Very comfortable I thought but the whole place is in need of a great deal of TLC and bringing into the 21st century. There were a lot of dropped leaves from the plants on the floor in the conservatory breakfast area that were there for the three breakfasts that we had. I can’t understand why they’d not been picked up in that time. Some used breakfast utensils including plates hadn’t been collected after use and were still out at 1030, well after the last breakfast had been served. But if cheap and cheerful is your bag then it will do you!

First rate breakfast. Rooms a little dated. Shower pressure low. Good location.

The bathroom was cold in the night and the electric was buzzing continuously. The breakfast was excellent so was the service, the room was clean and comfortable we would stay here again really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay; only a few problems. The breakfast dishes tended to be left, we went out about 10am (an hour after the end of breakfast) and they were still there. Rust on the radiator and residue on the seal of the shower screen. Otherwise really homely and nicely decorated, situated barely a 10 minute walk from the sea front and near to town. Reasonably priced.

I really enjoyed staying here. Had a lovely four poster bedroom. Room was a good size and bed was comfy. It had tea and coffee provided in room along with towels. Room had TV but couldn't watch as the channels had a scrambled picture was told it would be fixed. Plenty of storage. Had a bathroom of my own which was lovely and clean. Shower temperature didn't go hot enough though. Breakfast was nice. Garden looked like it needed attention but it is only April. I stayed two nights and cleaners offered to clean in between if I needed it. Also had Wi-Fi. Table and chairs in the room. Close to Tenby. Taxi cost £3 in the day and £4 after 11pm.

Staff are very helpful. Room was clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was tasty. Shame about the telly not working. There is quite a walk to town.

Enjoyable stay during a very quiet period of people visiting Tenby. Great breakfast.

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely three nights stay here at Hammond's park, we enjoyed our stay and didn't want to go back home! The man there who showed our room was very polite and nice to us we felt very welcome. It was my first time being in a hotel and it was a nice experience. My boyfriend and I will be staying again for sure:) I was very nervous about going as I did see some bad reviews but when I had got there I do not relate to any of the bad reviews. The breakfast was tasty! its very clean in our room and out very tidy the shower/bath was great very hot the room was warm enough too :) The bed was big and comfy but after a couple of nights it was just a little bit bad for the back but that might just be me due to having back problems. Me and my boyfriend walked down to tenby town and it was around five minutes from the hotel. I have noticed that a lot of people have been commenting that it needs to be painted and that it is dated but having parents that are running there own business and having been doing so for many many years I have seen worse and from my opinion I don't think its a problem dated things are back in. A touch of paint wont hurt ;) I hope that this is helpful for some of you that are thinking of staying in this lovely hotel.

Reasonable price. 5 min walk from town. Lovely breakfast. Staff helpful and not in your face, lovely laid back atmosphere. Really enjoyed stay.

The room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was prompt and well served. Plenty of parking and a short walk to town. Decor is a bit dated but well kept.

This is a little gem of a place. Husband and I stayed there over Ironman weekend. The staff are really pleasant and so helpful. Rooms are spacious enough for lots of kit. Breakfast was great — we even had a special event breakfast laid on from 4am for the competitors. … We've already booked for next year :-)

We visited in August the room was clean but mix match of old and new. Cooked breakfast was not great but good continental choices not good value for money.

Very pleasant place to stay good food and nice people room clean and well looked after we would recommend it to our friends.

Nice hotel staff, unfortunately the room was very smelly, like a mouldy unclean smell. The shower not very good, very small and water took long time to heat up. The description of the breakfast wasn't very accurate and Wi-Fi signal not good. Wouldn't want to stay again.

The beds were extremely comfy and the service was fab the breakfast was unreal and the TV was good worked well but abit small however the shower was bad as the hot water took a while to get on.

Clean tidy and in walking distance to the town centre.

Great place to stay, short walking distance the town, ample parking, friendly welcome clean room, tasty breakfast, reasonably priced.

A lovely homely comfortable hotel. Approx a ten minute walk into the centre of Tenby. The Proprietor is a person called Peter who I found to be an absolute Gentleman. A very nice breakfast in the morning too. Would definitely stay here again.

Our first holiday in 22 years without kids, couldn't have asked for better.
