As I look at her quite surprised by this really quick answer she just added "actually let me check I am not really sure". Yes we are still talking about a 4 stars hotel. I go away, without saying anything again as I'm kind of in peaceful spirit. A few days later I'm ordering a chicken Caesar Salad as I eat it, I feel there's something weird about it : yes an anchovy in my CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD. (See picture). Again tired by work I keep it to myself. But this is when you Hyatt hotel pushed it too far. On the 02/26 at night you decided to make ALL customers wait in the bar until we call them to get dinner in the restaurant from the hotel. Why? We don't know: available seats were EVERYWHERE. The reason given? "So you don't wait in the restaurant" oh great, I'll just wait anyway in the bar, that is overcrowded because of this strange decision.

Very nice and clean hotel with partial view of the airport.

From the minute we walked into the hotel, we were met with polite, friendly staff. The room was extremely well equipped and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. We didn't have any food as we had prior engagements. I did however sample the bar and it was a very busy and well run. Prices were on the high side but was to be expected from a hotel of this calibre. We are already looking at booking again soon.

Very close to the airport, convenient and well connected.
The only downside is that it is far from the center, so if you want to get to know London, the options to get to know the downtown are that you can catch a bus that goes to the airport as the 4 or 7, which pass by the hotel (and are free for guests), get off at terminals T1, 2 or 3 and take the Picadilly line that leaves you in the pure center. It's like 30 or 45 minutes, but there's no transshipment.
If you come for business, the hotel is perfect. It has many offices around and the hotel offer is very good…

The hotel was provided to us by our airline since we were rerouted to London and had to stay overnight before our next flight. The hotel room was nice and clean. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar and in general it is good enough for the purpose of staying overnight waiting for your next flight of you have no other options. We had fish and chips at the restaurant which was pretty good. There is a bus and a shuttle passing by the hotel that take you back to the airport. We used the Hotel Hoppa shuttle (provided by the airline).

Easy to get to location. Quiet. Air conditioning in rooms with safe and mini fridge. Bathroom and room itself were clean and presented extremely well. Large window and superb looking entrance with a convenient drop off point. Parking was £12 per day but not required. Complimentary drink was supplied all for a very reasonable price.

Completely isolated from the noise, very warm and comfortable. Good breakfast and very close to the airport.

Attended a course on Lean Six Sigma in meeting room 6 at this hotel. Nice place, easy to get to. Didn't park there so don't know How easy it would have been to park or prices. Got a free lunch. Don't know if this is offered to everyone attending a full day meeting of if this had been paid for by my company. Lunch was nice. Plenty of choice (pork medallions in 5 spice sauce or cod in parsley sauce and corresponding veg. Selection of desserts. Reception seemed nice. Plenty of breakout areas. Coffee, water and biscuits provided in the room. Good experience overall. Would not hesitate to use Hyatt if I had to book an event like this. A+

Good hotel in convenient location. Beware transfer from-to airport. Shuttle bus takes time to wait and costs extra. If you order mini cab through reception, they offer 3 (three! ) times more than regular fare. Shame!

This is a very nice hotel very close to Heathrow. The staff is very good and the rooms are large, comfortable, quiet and modern. The hotel has a great on demand shuttle service to the airport. Runs about 12 pounds, takes 10 minutes. The restaurant is good and 24 hour room service. It is a good value-especially the breakfast special. We stayed there twice on our most recent trip and both stays were great.

Very nice staff. Good restaurant. Room is clean, modern and comfortable. They go out of their way to make sure you can get food after the big restaurant closes. They have a bar area you can sit at and eat if late. The breakfast is very nice. Under 10 minutes to airport and they have an on demand shuttle service. A taxi is about 10 pounds. I highly recommend this airport hotel.

Waa only here one night before flying out of Heathrow but really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very modern and clean and roomy. It did cost 12 pounds to park which you have to pay at the reception. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Fab hotel allowing budget travellers some luxury! Friendly, efficient reception. Quick check in. Lovely comfortable room with king size bed! Used the gym — really good — lots of equipment for a great workout. Thought breakfast expensive at £16 each so brought croissants to have with coffee in room. Also free bus from LHR bus station on the U3. Would recommend & certainly hope to use again in the future.

Excellent value for money but far enough away from the airport. Honest Restaurant without more. Freshly renovated rooms.

Excellent booking process with a very thorough gentleman, extremely polite and asked us about breakfast, wake up call, I was travelling with my daughter and we'd booked a double room for convenience and he offered us twin room as available. The beds were fabulously comfortable — I struggled a bit with the air con as was slightly chilly and I couldn't work out the settings but overall a great place to stop overnight before an early start. Would definitely use again.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place for a night, checked in at 8pm and we're greeted kindly, provided our room card, and given two complimentary drink tokens. The reception / foyer / bar area was spotless, welcoming and surprisingly quiet despite all the people and it's proximity to the airport. The lifts and corridors were equally clean. When entering our room, you have to insert your room card into a little control panel by the door for the lights to work, this means when you leave the room, the lights turn off. Greener and cheaper. The room (201) was a single king sized bed with a small sofa, decent sized TV, superb lighting and good sized bathroom. I have absolutely no complaints at all.

Fantastic hotel, so glad we stayed there. A very friendly and calm atmosphere. Rooms were spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Would love to stay here again, highly recommend.

Very comfortable bed and nickel service.

