Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, very nice hotel.

We stayed here over this weekend, what a lovely place to stay clean tidy and staff were all fab! Lift to all rooms, which was a bonus as hubby on crutches, walk in shower, rooms were made up daily with fresh towels and a side view of the beach, weather was fab too! Breakfast was tasty, hot and excellent service from the staff, would highly recommend it and we will be back!

Stayed here the weekend just gone for 3 nights, We stayed in room 112 and I have to admit the room was soo lovely & cosy! Cleanliness of the room was phenomenal! Best part of all we had front view overlooking the sea with a balcony! Absolutely outstanding views! Super friendly staff that go above & beyond to help where they can!, especially in these tough times & with how short staffed majority of hospitality industries are struggling with! Highly recommended hotel! We most definitely will be back! Keep up the good work!

Good location, hotel needs upgrading, dirty rooms, blood on sheets, rude reception staff, woke up at 5am to room next door fighting.

Here on coach holiday with Crusader/Motts. Warm welcome, lovely room with large comfy bed, sea view, food excellent, staff all friendly & helpful.

Entertainment some nights — so lovely to hear live music again — Tony Cash was our favourite!

If your looking for luxury this is not the place for you, but if your looking for value for money, good food, friendly staff and lots of fun it is a great place. Would come again.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff the food was really nice but the bedrooms were a little bit cramped. Ideal setting right on the seafront with fantastic views, will definitely visit again in the future.

Has a lovely beer garden out the back which holds quite a lot of people, happy hour was 12 till 6 which was good.

Lovely accomodation, its great to be able to bring the dogs with us.

A big thank you to all the staff for looking after my mom and dad especially the two receptionist. Dad had a large cut on his leg and they were amazing. They also got me a lovely room to stay in. Also a big thank you to the lady who served behind the bar she had a friendly Smethwick tone. Once again a big thank you from the Priest family. 10/10

Great atmosphere with pleasant surroundings and cheap drinks in the afternoon.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Beds are too hard though. But really good value for money. And amazing views of Caldy island, and South Beach.

We stayed at the hotel as part of a coach party. Our room was large bright and spotless. Good bed and shower, plenty of tea and coffee and clean towels daily. Three coach parties were staying and the dining room was tightly packed. Meals were good, mine especially so being a veggie. Some vegetarians or people with dietary problems might not like having to display a card in front of them saying so! Staff were efficient and friendly, Hubert was a joy to meet. We wish he lives near us. Our trips were made more interesting due to his company. Tenby is lovely, we loved it and will be back. We took the boat to Caldey Island, visited interesting Narberth for £6 each on the local bus. The trip to Thomas the Love spoon was well worth a visit. The only downside hubby's last meal. He ordered the fish batons (I think they were called) the minute bits of fish were covered in lots of batter. Being used to fish on Friday's it was very disappointing. Room 311 was very comfortable, our stay was really enjoyable.

Spent 4 nights there last week. Staff friendly, food very good especially the breakfasts. Room spotless. Will definitely go again. Even a lovely local ale available on tap in the bar. What more could I ask!

The staff there are all great-save for one or two weekend breakfast servers — and they all try very hard to make every guest welcome in this pleasant boarding house but upon reflection, it was expensive for a smallish tired room, but our was oral season. Great effort is made to help clients such as me, who are disabled and it was great talking to the owner as we checked out, she was genuinely interested to learn how she could improve my experience. For us, the size of the room meant some adaptations — grab rails-were squeezed into spaces that made them difficult to get hold of and I was seriously worried that I had to use the handbasin to help getting off the loo. The room had a sea view, but only just as it was on the corner of the building looking down onto the side road and a bit of the beach. They are lovely, welcoming people in a lovely, welcoming town but lower prices for non coach clients seems a good idea until a refresh takes place… but then again, how can you afford a refresh with charging the needed prices? Thanks for a good long weekend.

