The staff were really friendly. Got to our room our bed was comfortable. However the bed for our teenage girls was tiny. Neither got any sleep as there wasn't enough room for them to turn over. The air conditioning didn't work properly and was warm. Not one of us slept and ruined the start to our holiday.

So far it's brilliant, food lovely, room lovely, bar open 24 hrs, friendly and helpful staff.

Nice place for overnight after late or before early flight, only few minutes walking from terminal.

The rooms are amazing such a comfortable bed. Night staff very professional. Breakfast, no sausages bacon hard as nails, no beans, scrambled egg was lovely. Lunch menu is strange, no sandwiches and £12.95 for a burger. 😱😱

Elf was very hospitable and well behaved.

The manager would not be helpful to even consider giving a toddler any eggs or hot meal for breakfast, absolutely inconsiderate. We are on hotel qurantine ready to pay extra for hot meals especially for our toddler who still has difficulty in chewing, so asked for scrambled eggs to be told we don’t have eggs in the building! Really a hotel with no eggs — I said will order it than can you atleast have it cooked or boiled! Must say they are all for money, but holiday inn express seem to be more stingier than the managing quarantine. It’s unacceptable — how can we feed cold meals to a toddler it would affect his health.

Really comfy bed and perfect location for the airport. Lovely clean room and great staff.

☹️Normally when we stay there the staff are friendly and helpful, but they now seem as though they couldn't care less. And hey don't try blaming it on the government guidelines.

The room was nice. Clean comfortable beds. Shower was good as well. Enjoy our stay there.

Currently here now staying before our flight tomorrow and it’s a lovely hotel, the food is delicious and the rooms are very nice too.

Couldn't get closer to the airport and booking the stay, park and fly was a bargain. Staff are really friendly, food was fresh and tasty and the hotel was very clean.

Fabulous place to stay before a flight. Friendly and helpful staff. Some overpriced stuff £1.20 for a tube of Smarties. But overall well done.

Comfortable Room, value for money, disappointing about dinner as the food was not fresh and was overpriced. Also could not get a hot breakfast before leaving as early flight. Staff were very pleasant. Due to food, would not stay again unfortunately, but would recommend as a quick stop-over for travellers.

Just recieved a parking fine from them despite paying a full price ticket. I paid a 1 hour ticket on arrival as I was picking someone up and wanted to grab a bite to eat. Just got a letter in the post now saying that I was there for 40 minutes. Contacted them about this and they couldn't care less so avoid. Will never be staying at a holiday in again, bunch of scammers!

Great stay after our flight. Not far to walk either. Perfect, stress free before travelling again the next day.

Very noisy. Easy Walking distance to airport. Staff excellent. Breakfast good. Evening meal average. Room clean. Free parking if requested until you return.

Considering how stressed out we were after being lied to by Thomas Cook and not having any flights. We stayed here overnight. The receptionist was lovely, sympathetic and very helpful in printing out our new flight information (sorry there was so much of it). The room was spacious, clean and had all of the creature comforts that we needed to relax after such a stressful day. We had a nice dinner and breakfast in the morning before finally catching our flight.

Overall I was very happy with my stay here, we had to up up at 4am, most hotels wouldn't be serving breakfast however there was a wide range of different cold breakfasts that I was able to take with me. The room was fresh and clean, although we were right near the run way we didn't hear a single plane. The staff were very polite and helpful and we'd not hesitate to come back. 10/10

Nice hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff & ideal ocation. However the only reason I will not give 5 stars is because we used the parking facility at the hotel whilst away. We were told that a taxi to take us to the airport would be included which was fine. We were also told by reception that if we go to Addison Lee (the taxi firm exclusive to the airport and which took us there) on our return, we give them a slip of paper which receptionist gave to us and it will be a special price of £20 to take us back to collect our car. On arriving at the Addison Lee base when we landed home I showed them the slip. Of paper and they said it didn't mean anything it was £23.60! Now I know it's only £3.60 difference and by this point I was too tired to care, but it's the principal that the holiday inn lied to us about the cost. I withdrew £20 exactly before getting our taxi to pay the driver and was told it would be more and didn't have enough on me. Oh and that the credit card machine was on the blink so may not be able to pay via card either! Luckily after trying my card it worked and we paid and got in our cab fine. As I say, it's only a few pounds difference but please don't allow the hotel staff to lie about the cost of a cab coming home and offer a useless slip of paper to customers promising this price. Its meaningless and hassle I don't need after a long day travelling. Otherwise I'd be giving 5 stars but not on this occasion.

