Amazing location, delicious breakfast and the most accommodating and friendliest staff/manager I have ever come across at a YHA.
After some initial teething problems with our room we had a fantastic stay!

Broadhaven is a beautiful place to visit and the views from the yha are spectacular! Cozy and warm on these rainy days and staff are great, can't do enough to help.

Staff here are absolutely amazing! Friendly welcome at the end of January, what more can you want? Oh yeah! A good meal and a bottle of wine! Yep! They catered for that too!

The cafe is lovely for meeting up with friends or even on your own, enjoy a coffee or even add a slice of cake lush… we've had breakfast and tried the lunch it was really worth every penny brilliant friendly staff which goes a long way, oh and not forgetting the pizza, and lovely views of the sea.

Newly refurbished communal areas in a beautiful location with very helpful and accommodating staff definitely recommend a visit.

Great new cafe with sea views and the most gorgeous vegan choc cake and ice cream. Dog friendly outside areas and the sweetest staff. Thank you from Jasper for the bowl of water and dog bickies xx.

Friendly hostel in perfect location right next to beach shops pubs icecream and fish&chips. Although of course hostel has good selfcatering kitchen and serves great breakfasts and evening meals.

Fab hostel. Staff were happy and friendly and couldn't do anymore for us! Anything we needed or asked for they had it and done it. Great location and great food with great choices.

Unfortunately this was the worse experience in over 20 years of YHA customer. Initially the manager tried to put us in a 4 bed room when we had booked a 6 bed room. The next evening at 5pm she moved us to another room. We had asked the person in charge the night before if we will be changing room. He assured us that we will stay in the same room. The manager also charged us N extra £10 and out us in a room where the shower was flooding the room! Both the duty manager and the general manger were incompetent to say the least. Photos of the flooded shower is attached. Broad Haven is so beautiful, the sunset and the beach all amazing. Must visit for all.

Brilliant Youth hostel. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. 2 minutes from beach. Lovely garden with sea views although they need to trim the hedge a little to improve it.

The bathrooms being in the dorm rooms is nice, you don't have to walk out into glaring hallways to use the loo in the night. Quite comfy. Doesn't have a very good lounge area/ communal space. Everything could do with a more thorough clean.

Great place to be, great beach excellent hostel lovely people lush.

I stayed at this hostel as part of a large group of university students, our rooms were large enough, the en suites and separate shower rooms were clean and fairly well maintained. The Wi-Fi was slow and barely reached any of the rooms, the windows in the lounge didn't close properly as the latches were broken. Myself and two others are lactose intolerant and I must say the catering was poor — despite their assurances that they could cater for a variety of dietary requirements. For dinner each night everyone else had Lasagna, chicken pies with vegetables, curry with rice and pasta and meatballs. Those of us that were lactose intolerant received a dry jacket potato and some barely cooked "med veg" which consisted of dry courgette and some red peppers every night. We also had lunches prepared for the group, however the dairy free sandwiches were never made on time and had to be asked for multiple times. When they finally arrived they were just sausage on white bread — no sauce, even when we asked, and no dairy free spread (we had asked if we should bring some and were assured it wasn't needed). In the end we resorted to buying a lot of snacks from the corner shop five minutes down the road. All in all, a great hostel as long as you don't have any requirements past a bed, a bathroom and a pool table.

Good basic rooms however the cleanliness let them down ever so slightly (just needed to give the bathroom an extra wipe down and the carpet a quick hoover etc) The facilities such as the shared kitchen was very good and always clean but they could do with buying new ovens as it took forever to cook anything.

Great Staff but the facilities are not exceptionnal. It was quite cheap because it was february but may be more expensive the rest of the year and it is then not such good values anymore. I will be back cause I am mean.

This is a beautiful location and fantastic staff, very helpful. Nice rooms, nice self catering kitchen. About a hundred metres from the beach, everything about this YHA is just perfect!. Pretty birds & rabbits abound here.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Unclear whether dining room is available to self-caterers. Lounge is cold, scruffy and unwelcoming but has books and toys. The lobby is good, Wi-Fi and a pool table that costs 50p to use. Rooms have scruffy paintwork but are clean. Beds are warm and also clean.

Great hostel in a fab location. Hidden gem.

Pretty gangster place, with a community feel. The rooms may not be luxury, and the food is not fantastic, but it is a youth hostel. The staff are also very friendly.

Friendly staff well situated in broadhaven. Packed lunch, prepaired food and beer are available here, but be advised, school and university trips are common here, so book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Brilliant personalised service, super friendly staff. Good food, comfy beds and decent bathrooms. All you could expect from a youth hostel. My only request would be more plug sockets in the rooms please!

This is a gorgeous location. Tasty food at local restaurants, the beach is stunning, it's perfect. Off to Skomer Island today, the ferry is only a 30 minute drive away!

Stayed here one summer for a couple of days when walking the coast path from milford Haven to Cardigan. Good clean rooms and friendly staff. The Hostel is close to the beach, shops, pubs and cafes, with a small spar shop providing most things you need, including a limited supply of camping accessories.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and spacious. Breakfast very large and set us up for the day. Ideal location and a small walk to little haven for dinner.

Really great as far as youth hostels go. Rooms are a decent size, food is good, and it's only a short walk from the beach.

Fab hostel, couldn't have asked for it to be placed any better. Great staff, thanks for all your help, I have no doubts I will be back next year.

Lovely cheap place to stay.

Easily one of the best hostels around and the staff there are so friendly and helpful also one of the best beaches around as well will be definitely coming back it impress me that much.