I visited this hotel with my family under a day visit payment. (Not the paying guest). We wanted a place to relax with food and drinks in a comfortable setting, before driving further on to drop off passengers at Heathrow. This arrangement was ideal and met these needs perfectly. As the passengers were meeting up separately, having a rendesvouz point was ideal. The room itself was superb and more than adequate both facility wise and size wise. Most appreciated was the complimentary tea set (which covered for the lack of sugar due to our own forgetfulness). The en suite bathroom was spacious enough with all its facilities working fine. Due to having brought our own food, we decided not to purchase anything from the bar menu at reception or through room service. I am personally not aware of the average pricing of food and drink in the area, but in retrospect given the location and business, expected. Although I had no significant contact with any staff member, everyone was polite in passing greetings. Overall, we and I personally had a good experience and for future use would personally use their services again and recommend them to others.

Fantastic service by the staff and very good rates for day stay of 4 hours, that we requested to shift forward by 30 minutes. It made the next leg of journey from Heathrow a breeze after several hours on the motorway. Parking was convenient under the hotel and quite secure. The king size bedroom comfortably hosted 5 of us and allowed us to repack bags in AC. The shower was very refreshing and the bed very soft like a cloud. I would definitely recommend anyone traveling to Heathrow to refresh themselves after few hours on the road. The airport is a ten minute drive from the hotel.

Very satisfied with the service of the hotel. My leg was hurt and the waiter came out to help me. It's nice to see the plane take off from the bedroom window. I went straight to sleep for 15 hours after I flew in from Australia. Very good!

Location great for business and for travel via airport. Comfy queen size bed in a reasonable sized room. Restaurant menu has good mix of grills and a la carte. Food was very good. Staff were all courteous and attentive.

Rooms look outdated though they were clean. Air conditioning wasn't working properly. Staff do not answer the phones at the front desk. Check in took almost 10 minutes. Car park cost £12.

We got stuck here as a result of a missed connection at Heathrow. It did the trick and was close to the airport. Just your average close tothe airport hotel.

It's a great location for a short stay near the airport. The reception were friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and blankets were warm. Depending on where you want to go, the underground ride to the city can range from 30 minutes to about an hour.

23 rooms are very well decorated. Wi-Fi can be fast! Compared to the bathroom is a bit, despite the beautiful granite di chinky bathtubs and dark water pipes. Employee check in and check out quickly and easily because there is sufficient. Location is good, just our morning flight at Heathrow Airport. Meals in the restaurant was too expensive, possibly because a group of guests have to here, considering we all can't go to other restaurants. Although close to the airport but no noise.

Good value for money, very friendly staff, very clean room with good Wi Fi, good service at breakfast. Have a short week explored from this hotel London, despite the rel. Distance to the Centre of no problem with the subway. Public bus transfer between hotel and Airport (Metro station), stop directly in front of the hotel.

The room was clean and very quiet considering it was right next to the main road and opposite the airport. We had a meal in the restaurant which left a lot to be desired. We had to ask for one of our side dishes as it had been forgotten. The dessert also seemed to have been forgotten as it took over 30 minutes to come. They could be forgiven if it was a homemade dish, but it clearly wasn't. Over the course of our 2 hour stay in the restaurant we had 4 different servers, which added to the confusion. The friendly waiter who took payment was very apologetic. As I stated earlier, the hotel itself is very good, but I would steer clear of the restaurant.

Surprisingly good for the price. Courteous and helpful check in. Clean and comfortable room which was larger than expected and well appointed. Reasonable parking. Everything works as it should and the restaurant was fine. Will use again when in the LHR area.

A nice hotel to stay in if you have an early flight from Heathrow. It's easy to get to from the tube/train at Heathrow. Although leave time to check in as the queues can get really long. The restaurant is a bit of a let down though, although tasty food, the service is very poor and extremely slow. So if you're in a rush I wouldn't go there! The charge a premium to book a taxi to the airport though, so I would suggest booking one yourself or using the free shuttle buses in and around Heathrow.

Will forget it very easily, to be honest. Or remember for the wrong reasons. "Free bus": certainly not a hotel shuttle. It's just a dirty public bus. If you are unlucky enough to stay here when there is no public bus service, they will make you pay 5 pounds for a 5 — 10 min bus ride. Found it very excessive. Checkin: must have had bad luck as we got the most condescending person. Completely indifferent and careless (felt very fake). Maybe she was forced to work on xmas eve. Room: weird stain on toilet seat. Makes you question cleaning altogether. Very dirty remote control also. Noisy AC vent — even when off. Overall not impressed. Don't see the 4 stars here.

Having stayed at the hotel several times, my wife and I are always impressed by the standard of the rooms and the resturant. The staff are always helpful and friendly and ensure that our stay is a pleasant one. The rooms are always well presented and extremely neat and tidy.

We arrived really tired and were happy to find our accommodations above expectations — room was clean, bed was comfortable, food in the Grill was really good. Contact with all staff was positive. Can't think of anything negative about our stay. 5 stars.

Arora provided a perfect experience. I can testify that all the positive reviews are true. It's a comfortable and clean and quite hotel. There is a free bus leaving from and returning to central bus station which saves you 8 GBP for the return trip per person. The hotel is lovely. The bed was just similar to the best ones in the world. The front desk staff is fabulously — they were friendly, attentive and efficient. I have stayed at other hotels near Heathrow and this is by far the best one (been in more expensive places with very inferior quality). Highly recommended.