Location Location Location… You have early, late or you’re just tapped out. This Inn 5 minutes shuttle free walk, I’ve got lost before walking to close airports due to fatigue or alcohol, but Holiday Inn Express is on the road to the airport, fantastic location… and that’s it, folks, comfort, food etc is expected hotel standard but it was the location that will have me here again for my next cheap and cheerful flight.

It was exactly what we expected from an airport hotel. Very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. A perfect place to spend a night before/after your flight.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my Mrs and kid whiles my house was been worked on. The price of the room kept going up week by week. The bed was not nice to sleep on. Food choice was simple and got boring. Also when I checked out 2 weeks later I got a parking ticket from the hotel. Nothing for kids to do. Nothing.

The most comfortable bed with choice of pillows I didn't want to get out of bed. Lovely breakfast veryvtasty and very friendly and professional staff. Convenient for the airport and the bus from Parkway Rail Station drops you off right outside. Will certainly make HIE my choice next time. The design of the bathroom door was very clever. Evening meal was reasonable too. Thank you.

Really clean and efficient hotel that strikes excellent value for money. The rooms are well set up to guests staying over and connecting through Luton. It is about a 10 minute walk from the airport or a quick free shuttle bus.

Almost inside the airport, 8 minutes walk to the bequeathed and exits. Breakfast and room very nice! Good choice!

Pleasant reception, nice, clean and modern rooms. The direct connection to the airport and the early breakfast are huge plus points. Attention when arriving by car. Even with short parking times one can threaten a strong parking ticket (100 pounds for 2 hours), therefore always ask at the reception.

If you land late at night or depart early in the morning, this is a great place to be staying. You can spend the night in great price, with a great service and a very nice room (especially when you consider the price). It's about 6-8 minutes by foot from the airport exit, so you don't have to use public transportation of any kind.

Not practical with big luggage… only one staircase to climb. Kitchen closes at 10:00 pm.

Very Polite and accommodating staff, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy with 2 sets of pillows per person. Shower was powerful and hot and we had a great buffet breakfast. The room had everything you could possibly want, hairdryer, iron, ironing board etc etc. The only thing missing was a small fridge but this was not important to us. It may have been cheap and was just a stop gap for us between flights but we were very impressed. Highly recommended, well done to holiday inn and the staff that work there.

Ideal if you need somewhere to stay before or after a flight. Pleasant rooms with comfy beds. All fairly recently refurbished. Interesting bathroom design. Friendly efficient service.

Couldn't recommend it more. Modern, clean, well equipped rooms, superb sound insulation meaning I barely heard a thing even though it is right next to the airport, (perfect for if you have an early morning flight), there's on-site parking if you drive, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Even the food was delicious (breakfast and dinner! ) And all for an excellent bottom line price. What more could you want?

Good hotel for business issues. What is better is the food. The rooms are very nice.

Very close to the airport, you can walk. The beds are comfortable and the room temperature is adequate. The Breakfast is fine, although not to throw rockets. It Is a convenient hotel to catch a flight the next morning.

Enjoyable stay, everyone was nice and I could even grab some breakfast even though I left at 3 in the morning because of my flight. Needed a minute to figure out the shower but that's a given every time you use a different shower. Love the fact that there was a body wash/shampoo dispenser in the shower! Less wasteful and practical. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel but the room was tiny. We booked a triple for three adults but there wasn't room to swing a cat, the room was miniscule. Location was decent though and walking distance from the airport terminal.

Quiet despite the proximity of the slopes, very modern and cheap!

5 stars for this 3 star hotel! It's right next to the airport, but you hardly hear any airplane noise. It's perfect if you have an early morning flight as the Departures lounge is literally a 5-10 minute walk away. They serve breakfast with a wide selection of food and beverages including warm croissants and Twinnings tea. You can get breakfast at 4 am, which is another plus if you fly out early from London Luton Airport.

