Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. 10 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was really good. 3 different thematic restaurant. Foodie lovers will be happy. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed last Thursday with friends because its my friends birthday/ wedding anniversary. My friend recommended it because of good quality of service, food and affordable drinks. My friend is correct except the quality of service. When we booked the table outdoor in the german restaurant they did not informed us booking is not guaranteed to be outdoor or we need to book 5 days in advance and so we assumed since my friends name was on top and we specifically told them we wanted outdoor near to the sea they understood. No discussion was been told for the reservation. The next day we came and they told us the table is already booked in advance. We are so disappointed because we assumed it is already sorted. We understood the number of Ukrainians were massive that night however its very disappointing as they turned away the booking which is right for us. We felt that were not been prioritize even after we booked in advance and there was not even sorry from the staff.
After then we order slice of cake to sing happy birthday to our friend but then the staff said there was no cake anymore so I insists. I said sorry I put myself down because we wanted to surprise our friend. Then the lady gave us slice of cake however she said there’s no available song and we have to sing manually. From last night. A group of germans with birthday celebration they sang the song with the team. They don’t care us at all.
The place is nice but really awful service! Really awful!

My 3rd visit was just as perfect as the first one. Special thanks goes to the team for the birthday decor just at the last moment. The staff was as friendly like before. Pool hygiene was perfect. The Resort is following complete Covid guidelines and we really appreciate that.

I recommend the Pearl Hotel & Spa as whole because it has comfortable rooms and facilities, quite place to stay, great food from 4 different Restau Bars and very friendly and professional staff! The property is not big as you're seeing from other property but you won't regret it!

I like the ambiance the was very clean, swimming poll near by the beach, but one this is bad when we check out they let us pay for missing towel which there is no note that any missing in the hotel, hotel guest should pay 50 dhs for 1 towel, its not about about money but its really bad idea we been to so many hotel around uae but its not same what pearl hotel rules… so disappointed.

Spacious room, tidy and calm. But not very clean as there were roaches and flies inside the room. The bathtub leaked on to bathroom floor making us have to call house keeping everytime we used it.

It is very amazing place, very peaceful, good service topped with nice food options, enjoyed staying with family and friends.

The area is good, near the beach and two pools. The rooms are so so. There are no slippers in the room, no conditioner. There is only 1 small shampoo, 1 small body wash and 2 small soap and 1 piece of toothbrush. They know how many people will stay in the room and they did not restock it, so you have to call reception to give you whatever you need. Usually hotels have two of each. I wish the room/bathroom smells better, like there is no smell at all. The welcome note is photocopied and not even copied clearly. Don't expect a hefty breakfast as they have very limited options. Be careful and make sure all their things (even the smallest things) are accounted for as you might get held up and not be cleared of leaving. If you want a hotel with a budget you can stay here. All in all its an ok hotel.

Better place in Umm al quwain. My kids enjoyed the swimming the pool. Breakfast not worth and not much items and especially Indians nothing u will get. But I got over charged by direct booking around 770 AED for 1 day. Actually I request booking for 2 days and rate agree by 825 AED for 2 days. But in reception desk told 770 aed further got deduction and I told him to deduct for first day only and once I feel better then I will extend it. I got agood room like single bedroom. Next day I got information by the manager to change another room because there is another guest for this room. I agreed but my kids got bored and plan to leave. I informed to reception manager that we are leaving now. Once I checked the invoice and it show for 1 day 770 AED and room number is different where I stayed. I told with Manager 770AED was agreed for 2 days only. But he refused. Seasonal price list for this hotel around 350 aed but I thought if I book directly with hotel I can get good price. But unfortunately I got overpaid.

Amazing place for a family getaway. Very warm and friendly staff and fantastic food from Das Brahaus. Great value for money. We will definitely visit again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.
The sea is really no, there is a cove more like me on the river. We have never bathed, all the days went to the public beach for 5 dirhams. The public beach is super.

Nice view. A perfect getaway place away from the city. Good service, friendly and approchable staffs. Definitely I would recomend. And for sure will come back again.

The garden bar is amazing to hangout with friends and family. Service is top notch. There are other restaurants so with family you want to be in a non smoking area if you have kids.

There are almost no speakers in the Russian language, the service is not good, the dust in the room is not wiped, the 2ih person only 3 towels that change every other day, the menu is monotonous and quickly eaten, one of the pluses is almost empty beach, nearby renovate yachts, Constantly smells of paint and noise from it! In a dining room constantly smoky, smoking here is not forbidden. Unlike other hotels here we were not offered any free tours. It is good to think before choosing this hotel, and do not overpay for the sea view here all rooms have sea view. Pulls 2 stars Maximum.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean always and everywhere, very nice rooms! The pool is just super! The room was very nice and the pool was nice. One minus is that the sea was all in green Tina and bathing was not very pleasant. … And the most important thing is that it is very tasty to feed! @! and food varied in lunch meat of three varieties and fish every day) ) ) ) recommend a very pleasant stay in this hotel! Relax!

When I visited for the 1st time the hotel was Silent and peaceful atmosphere… Easy to reach and the ambiance is so good. Nice pool with a beach attached 2nd time I saw slightly some changes if there is any celebration they cant control the crowd and at night while sleeping heard some water leaking from the ac then technician staff came start arguing with me after that they giving me another room again there was some electric problem and ruined my all day. will I hope they do some changes.

A small hotel with also available rooms as bungalow type. Beautiful small private beach. With German food and bar at the beach. Two pools. And quiet. Perfect to relax.

Yes Alko magician, the dream of an alcoholic. The beach is basically clean but small. They are clamped from two sides by an industrial zone. At low tide it is possible to collect glasses from beer bottles, as here Arabs on weekend drinking.

I would like to give 5 for housekeeping and roomservice, other than that just 3. One of the worst is because restaurant is also a cafe where they allow people to smoke, you can imagine while eating and smell that especially with children. I hope they'Il improve.

BEST PLACE FOR A HOLIDAY! Has a backyard Beach, Kids Playground, 2 swimming pools (one with heater), clean and neat rooms with fast room service, Excellent Food, Polite Staff, Neat Washrooms… To top it all REASONABLE RATES.

Good for family outing. Private becah, swimming pool spa and health club. Located in Um Al Quwain, a silent beautiful beach destination.

The hotel is value for money and the German Restaurant is amazing. It has even Gluten Free options, for example the German the Schnitzel.

One finest holiday destination and so friendly atmosphere. It's entirely different frame of mind to stay over there. Our one of the best holiday destination and stop over for the refreshment break while long drive through.

It has a beautiful and clean beach and is almost always calm.

Great place for a weekend. Two good pools, good rooms, good facility for Barbecue. We had great time here this weekend. Beach is on the side of a creek and not sea. Hence you can’t expect waves here.

This place is amazing get away from the city. It has an awesome view. BBQ is a must do if your having an over night. The food at the restaurant is simply a tasty bite.

I have bad experience with them. Room service staff was not trained and services what they mention was not has been provided as mentioned earlier in the booking. Won't go again. It spoil my off-days.
