No parking and room with a view.

Fantastic nights sleep but the breakfast was poor and shrivelled but cold… definately not been probed to correct temp. No croissants left and very unsatisfied for the price of £8.99 per person x4, we were refunded for 1 but felt unfair as wasn't up to usual standard of Premier Inn's breakfast. We also heard a couple sending theirs back too as shrivelled and cold… 🤔

It was OK if pricey.
A little noisy from the road outside and poor double glazing.
Fabulous staff.

The staff at this hotel are delightful. Rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. Chris the dinner and breakfast man is wonderful so friendly but not intrusive.

Stayed there for one night. Hotel was clean, European business design style and close to London Heathrow airport. Breakfast had a good choice. Only minus: lack of parking space. We arrived during the afternoon and where not able to find a space at the hotel. There are public parking spaces available at a local mall. If you stay there, consider a visit at the local pub around the corner.

I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the office I was going to work in for the duration of my stay. I had a room on the third floor. The overall look & feel are nice, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, but there were some things which frustrated me and lowered my comfort: the only window in the room did not have a handle and couldn't be opened, but it didn't close properly either, just enough so all the noise from the nearby street was very clearly audible. Internet (the complimentary one) was very slow and kept disconnecting. There was no mini-fridge in the room. The walls are very thin and during the night, people slamming doors to their rooms or in the hallway would not only wake me, but the wall lamp next to the bed vibrated from it every time. I could also hear my neighbor talking in his room (regular voice). I also found the wardrobe space (it's not really a wardrobe, more like a micro-dressing area) quite small and was only barely able to fit my stuff for a week in it. In the bathroom, the ventilation fan was connected to the lighting so in order to ventilate I'd need to leave the light on for 1h or so, otherwise the bath would just stay steamy. Opening the bathroom door wasn't a solution either since the room window couldn't be opened: it would just make the entire hotel room steamy.

Lovely hotel. Only downside was the parking which is non existent. Breakfast was excellent. Kids seemed to love it as always. Rooms are really soundproofed.

We stayed here on the last night of a very long charity bike ride. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. All our rooms were ready and nothing was too much trouble. Adrian looked after us throughout our stay and Premier Inn are lucky to have him. The chefs standards are way beyond what we expected for this sort of hotel. The fabulous Richard and Chris in the morning for breakfast were so lovely and made sure all our cylcists had fresh water for the ride. Totally recommend this hotel.

A well situated Premier Inn, near central Maidenhead. The rooms are as you'd expect, and it has the standard restaurant on the ground floor. There's also an automated check in desk, so if there isn't a person around you can still check in and relax. The front entrance is a little hard to find, you have to kind of go down a back alley to get to it.

Great hotel! Came to Maidenhead for business — hotel was a 3 minute walk from my office. Staff was fantastically attentive and accommodating. I arrived a few hours early and they worked to check me into a cleaned room as quickly as possible. Rooms are modern and well-appointed. DEAD quiet for sleeping. Would definitely come back!

Comfortable rooms. Parking remote from hotel and in the worst designed car park ever. Good luck finding a member of staff if you need serving too. The check-in machines were out of order when we arrived. We waited a while before the chef checked us in. After a 7 minute wait at a very quiet bar, the chef came out and poured me a pint too. Seems like he dies everything here.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay in the Premier Inn Maidenhead. I was visiting my son while on holidays from Australia. My son booked this hotel due to the fact that my mobility wasn’t great. It was a perfect location for my needs. So convenient for the shops. I slept like a baby every night and I really didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning. Breakfast was certainly worth getting up for though and the staff were amazing, especially Chris. I’m so happy my son booked this hotel for me. Keep up the great work guys.

Really central location. High standard room and bathroom. Quality restaurant and professional friendly staff. Nearest car park is Sainsburys pay and display multistorey a few minutes walk away, evening rate is £1.50 and between midnight and 09.00 is free.

Staying at the Premier Inn regularly because of business. The Inn has good basic necessities such as a comfortable bed, breakfast, a restaurant and a bar. It is close to the city centre.

Great bed great room great price. No mess or fuss checking in. No key attached to a wheel chock. Slept like an angel.

Very good to rest, in the night there is a silence excellent. Good the kitchen. I have tried both breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff.

Neat and spacious room and bathroom. The water temperature is perfect. Got breakfast and dinning options within the hotel. The hotel is walkable from Maidenhead High Street. Also walkable from Maidenhead train station. Value for money. 4 star only because could here the noise of the vehicles in late night.

A comfortable quiet and clean room. Best of all were the lovely, helpful and attentive staff from our arrival to our departure. They made us feel so welcome. The one member of staff who was on duty for the whole of our short stay was Moshi. She was so friendly, personable and very helpful as we were new to the area. Can we also mention the very helpful and attentive host at dinner. We don't have his name but he came from Goa.

