Comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant. Decent sized portions also. Wow. Highly recommended Massage centre also.

Before its name was City Hotel. This is nice hotel in nakheel area.

Stayed there when we took part in the RAK marathon, the hotel is very well priced, however old and dated, service was very poor, my room door didn't lock, I reported three times and wasn't fixed, bathroom window didn't have any curtains, on top of all that they had some sort of party and the music was so loud untill 4am knowing that maybe half of the guests staying there for the marathon. When I contacted the front desk about the music they said sorry sir, will ask them to turn it down, that was absolute lie. I didn't try the food or drinks, I just wanted to get out of there, so we went somewhere else for dinner. I have never ever been in a hotel as bad as the Royal View Hotel. I highly recommend NOT to stay there, but again that's my opinion.

The room was very constructed and the room was very nice and very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.

In principle, this hotel deserves a 3 star as stated. If you are a smoker, then immediately forgive the room with a balcony. Immediately disclaimer: 30 ml of alcohol costs 25 Derham, 60 ml-45 Derham, but it is in the hotel. Better go to the store, there at times cheaper. The hotel was accidentally-by mistake of the travel agency. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and the food was good… The room had one large bed with a comfortable mattress, 2 TVs, wardrobe, sofa, armchair, coffee table, large mirrors, on the floor carpet. The decoration is pleasant, stylish, the furniture is comfortable. The windows are tinted-I did not like it, because I love a lot of light. The view from the window to the building and the mountains, the balcony was not. If you forget to turn on the water heater, you had to either wait or bathe in cold waters. The room had a safe, but there was no fridge (although in the room the neighbors were). The room was clean and the breakfast was good… Chargers can be charged from a USB socket, plus there, at the bed (on both sides) there were also connectors under Russian forks. Cleaning is done by necessity-if you hang the sign, or a day, while cleaning in the room bring 0.5 liters of bottled water per person. The bed was very… The staff responds to any problems instantly! Kitchen. The kitchen is gorgeous! I did not eat such varied and delicious breakfasts anywhere. I remember still renewing coffee, bread, cheeses, pastries, hot dishes, greens… Bravo to cooks and waiters! The hotel is a solid 5, even though there is no pool.

The rest of the week to NG. Great hotel and staff. Went from annex tour on a burning voucher. The staff is friendly, always going to the meeting. We had no problems, TK know English. But without it, too, the rules, Google to help. Made a free shuttle to the sea daily. Towels can be taken from the room to the beach. Breakfast was good. There are many shops within walking distance. Alcohol 2 km, walk to the right near Zein hotel or taxi about 8 dirh. There's also a cheap stuff market nearby. You can take a car with a driver for a day in Dubai for +-700 dirh local 7mi. The whole thing is super!
Of the minuses is the tax of AED 10 per room per night. It can be paid by card.

Hotel location is good. Near to the market but area is peaceful. Lot of noise inside the hotel specifically in restaurant sometimes. Smoking is not aloud inside the restaurant but some peoples are doing it which creates a problem during dinner or lunch time. I would say this just a OK OK kind of hotel.

This hotel is owned by Chinese (? ), so this is the best place during Ramadan, because you get your European food and drinks regular and don't need wait for the sunset! The restaurant is popular also for local people. The rooms are ok but not very nice.

'Just good' hotel. Accomodation is okay, but the rest rooms are pathetic. Complementary breakfast offered is below par. For : the location, and nearby places such as Carrefour mall Against : breakfast and other amenities.

Good location because of Manar Mall is very close and reasonable price, other than that sometimes it gets noisy and irritating coming from behind the hotel from the automotive garages loud exhaust sounds.
