Rainbows Lodge Hotel and Serviced Apartments

I tried to book a room with them, but something must have been wrong with the website. It kept on bouncing me back onto the main page. So naturally I didn't think anything of it. And of course I never stayed there. They had charged me. It's only been 10 days and just checked my internet banking. Called them and have refused to refund me.

Was a nice experience here. Staff are very friendly and breakfast was good.

I should learn the lesson. You get what you pay for. Room was tiny. First thing I noticed was the bedding had stains on them, also the waste bin hadn't been emptied from the previous occupent. The tray for tea and coffee hadn't been cleaned/wiped either. It would have one star from me, but I give it one extra as the service and food in the Italian restaurant downstairs was nice.

The rooms were okay, but still great value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed Rainbows Lodge Hotel for 2 nights. This was very budget accommodation lodge hotel in reading. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. We are already planning to stay here again next year for our visit.

Great location and perfect for what we were looking for! Rainbows Lodge Hotel was very close to the reading station, it was 10 min. Walking distance. Comfortably fit 3 adults. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We've stayed at this Rainbows Lodge Hotel a couple of times. It's in an accessible location, a short walk from the Reading station. Our room was clean, light and airy, and bed was comfy! I would certainly return.

Stayed Rainbows Lodge Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is very well located, 5 min walking from reading train station. Really Good value for money in this hotel. All service was provided in reasonable price. We happy to stay here.