I stayed here with crusader holidays Monday the 23 July till yesterday the 27th July the hotel is lovely close to the town and harbour with stunning view we stayed it room 304 on the third floor the room had everything you needed clean room beds were comfy and it was a lovely sea view room the food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic plenty of choices all the staff was very friendly and helpful special hello to Lucy are waitress for the 5 days nothing too much trouble we will return thanks for a amazing holiday.

Staff have been fantastic across everyone we have had contact with. Food has been excellent. Room has been good ans well maintained. Everything has been made for a great stay. We will be back.

Where do l start the good points first, hang on there is none how can they charge £55 pounds for a single room plus £8 for breakfast the room was tiny not a enough room to swing the proverbial cat the room was old fashioned poorly equipped l would not recommend it to my worst enemy it spiolt our weekend.

Quality of management came over as excellent, especially in todays corporate society. I would not hesitate to support this establishment.

Open to the public & great bar prices between 12 — 6. Cheapest in Tenby by a long way.

Very clean hotel and apartments. Staff are so very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Food excellent and location is excellent too. Definately recommend a stay. We will be going back.

Old fashioned hotel but clean. Dogs allowed for a fee. Early check out though. Would go again.

It's a 3 star hotel. You get what you pay for. Great staff and the rooms are basic but clean. I've been going there for the last 10 years for Super Saturday weekend, I can't book for next year because a coach company has booked all the rooms. So much for loyalty.

Lovely friendly hotel in an excellent position on the cliff top. Wonderful views across to Caldey Island.

Nice and clean rooms staff very friendly bar has happy hour and it takes Dogs.

We go every year the hotel is clean and the staff are always happy a very enjoyable weekend.

It’s a nice friendly place when ever we go there it always feels friendly, I’ve never stayed there but I will at some point.

Hotel in an excellent position on the sea front with very easy access to the town. Staff pleasant and friendly. A very clean hotel providing excellent food but single room quite small with drab dark brown duvet cover! Didn't detract from my time there though ☺

Happy hour is amazing here if you get the weather and a table at this beer garden. There is a garden at the back of the hotel too. Stella £2.50

Just returned home after a fab overnight stay in one of your flats (top floor) very impressed! Lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The view is just amazing. Lovely staff, great entertainment. Would defo recommend and will be returning very soon! Thank you for a lovely stay.

I only stayed over got one night service was okay and satisfactory, room were nice with a private toilet and view because of the location was brilliant.

A nice hotel if a little limited by it's listed building status. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast menu was a little limited.

Popped in for a drink. Excellent friendly bar staff and opposite the hotel a fantastic view over the beach and seating.

Comfortable if dated rooms. Clean sheets daily and room in good order. The staff were very good and helpful even if Hubert was a little OTT but extremely entertaining and knowledgable. All in all a very enjoyable four night stay.

Such a quaint hotel at a lovely location (right on the Esplanade). Our room (basically a studio with a kitchenette) was in a separate building. The interiors were tastefully done (old style), there was plenty of tea and coffee (yay! ) and lots of cutlery. Didn't have breakfast or dinner here so don't know how the food is like. Maybe next time. The staff were good and courteous as well.

Nice sea front hotel with super friendly staff. We arrived on motorbike without having booked anywhere and popped into this place and snapped up the last room. The staff found us an off street parking spot for our motorbike and even gave us a sea front room which also over looked the bike. Great happy hr that runs twice a day and all pints are £2.50. The location is absolutely perfect for strolling into town or taking a nice walk on the beach. The hotel has an outside terrace across the street with sea front views where you can enjoy your drinks. The hotel is a bit dated but it's nice and clean enough. Finally it has free Wi-Fi.

We have been to this Hotel 5 times — 3 times by ourselves and on 2 occasions on tour with our Bowls Club — Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was to much trouble, lovely food, no complaints, good entertainment, hope to go back in the future. From Anne and Ken Wilkinson.
