It's clean and close to the beach other than that it does look like an old peoples home. It would have been nice to have a fridge the the rooms rather sharing one.
Lovely friendly guest house. Bedroom was good except for the small shower/toilet. Wifi was variable in the room and was a bit weird in the lounge — sometimes on straight away but other times could only get on via 5GHz link. Large fridge in the lounge where you can leave stuff if you label it. Would be good to have a microwave there since they no longer do evening meals.
