First time visiting and will be back. Friendly atmosphere, amazing staff, amazing food and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Had a family meal for my mums 80th birthday tonight all the meals were amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough highly recommend.

The food was fantastic and great staff, couldn't fault it.

Been here a few times now and im all ways impressed the food is lovely, the staff are friendly and polite. It is definitely going to be a more regular visit. We sat down for a meal tonyt which was (like always) lovely. When u walk in u notice straight away how clean and well presented the pub is, it's a nice place to be e very fresh modern look. Thanks for having us we will be back again very soon.

We recently stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are extremely clean and comfy. The breakfast in the morning is lovely and the lady who served us was so friendly. We also had two evening meals lovely food and the staff serving was equally as friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The whole stay from start to finish was a very pleasant stay. Went to the Highgate tonight to celebrate my nephews birthday. Meal was absolutely delicious (I had curry), everybody who was with me thoroughly enjoyed their meals.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble.
Would definitely recommend.

Cant fault the menu, nothing too much trouble, catered for our party of 20plus, everything was cooked spot on. Lush.

Had a fantastic stay at the Highate Inn. The staff are most welcoming, the breakfast was very filling and there is a homely feel altogether.

Food served for 6 adults and 4 children in 25 minutes. Children served first, excellent food, excellent service. Will defiantly visit again this week and would recommend other families to visit.

Beautiful hotel — very nice friendly staff. Immaculately clean And quite simply the nicest breakfast I've ever had!

Staff were nice and the food was nice but there was a lack of choice (only three meats to choose from)

Lovely friendly pub/restaurant. Food very tasty and portions sizes perfect, if anything on the large size. Only downside was we have our doggies with us and had to sit outside, which we don't mind, but could have done with some patio heaters as it was late evening and a little chilly.

Lovely place. Good food. Nice friendly staff & good clean toilets. Good bedrooms. Lots of room for wheelchair & pushchairs.

Even though we were there for only one night the advice couldn't have been better. We were shown to our room, which was clean, modern and had all the facilities we could need. Only downfall I have is that I personally like plumper pillows but that's just preference. Other than that the stay was fantastic. The staff we did meet were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant. Full English, toast and cereal and a choice of drinks. Would definitely go back and highly recommend this place :)

Excellent quality and quantity of food, was a problem with one of our meals but this was knocked off the price, very impressed with the renovation very smart and bright compared to what it used to be, glad to see the pool table back aswell! Without the issues with the meal would definitely of given 5 stars!

Myself and my family booked to have Sunday lunch here yesterday. As soon as we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. After we were seated one of the waitresses gave my little boy a chalk board and some chalks to draw with whilst waiting for food. The food here was delicious, and a decent portion for the price. My partner decided to have the battered fish over a roast and he said the batter was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place and if we were ever to go out for lunch again we would definitely think about going here again. Thank you :)

On a previous visit the menu was better, a few items on the menu were unavailable, and the menu was chaotic. The waitress explained that the chef had stopped some of the popular meals and it wasn't going down well with the customers, my meal had been forgotten and by the time it came the others had all but finished theirs, however, the food was tasty and worth the wait.

Food was ok but expensive for what was fairly average food. Service was non existant and at the prices they charge should be way way better. I recommend you dont bother visiting as you will be wasting your money.

Very pleased with service provided the pub and rooms immaculately clean food fantastic also.