Surprisingly good. Functional. Good location and useful shuttle. Shuttle stop at wrong side of the building, need to carry luggage's long way. Service was also warm.

Close to the airport, wonderful services and a shuttle bus that connects to Luton airport pretty much 24 hours a day every fifteen minutes. Staff were wonderful and very helpful, comfortable bed. Would use again!

This Holiday Inn must have recently been built or remolded as my room seemed updated and not like any other Holiday Inn I've stayed at. (bedding, wall fixtures, bathroom. Etc. ) my Fiance and I really appreciated the USB charging ports located right next to the bed. Might come in handy for people who forgot an adapter. My room was clean from the sheets to the bathroom. I was in need of a razor and shaving cream and they have that at the front desk for free! the room was perfect and comfortable. But my biggest praise goes to Mark. He served us at the bar when we got checked in and he greeted us when we came down for breakfast at 4am the next day. He was so sweet and had the most patience for these two really annoying teenage girls who kept trying to act like adults at the bar area. He was so kind and such a good spirit.

Had a lovely leek and potato soup… Room is clean, bed comfy and 3 minutes away from airport. Price reasonable.

Great location only 10min walk from airport. Great staff who go extra mile to help. Rooms are really nice. 4am light breakfast available at no extra cost to room.

Perfect location for an overnight stay before an early flight. Mid stay car park is opposite. Easy walk to the terminal. Clean and functional.

Perfect location for the airport. Room overlooks the runway but surprisingly quiet. Parked one night here and then booked 4 days at mid term car park. Basic food ie burger/ fish/pizza but cheap and tasty.

Stayed at the luton airport hotel, close enough to walk to the terminal but a shuttle bus is still present (£1.20 per person if I recall). The room was surprisingly pleasant, clean and nicely layed out. Breakfast was included, served in a buffet style, the food provided was satisfactory, however we were unable to get sausages, beans or eggs because the trays had not been refilled for the time we spent there. Whether or not this is because we arrived at 4am (when breakfast starts) is unknown to me. Overall 4/5, I would certainly stay here again if I fly from Luton in the future, however maybe I will get breakfast elsewhere.

Convenient to take plane to Luton.

Very convenient for Luton airport (10 mins walk to terminal). Comfortable and quiet room. Quick check in. Breakfast available from 4am. Good value.

A very pleasant stay at the Holiday inn express Luton airport. The standard is as you would expect for a Holiday Inn express. Modern and well equipped rooms with a/c power and usb outlets by the bed side. A first for me but a good addition in this day and age with all the devices we have. Its a ten minute walk to the terminal or you could get a taxi or the bus from nearby but you'll be sat in traffic for twenty minutes at peak times.

Very close to the airport and well cared for.
Missing the fridge in the room and there is not even a small drawer where to put the laundry.

Not even a 5-minute walk from Luton's Aerereoporto. Room and bathroom clean and spacious Excellent breakfast served from 4 to 9:30.

Ok for the price. The employees are al very helpful but the bed wasn't comfortable and the room was really noisy.

Polite, friendly staff. This hotel doesn't offer a wake up call service despite it being a airport hotel, instead suggesting I set the alarm on the tv? The rooms were quite noisy but the hotel is good value for money so all in all happy with the service. I'd stay here again.

Location great, walking distance to the airport. Downside to this though is traffic is a pain. Clean and functional hotel though and currently going through a refurb.

Great and friendly staff. The room was neat and ok. Just that when the sofa bed is drawn out, it becomes a bit tight to use the table. The double matrass is lovely! Very comfortable. Breakfast was ok too.

Rooms are adequate, but small, no bottle opener or bath. The staff would not even lend me a bottle opener. I bought some beer from the airport because bar only sells lagers etc. Rooms are noisy but expected in a airport hotel so near the airport. Lounge area is always cold, and short on customers, but noisy because they have the TV on, and music at the same time competing with each other and it's next to the reception, however great location, 15mins walk to the airport terminal, but watch out for parking charges.