Excellent place to stay and eat. Rooms very comfortable with everything you need. Food great and brilĺiant service.

Excellent meals the worse.

After a 5 hour drive, I turned up and was greeted by a computer. Once I had finished the check in process a member of staff turned up and confirmed my suspicion that there was nowhere to park and I had to go and park in a public car park. Upon getting to my room I found the toilet had an offering in it and (not a pleasant one) Having studied the menu in my room, chose my meal and went down to the restaurant and after waiting 5 minutes, someone finally turned up and showed me to a table. Not the same menu as is in the rooms, when I pointed out they have the wrong menu in the room the waiter just said yes! 15 minutes later they came and took my order. Not very good customer service☹️

I am a regular visitor here. It is very close to the work place, further it is the best one near the town centre of Maidenhead. Breakfast is fairly good, however sometimes they start a bit late, so sometimes the fried eggs are not available before around 0645 even though breakfast starts at 0630.

One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in. My 3rd visit to this one and again the staff have been terrific so polite and friendly. It is a real child friendly place to stay. The rooms are the same as most Premier Inns clean and comfortable and warm but the staff really do make it a nice experience. The restaurant is good and the food is great. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

I stayed here August of 2016, and I brought along my childhood stuffed penguin which was given to me by my nana before she passed away, so it was something I held dear to my heart. I unfortunately left it in my room, and quickly realized this the morning after I had checked out, so I called the hotel and they said nothing had been turned in, so I called again and again and after 4 days of calling in search of my plush, I had to go home (Canada) without my keepsake that I was going to give to my children. I wish the management would have taken my complaint a lot more seriously and investigated it more.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Very limited on site parking, but car parking is available a couple of minutes walk away.

Very comfortable room. Has it's own restaurant (unlike many other Premier Inns) where we had a good dinner. Breakfast is buffet style so not as good as when cooked fresh at Beefeater at other sites. Enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and modern. Restaurant is fantastic and very reasonably priced. Comfy beds, plenty of space in the room. Bathrooms very clean and great shower.

Coming here on business, this hotel has been perfect. Clean, large rooms with a great desk. The breakfast is lovely and the staff is polite.

I just landed at this beautiful hotel. Lady at reception is extremely friendly and made me smile. I love this place.

Alright premier inn, inadequate clothing space for family of 4. Parking on Sainsbury's top floor. It looked like a horror movie. One of the lifts had the button to call ripped out and there was dirt and rubbish on the floor. Rest of room nice though. It is about a 1 minute walk to maidenhead high street so walked there for dinner as premier inns thyme restaurant usually isn't the best.

Was quiet, excellent service and lovely comfy room.

Modern clean big rooms, bedding immaculate. Wide variety of breakfast, we had cooked and continental and really good poached eggs. First time at Premier Inn definitely stay again. stay again.

Fantastic room, hotel and staff and amazing breakfast. 10 minutes from the train station and such a great place to stay would really recommend!

Confirm beds. Helpful staff. Not a massive issue but the thermostat only went down to 19 C.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are good and have enough space. Wifi is free. Breakfast is good too and there is good variety for all items they serve. Staff is helpful and courteous. A couple of painful areas are that they do not have any plug in ports near beds and there are no phones available in any room. So for even the smallest of requirements. You need to walk to the reception. Overall it has been a good stay always.

No hot water on arrival. Breakfast very slow. Waited 20+ minutes for any hot food to arrive on the buffet. Otherwise, clean comfortable room as expected.

Nice rooms but breakfast service needs improving. Slow and low supply of food. If you're in a rush in the morning, give yourself an extra 30 minutes.

Quiet enough, on site restaurant is good though is situated as part of the lobby which is a little odd, no parking on site however so do be aware of this. Rooms while up to date could do with a little maintenance to tidy them up a little.

I received a warm friendly welcome upon arrival, the room was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was good also.

Nice, clean, good sleep, what you would expect from a premier inn. No onsite parking. A bit of a faff but it's literally a 5 minute walk to the parking at Sainsburys. Close to all the shops and right in the town centre. Ideal loaction to get to Legoland.

Comfortable bed, clean room and friendly helpful staff. It is a little annoying that there is no parking at the hotel and that the car park you use does cost you. They also need to update the information they send about the parking as some of it seems to have changed (cost and which floors you can use). Also how rooms are booked, as we booked 2 rooms at the same time and they ended up on different floors.

New premier Inn, rooms excellent quality, big TV with easy HDMI wall mounted input. Thyme restaurant reasonable and what you'd expect for a premier Inn.

Good premier Inn in a nice town. Good standard restaurant but well laid out and and decorated and the staff are attentive, friendly and efficient.
