Great hotel pleasant owners and staff.

Great food xmas dogs welcome x.

Definitely try the cask ales, and staff very friendly.

Stopped off on route from Tenby to Wigan in the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron. Welsh full breakfast was excellent. Probably call in both ways next trip.

Came here for a drink on a Wednesday evening on my hen do. We were all having a laugh — including other customers too!
the "manager" came and very rudely told us to be quiet.
we left immediately as it was so disgusting how she spoke to us. So so rude!
the 2 lovely ladies sat next to us even said we did nothing wrong. As we left a lovely gent was outside who also said that was disgusting and unprofessional how she spoke to us.
judging by the faces of other too — everyone felt the same.
Will 100% NOT be returning. Do not come here if you want a laugh with a group of friends.

Lovely atmosphere and good price beer too.

Horrid listening to the man (manager maybe) running down the staff loudly and very rudely. When we asked if we could order after asking where to sit and being seated, he interrupted his staff and snapped no its bookings only have you booked! After I muttered that he was damn rude, he smiled and said “sorry lovely”
Nice place, food looked nice, shame about the manager! We went and ate in llanrhystud, had fab food and amazing service.

Lethargic staff — overpriced drinks but otherwise ok Not a lot to say so better not say anymore.

We visit this establishment quite a lot and it's fair to say after what we witnessed today we will not be returning.
You have a lovely young girl working behind the bar — who upon serving us was very hospitable and we could not fault her service.
However, it then turned out that the girl made a MISTAKE whilst serving another couple… informing them that the Bar didn't serve breakfast past 12pm.
A man who I can only assume is the manager then proceeded to insult and publicly embarrass the poor girl behind the bar… proclaiming loudly in front of everyone that "She doesn't understand because she is polish and she doesn't understand capitalism".
The way he spoke to her was disgusting and aggressive, like dirt on the bottom of his shoe! She was close to tears!
You should learn to give people a chance — regardless of their heritage — and if you actually bothered to train your staff properly then I doubt things like this would happen. Regardless, no member of staff should be spoken to like this or embarrassed in front of everyone — I know we weren't the only ones who noticed! … If anything the business should be embarrassed at themselves for being so unprofessional and not looking after their valued staff.

Stale bread, runner cheese and chemical taste to tea.

Abruptly spoken serving staff, came across as rude. Long wait for food. Clattering atmosphere. Generally not a nice experience.

Stopped for lunch, they were busy but dealt with quickly and efficiently. The food was very fresh and tasty and arrived promptly the only thing I didn't like was the slate plate, not necessary. Beer was good with a good selection.

Great beer and cosy atmosphere — perfect location near the beach. One of my favourite pubs in Aber.
